The Apple Valley location has literally gotten my order wrong almost every single time I've ordered since the beginning of the pandemic. It's unreal that I have come to expect them to "forget" all sides and side sauces. Whoever Justin is, offered me about a $1 refund. So a very sarcastic "Thank you, Justin!" This is honestly the last time I'll come out to this location. Every time I've been here in the past two months it's been nothing but waiting for someone to order over 30 mins this time when it was not even busy. I mean who doesn't know what to expect at Buffalo Wild Wings? They sell wings and beer, and sandwiches. There was a time when this place was pretty good eat. I haven't been here for a long time for a reason, I didn't have a great experience last time and trust me I wasn't expecting the red carpet to roll for me. Buy my co-workers wanted to come here and so I came again. It was little better experience than last time since there were total of 10 people (maybe) at the restaurant. So it was a slow day. I wasn't crazy about my burger, it was ok. If I have options, I would pick something else next time. And there are so many places that has far better wings than these guys. Really not sure why this bdubs gets as bad as reviews as it has. Honestly, this bdubs isn't that bad. Every time we come we they get our order right and the food has never been cold. The service isn't the best, they can be slow at times, but honestly which bdubs isn't like that? I don't think I can remember going to a bdubs and thinking the service was quick and amazing. You're going to a sports bar, you're not going to get top notch service. Food is the same as any other bdubs you would go to of course. If you desperately need a wing joint to take 1 whole hr to get 1 large order (18 pc) of wings ready, step on up to BWW Apple Valley, the flagship BWW in sunny Minnesota. They'll still forget the carrots and celery though. And if you happen to forget to get your order of mozzarella sticks in, wait till half an hour after you order your wings. The cheese goodness will still come out 20 minutes before your wings get to you. At least you'll have Shawn, the most excellent bartender there, taking care of you until the kitchen is done sitting on one thumb while sucking on the other, and then alternating. read more

The place is always packed, half of the time if you order for takeout it will take at least an hour if not more. They occasionally get your food wrong or leave things out and on top of that when you try to talk to any of the staff members up front they will ignore you and walk away when you're trying to get a time estimate. Food is almost always great but it's the customer service and how long it takes for the one star. read more

I tried to place an order online, and was told that there were no bone-in wings available, so I didn't place an order for myself. I did, place an order for my kids they wanted boneless wings. When we got home, the order for boneless wings was actually bone-in, which they said they didn't have. Not only did I not order from there because they said they didn't have them, but then the boneless order was not enjoyed because it wasn't boneless. I didn't want them because they didn't have the sauce I would have ordered on them. The other thing ordered was mac & cheese. It was very dry and not appetizing at all. I will not be going back here, ever. It's a shame that both the Chipotle and BWW in Apple Valley are an embarrassment to the community. read more

I Don't usually write reviews but really unpleased with service. 1st our containers of food were gross. Covered with sauce- unappealing forsure. 2nd the wings were practically dry when in every other experience, at different locations, they have been smothered (as they should be) 3rd I paid $4 for a side of fries & they came as pictured. Our order wasn't "reviewed" by staff. There were an unusual amount of staff messing around and hanging out while i waited for my food. Which didn't seem too weird until i received shitty food. i 100% reccomend this place. my favorite order is the BBQ boneless wings. i'm a very picky eater and this place was one of my favorite restaurants ever. i will be back here. but if management is reading this i would reccomend if you want more business fix the coupon things because i got scammed by your coupon system which i know people it made them mad and caused them not to come to this restaurant. and the food is very expensive if you could make it a litte bit less expensive that would be great. i garentee more people would come here if the management people fix those two issues. read more

I can see why you get a 2 star rating. I was in the Apple Valley location to get some wings. BIG MISTAKE. DISGUSTING! All for $25.00. I was hungry for some good wings and stopped and got some for dinner. I got home and they were tiny VERY DRY wings! I contacted customer service and got a reply that had NOTHING to do with the wings. Ordered a medium boneless wings (says approx 18 wings) and received 14 small wings (the size of a SMALL)... also they didn't even split the wings in half they gave more mild than teriyaki. My fries were also burnt to a crisp. Very disappointed. read more

