Tried to place an online order, but it wouldn't go through. Called instead, and the automated system couldn't process the order correctly--twice. I was eventually transferred to a team member, who completed the order but said the only payment option was a card over the phone. I mentioned I had a gift card and was told I could use it when I picked up the order. When I arrived at the restaurant and asked to use the gift card, I was dismissed so the employee could help another to-go order. I went back in to clarify, only to be told I couldn't use the gift card because the order was already paid for and that I should "next time" come inside to use it. While the online ordering issues may have been bad luck, it's frustrating and disappointing that no one was willing to help fix the situation in person. Don't tell customers they can use a gift card at pickup if that's not actually an option. read more

Wonderful time and delicious food! Our server Jesse was great to talk to, the food was perfectly timed (biscuits first, salad, main course at the right time), and his follow-ups were just right. All the staff seemed friendly and eager to make sure we had a great meal. We hadn't been to Red Lobster for quite a while, and I forgot how good the biscuits are - wow. The best Caesar salad, and both the coconut shrimp and breaded shrimp were as good as ever. And also, the prices are not out of line; very fair and worthwhile. BEWARE! I received an email from them outlining the daily specials. On Friday, 2/20/26, I ordered the Fish & Chips that was advertised as $15.99 in the email that I received on that same day. However, when the check came, I was charged $17.99. When I asked the waiter about this, he simply said that this restaurant is not part of the promotion and the $15.99 price will NOT be accepted. Ironically, when you look at the website for this location, it stated that it is $15.99 under the Daily Deals section. I was stunned! I called the Supervisor and he repeatedly said that price may differ by location and was very defensive in his tone. First time in Minnesota and my friend recommended this location. Jenna took great care of our party of 3! The crab fest commercial intrigued us so we went and it did not disappoint! I had the snow crab with honey garlic sriracha topping! It was yummy. My friends also enjoyed garlic crabs with a variety of sides. Jenna was super patient with my friend who is currently in speech therapy. She had no problem understanding her while listening intently and reading her lips! She had our order accurate and on time! Last time was missing the cheddar bay biscuits. I called to report it last time and never received a return call. Not going to bother today. Both orders were over 100.00 with tax, tip, delivery charge. I would think the restaurant staff would triple check large orders..... I recommend NOT using delivery. Love going once a year to Red Lobster just for the endless shrimp! My hubby and me had great service this time. Our waitress was very attentive. She kept asking if we wanted another order of shrimp or if there was anything else she could do. The food was all fresh and of course the cheddar biscuits always hit the spot. The baked potatoes are delicious and my husbands broccoli was cooked perfectly. You can't beat $15.99 for all you can eat shrimp because if I go somewhere to buy a small frozen bag of shrimp that easily cost $10. We got to try the garlic shrimp scampi, the new shrimp flavor combinations, and the coconut shrimp. This location hasn't ever disappointed us, but the others around us have in Bloomington and St.Louis park. read more

Go to the front to ask if someone can wait on us. Get a huge apology. Several minutes later, the waiter shows up at the table and just stands there (obviously pissed). I'm like "well hello to you, too...." Place orders which of course take another 20 minutes. Took the waiter forever to get our check together. When paying for the order the payment machine would not allow me to change the tip amount. So, I'm being forced to pay a pre-calculated tip amount for shitty service? Tips are for good service. I also noticed that serving sizes are getting smaller while the prices are getting higher (I am sure this is a corporate decision, not this specific restaurant), but $27 for a Shrimp Trio and $20 for a bowl of pasta? I went in for a late lunch before headed off to work. I had an overly perky waitress who I sensed was being fake in her presentation. However, she was very efficient in bringing drink refills and clearing plates, so maybe that was just her natural personality. I ordered the Sailor's Platter for lunch, which is a five piece portio of shrimp scampi and hand-breaded shrimp, along with a piece of flounder. You still get salad and a side with this for about $12, so its not a bad deal. New Year's Eve my wife and I head here. Checked in with the receptionist and begin the wait we expected, after all New Years Eve. After 40 minutes noted the lobby had been seated yet we still were waiting. Approached receptionist and I told them my name. They could not find us on the list. The one accused the other who took our names of not saving our names. They promised we'd be seated next. So I watch three more families get called and seated. I approached again and again was asked my name. What a mess! It was quite evident they apologized and forgot about us again. After another family we finally got seated. Once we ordered, we both noted the things we enjoy looking forward to were not to be. Warm salads and salad plates, cold and substandard entrees. About the only thing still on par the biscuits. Going to have to think long and hard about coming back here. This place needs some help and attention to the details of service and food. This would rank as one of the worst of this chain. read more

He was very attentive, easy to talk to and was on top of everything!
