I went to pick up an online order and service was awful! I had to wait twenty minutes for my food even though it was supposed to have been ready 15 minutes before I got there! AND they didn't give me as many wings as I paid for AND they're not even good!! They taste like they've been out for two days and they're tougher than shoes. I am highly disappointed. read more

Went in for Veterans day, bartender was not friendly at all, brown hair roughly 5.2. She was eating in front of us, saying she came in late and said her relief was terrible and she was supposed to be off by 4pm now. Hastily closed us out because she was leaving without asking to transfer or if we wanted anything else. She did not check on us or give the celery requested. On top of that charged for fries we never received if checked on us she would have noticed and proceeded to show the whole bar her underwear and lower back tatoo by turning and bending at the waist. Mixed feelings. The fries are only good at lunch time super crispy and fresh. Not sure why but the fries anytime after lunch time are terrible - they feel like you are eating reheated old fries from lunch (which is probably what you are eating). Also think their fries are overpriced. Like all the TVs with a variety of games on. Servers are a mixed bag. Some are good others are inattentive and still other you feel like they are trying to get you to order more so their tip will get bigger - strange feeling. read more

Do not order takeout! I ordered medium traditional hot and even tipped the takeout desk. When I checked my order at home, it was a small lemon pepper! I used to order from Uber eats and the orders were wrong because of the Uber guys but it looks like the problem is the store. I never have this problem when I eat-in. Don't bother contacting me. I particularly enjoy this restaurant, regardless of the time of year. The food tastes great and is presented well. The service is typically pleasant (if a little slow) and accurate. In my experience, it's worth taking the time to ask questions about what you're ordering. I don't think that all of the menu items are explained clearly on the menu, and I've been surprised a few times. This place gets really busy regardless of the time of year, so I like to call ahead to see what I'm walking into. They definitely try to be family-friendly, too. I don't know that I would bring children here (just for the potential for things to get a little rowdy or inappropriate), but plenty of my friends bring their kids. Definitely the sort of place to go to watch sports, eat some quality American fare and have a drink. Not a place I'd recommend for a quiet or intimate meal. read more

It's Buffalo Wild Wings in a different city than my local BWW. You can't go wrong. They have a ton of tv's, many beers to choose from, and consistent food. The chicken tenders order is gigantic (too much for one person unless you have a cardiologist with you). read more

Been coming here for a few years now with my husband and our children. Always received terrible service, the only reason we return is because my husband loves the wings. Can't remember the waitresses name but she had blue hair lol. The way she acted was as if it was a burden to serve us, kept having to ask for refills and the took forever to get the blue cheese. Until our last visit our service was phenomenal. Dylan took amazing care of us and the way he interacted with the kids was the sweetest. Drinks stayed full and couldn't think of anything to ask for. The host was fantastic. He was extremely accommodating and kind. Given the 65 minute wait, after being seated, he continually checked on our table to ensure we were being served and he even took our drink order. In contrast, our waiter was MIA. To top it off, our food came out individually several minutes after each other. Did I forget to mention we weren't given utensils or napkins? Then, he finally stopped by to check on us. I have never walked out of a restaurant before today. We had to wait several minutes for the greeter to come over. After seating us, we waited another 5 minutes before flagging her down again because nobody had come for our drink orders. She said she could take our order. She came back immediately with our drinks and di take our order. We waited for 30 minutes in which time no one came to refill our drinks and the table near us got their food even though they were seated after us. Scanning the restaurant for our server, I saw her leaving the side door with her bag as if her shift was over. At that point I asked the woman at the front desk for help. They did bring us new drinks but food/answers still had not come five minutes later. We had the feeling that our order was probably lost. Great experience and customer service! Traditional wings are half price on Tuesdays so we ordered 4 flavors for our family. When we picked up our to go order, it was hot and ready for us---so we decided we would grab a quick drink and a side of cheese curds (our favorite) while we waited. They came out hot and fresh as well and our drinks were awesome :) Definitely a great place for strong customer service with smiles (yaay) and some delicious wings! read more

This buffalo wild wings had good food and excellent drinks. It's a good place to go for watching sports or hanging out with a group of friends. Their bathrooms were clean and organized. The food was cooked and seasoned almost perfectly, however the service time was kinda slow. read more