I contacted customer service and the manager of this store called me back,apologized and gave me compensation. Very dissatisfied with our service and our server who's name was Dan. We were told by another employee that he was "stoned out of his mind", while trying to get drinks as after 15 minutes of us AFTER we finished our drinks and waiting for him and never saw him. He then proceeded to clean a table next to us and THREW TRASH onto the ground right in front of us. He was one of the worst servers I've ever had the displeasure of having not to mention that when he sat another table turned around and again didn't come back until 15-20 minutes later. This is the dirtiest BWW I've been to. There were towels covering up a spill on the floor and trash everywhere. The menus were sticky and covered in crumbs. Hostess was cold and unfriendly. Waiter was alright, but understandable with the amount of tables he was handling. read more

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. The staff is immature, rude, and irresponsible. I gave this place three chances, and every time it sucked. The food is always cold and gross, and takes an hour to receive (we go in late evening hours when it is not busy at all). We are never acknowledged when we are seated. Last time it took the waiter 20 minutes to come over to us because he was goofing off with another table of teenagers (friends). We also have had to grab silverware each time because it's always forgotten about. I seriously don't understand how a restaurant could be this horrible. Our food took over 45 minutes to come out (slowest service at BWW ever) and nearly every table around us had empty ketchup bottles! Really?? How can you open for Saturday lunch rush and have empty ketchup at a fast food restaurant??. Then the bathrooms - OMG so gross!! First they smelled like a portable satellite toilet and were filthy. Buy some air freshener and for God's sake, clean the F-ING bathroom before you open for business every day. Terrible service. Ordered and got our beers 20 minutes later, ordered an appetizer which took 35 more minutes and then they brought the entrees at the same time. So annoyed!!! Ugh. I have been craving mild traditional wings for a while now! We were at my parents and my mom went to go pick it up. She came back and I opened my box which was labeled small, traditional, mild. However I opened it up and it was clearly not mild Buffalo. The receipt also said mild buffalo. The worst part is that my mom said the cashier went over the order with her and stated that the wings were small, traditional mild. Obviously, I don't expect my mom to know the specific sauces of B-Dubs but this worker should have known since clearly buffalo sauce is a completely different color than what was shown on the wings. They expanded the the restaurant FINALLY! Before it is a terrible set up and way to small to accommodate the crowd. I walked out one time because they said the wait was going to be an hour! So, if you have been avoiding them because of the line, it is safe to go now. Service here is so-so the last time I went. We had a big crowd 15+ but we only had one server and we kept her busy. But, I really wish someone helped her because she was having trouble keeping up and a lot of our food was warm not hot. We were in here at a non busy time... it took 10 minutes to take our order and longer to get our food...at least 25 minutes...when it arrived part of the order was wrong...we had to send back the wrong order which contained chicken breast.The other part of our food was cold...like it had been sitting there waiting. They brought out the new plate of food within 15 minutes and the server didn't even notice the chicken was raw... The manager offered to not charge us for that plate and nothing else. The servers didn't even realize what was going on. zero communication. And to top if off the bathrooms were horrid. Very dirty. I went to BWW yesterday at 7:20 and I was so disappointed in the service. I ordered a beer. When the waiter brought it to me the glass was dirty. I sent it back and watched to ensure they didn't bring it back. The bartender sat the beer down next to the order counter. They brought me a new beer as I watched they delivered the beer in a dirty glass to another customer! The wait wasn't bad, it was only about 5-10minutes. I got my whole order correct except I ordered 15 boneless wings since it was Thursday but once i got home and checked the box.... I have never been to a bww before so I did not know what to expect. I think.the service was great. Not perfect but workable. I had the roasted garlic fried mushroom appetizer . Great sauce Big appetizer was warm and tasty. I did not have the ranch. I had the other kind. He forgot to ask me which one I wanted. Great friendly people. Menu was full of different. Offers The special lunch combos where not available until we asked. Me and my friends went about 1:00 pm on a Tuesday. So I will try them again. Oh the place is expanded with another dining room from what I understand. The thing I liked the least was the level of volume on the music. Too loud. Had to take a phone call out side.
