Server was super nice!!!! Right off the bat good service but the hostess was very rude and had a bad attitude problem!

Worst mistake I ever made was walking into this BWW... Walked in at 9:45PM when it says they close at 11:00PM. Upon entering there was 2 waiters that saw me one at the bar and one at the dinning room. The one in the dining room (short haired girl with a maroon shirt) proceeded to literally throw the table on the booth and yelled an obscenity because she was cleaning her section. Then proceeded to pretend like I wasn't there. Abou 15 feet away from me was a large man on a table counting money or doing something who also never even thought to look. Stood there for a little while then proceeded to go to another one that was about 3.5 miles away. Trust me... make the extra 10 minute drive and go to 8350 W 80th Ave. The bartenders and servers at this one were AMAZING and made me feel super welcome and I ended up having a good night thanks to these guys so BIG SHOUT OUT to them for rescuing BWW. read more

My wife and I have been coming here regularly since moving to Arvada last month. The service is fantastic, as is The ambience. It is a much smaller restraunt than others in the Denver metroplex which makes for a nice night out. No crying babies is a definite plus. Also, the staff gets along with all customers. read more

I have been going to this Buffalo wild wings for 10 years, and tonight is my last. The service has gone way downhill, the food is still good and what you expect from BWs. We started off in the bar and switch to the restaurant due to a rude waitress. The waitress in the restaurant was better, but very slow and we had to ask her four times to finally get a vodka tonic made correctly. First time we were given just a shot of vodka, then after asking thee time we received a plastic cup with soda water over an hour later. At the end of the night the general manager was extremely rude and was yelling at us because we stacked the glasses that were never picked up from the table throughout the night. I'm gonna give them a good review. But I want to call out one of their servers first. Gotta unload the dirt before I can fill in with positivity. So one of the servers, won't mention any names, was so jerky to us. I am 100% sure it's just us. Because the family next to us got water, refills, silverware, napkins, condiments. They even got corny jokes. Like the kind where she totally "TeeHee'd" and they returned the LOL!!?!! Like they enjoyed that joke, even though it's not funny! They were served perfectly. All the while I didn't get silverware, I had to fill my own water, serve myself basically which is fine. I wouldn't have even left a bad review if she treated the other family the same. I don't know if it is because she thought maybe I looked poor, but I am pretty clean, maybe it was my kids? Or maybe she just doesn't like my perfectly trimmed finger nails. Or I don't know, who knows but I don't want to try and guess it could be anything. Now that this negativity is out of my system, the positives. The non-servers were way awesome. I rode my bike with my two kids there and they were nice enough to let me park it inside. But as I was heading out I was struggling with the door this young lady (hostess) came out and helped me with the door. The food is meh but it's BWW, I knew that coming in. When you call to tell them that pretty much everything in your order was wrong/missing and the response is "yeah, we know. We're training someone new"..... REALLY? Maybe they shouldn't be "sealed for your safety" so they can be checked before they leave the premises. I get it- people make mistakes and there's a learning curve too. But when your customers are charged for things they didn't get, shorted on other items, and completely wrong on some too, it seems like either a "how can we make this right?", or "let me give you a refund/credit" wouldn't be out of line. Especially since apparently LOTS of people are calling with the same issue. And if you already know there are major problems packing orders maybe there should be a bit more training/oversight???? read more

Ultimate nachos were a plate of plain chips with raw onions and jalapeños. A slight drizzle of liquid cheese and a couple small pieces of hard dry hamburger. All this with a tiny cup of salsa. Needless to say, we were very disappointed! 3 orders of 5 piece tenders that were what we felt, undercooked. They felt rubbery inside. Our side salads did not come with the dressing and the tomatoes were soft and mushy. Just terrible! Our boneless wings that were meant for a child, came with sauce on top, not on the side like I ordered. I understand mistakes happen. However, when I contacted Grubhub, they intern contacted the restaurant. They would do absolutely nothing for us. Not one thing! I'm not sure if they have new management or what is going on with this location. From looking at the other reviews, it sounds like they have issues. I understand mistakes happen. But, to not even offer a credit of some sort is not how I would do business. Therefor, we will not be back and will spread the word in Arvada to go to King Soopers for Tenders, cheaper, better and good customer service. Came here with the family, 4 of us at 12:30 pm on 5/7. There was no one in there restaurant and took forever to get seating. The server a short black haired woman had no personality what so ever and treated us like she didn't want us to be there. We ordered the brisket burger, dry and disgusting, black bean burger, regular burger and wings. The only thing good was the fries and chips and salsa. The service was HORRIBLE. What the hell am I paying for? I ordered last month for pickup, they completely forgot a large boneless. I called and I got attitude about it but finally got a refund. I went last night for pickup. Ok... When it comes to BWW, I'm in it for the sauce! Don't get me wrong, the food is good! Wings are hot and crispy, and the grilled chicken cutlets you can substitute for wings are great as well.. but the food alone doesn't stand out. What makes this place pop is the 20+ choices of sauce. My Favorite is Zinger (Very hot) and Parmesan Garlic which is s0o0 yummy and creamy ;-).. I usually get both on the side and use the parmesan garlic to cool my mouth down. They sell all their sauces at the store so I would say go do some shopping and sample which ones you like, then buy it and eat at home. This is a hard review to write. We love BW3. My husband and I met in one. The wings have always been consistently good. The service is always fine- friendly and good enough. But the location feels like it's been declining. This location is not good. The wings are soggy and too dry (?) which is a weird combination. I've been trying to give them more and more chances, but the food quality has steadily been going down for years, while their prices go up. The women's bathroom was in terrible shape for months. The toilet paper holder and one of the towel dispensers were broken for months and held together with TAPE. In fact, I don't even know if they're fixed now. I was hoping that with 2 years of training, growth, and new management, that they would be better. I was wrong. I ordered the chicken buffalo ranch wedge salad. In the description states that the CHICKEN PIECES should have had medium temp buffalo sauce. MY 1 PEICE, (forget multiple. I got 1) had zero sauce, zero flavor, and was tiny. It was not much bigger then a single chicken nugget. The lettuce was wilted, and old. It looked like it was sliced open a few days ago and then served to me. I had stacked up the tomato slices were stacked up by me, and didn't add up to more then a quarter of 1 tomato. The bacon that was placed on, wasn't much more then a single slice. They charged $13 for this. This is now strike 3. They are awful. I hope a real chicken place opens nearby, and shuts them down. The picture below is what I was supposed to get. I ordered fries, and got a salt shaker worth of salt, cold fries, and some vinegar tasting something, added it to mask the smell of the fries. Never Again will this chain see my money. I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings a few times, and it never disappoints. Their wings, though pretty pricey, are consistent and always delicious. I bounce between this location, the one on 80th and the one on Alameda, and it's nice knowing you'll get the same food at each location. I'm a big fa on their Asian Zing, but all of the levels of Buffalo and Bar-B-Q flavors are great too. We ate in the bar section and it was nice how they have all of the TVs laid out. We were able to watch the three football games we were interested in at the same time. It started to get pretty full when the Broncos game started, but it wasn't too bad. The service was great. We had our waitress and she was training another lady. Both did a great job checking in on us. We also had a couple more stop by our table from time to time to check on us. Food arrived in a very timely matter. We ordered the nachos as an appetizer and it arrived literally in minutes and then around half time we ordered wings (both boneless and traditional) and they came within 15 minutes or so.