I've never left any reviews until now. My only experience here (thankfully) is with carryout. I move around a lot, and always get some B-Dubs wherever I go. Never have I ever placed a simple order for CARRYOUT and had to wait an hour and a half. Never have I waited even just for a couple of minutes for food and have it brought to me COLD. Even when you place your order and then wait past the time for pickup to pick it up, you will STILL have to wait at least twenty minutes when you get there! And all of the employees except two that I've come across are childish. If you're wanting food to take home, skip the hell out of this place, it's not worth your time. Well, let me say that I didn't really check in to B-Dubs, but I had someone bring me the Southwestern Black Bean Burger. Ordered through Waitr which was an okay experience. The wings are very mediocre. They taste like wings that you would get from Walmart's deli section with sauce slather over them. The ranch tastes like vinegary mayonnaise. Carrots and celery wasn't even fresh. I will not go to this location again! It is nasty. read more

I find it weird that this place has a low rating. It's a sports bar that serves wings! Just like when you go to the movies, judge a restaurant based on what it said it would deliver. If you go in to see "Furious 7" and are so disappointed that it is not some indie, art house piece, that you give it a rotten review, you are wrong. It told you it would be cars, girls, and crazy action. Similarly, if you are looking for white tablecloth service at BWW, you are in the wrong place. We went to bww yesterday while visiting family. The new look inside was great. But that's the end of the good review. We were seated at a very wet table and then ignored for about 15 until we stopped someone so we could order drinks. we ordered everything at once to save time and ended getting it all at once about 45 minutes lateR and it was all cold. Cheese on fries like glue, chicken cold and my grandsons chicken finger breading tasted old. Refills on drinks only because we stopped someone , again. It was Obvious that they were terribly understaffed. The seater was cleaning off tables and delivering food. No manager in sight. The restaurant was only half full and they still couldn't keep up. Oh man, I'm kind of disappointed that this wound up being my favorite wing place in the area - I usually lean towards the local joints and away from the chains as my favorite restaurants. I noticed a lot of hate for BWW in the reviews, but I think this spot gets a raw deal. They're a sports bar and wing place; come here to scratch the itch for tasty wings (boneless are great here), a solid variety of beer to choose from, filling bar appetizers (fried pickles and cheese curds!), a loud roar at all times, and giant TVs. I'm a big fan of the Mango Habanero, Jammin' Jalapeno, Asian Zing, Spicy Garlic, and Thai sauces. That being said, this isn't a place to come when you have a big craving for burgers, sandwiches, wraps, etc. That's the one thing I have to knock them down a star for - my wife isn't nearly as big a wing fan as me, so she complains about their lack of offerings for people who didn't want wings. We may be the exception, but we've always had great service, too. If anything, a few of the workers have been a little too friendly at times - I'm not big on the idle chitchat. They're always great with our kids and quick to refill my drink when it runs low. read more

I hate when restaurants stay open late but aren't committed to good late night service. Of course no one was ready to receive us at the door so, there was a wait... had kind of a large party, so another wait. Server on the patio didn't seem to want new guests but tried to grin and bear it. Once we got drink orders, she seemed to warm up but the wait for the actual food was way too long IMHO. The food once it came was hot and delicious but the time of service was pretty bad. We chose them because they were open but I guess they "great" customer service must stop at an earlier time. Last week was my firs time here and it was the best. Their wings are on point! I had the Tablegate special which was wings, Jalapeno bites, cheese nachos, spinach dip and two pretty big pretzles. I went with my brother and sister and we often get stuff we can share and they loved it too. Everything was hot and fresh to order, and the waitress was great. Good place to stop for game night though, they have enough TVs to cover every event from any angle and a good selection of beers. Don't expect to get good food or fast refills unless you're at the bar though. Its Buffalo Wild Wings, so you know what you are going to get. The wings were good and came out hot as usual. The problem here was the service. It was subpar at best. I get it, it was late but your hours indicate you are still open for business so I expect quality service with that. Our waitress took our order (drinks and food), delivered drinks, delivered food, and didn't come by for any stops in between. I even had to get up and ask for my ticket. If they aren't interested in late night guest (around 10pm) then scratch the late night hours. Hope they fix this soon! read more

If I were rating this as a restaurant, I would give it one star, but since it is a sports bar, I give it three. There are tones of TVs with great views. There are a good selection of drinks and good seating. The food here is crap. I don't mind that the chicken is frozen (I got the boneless chicken), but the sauces are so salty, to the point of taking away from the flavor. The onion rings were great. The service is alright. Just walked into this location. I was waiting at the hostess stand for 5 minutes. Didn't see a soul. So I walked into the bar to try and get some service and they didn't even have a bartender. I'm only partial to this place because of their Black Bean Burger and Fried Pickles. The fried pickles are always delicious; the black bean burger is hit or miss, but usually pretty good. Their beer selection is okay. Their fries and queso are gross, in my opinion. Their service is terrible!! I've had 3 good waiters/waitresses there but more often than not, it's awful.
