We came on a Thursday evening at 6:30. We were sat immediately and 5 minutes later a waitress arrives asking if we've been helped yet. We order right away and it takes 30 minutes for our mozzarella sticks and a burger and fries to come out. It takes an additional 5 minutes to get our order of 7 wings. The food tasted great but our server was not attentive and didn't check in to let us know the status of our order. When we asked for the check, she came back right away. This is the worst BWW I have ever been to! This is my second vist here, and they have screwed my order up both times. I have been to BWW during big sporting events, and have had a lot better service. It is a Thursday night and very empty inside. For some reason again, my order gets overlooked and I have to inquire abut where it is. The bartender goes and checks, and the staff comes back to me with the incorrect order! Now, they have to place my order again since it got overlooked in the system by the staff. I informed them to cancel it because I will just go across the street to Carolina Ale House and get something. They just said "We're sorry for the inconvenience." There was not any offer to pay for my beer or anything. I guess this is the problem when you only have one such establishment in the area. If there is not a standard to be upheld, then you will always receive the bottom tier service. Wild Wing Cafe is a much better wing chain here in Augusta, GA! read more

I have been to this restaurant 5-6 times with co-workers, the first 2 times I went last year were great. This year, the service has absolutely plummeted in terms of quality and efficiency. One time I had gone, they informed me they were out of wings? how do you not have wings being Buffalo Wild Wings? The past 3 times have been horrible service during lunch, we waited on average 15-20 minutes for drinks, 20-30 minutes for an appetizer, and 50-90 minutes for food, 10-15 minutes for the check. When a place says they are open until 2am, then why do they start cleaning up around you while you are at a table eating? We had some ignorant guys putting chairs on the tables right next to us, cranked up some ghetto music so loud we could not hear each other talk, and were cleaning the floor right next to our table as they "rapped" along to the music. The crowd was so loud and obnoxious at the table behind us I could not believe they were allowed to remain in there. On top of that took 20 minutes to get a drink which wasn't the servers fault the bartender just didn't seem to be able to stay behind the bar. Service was slow tonight. They gave 1/2 of our order to another table so by the time they resubmitted our wings and got them to us the others that got their food were about done. The extra order of carrots/celery were small compared to other wild wings we have been to. Also the celery was frozen and as it thawed it got mushy. Both carrots and celery were dirty, had to wipe them off with a napkin before eating. It took on average 3 request to get each condiment. The wings were good. read more

I ordered using DoorDash for delivery. The wings were just okay. I love celery so ordered a full order of celery with my wings and what came was 4 tiny limp sticks! The 1 tiny little container each of ranch and bleu cheese sauce were not enough for my large order of wings. Will never order for delivery from here again. read more

Food was average, expect for the gnat in my celery and carrots. The service was not the greatest. We got there at 10 and didn't get to place an order until 1040. Our waiter kept disappearing, I spotted all the other waitresses and waiters, which they didn't even act professional at all. Finally he came brought our food and asked if I wanted carrots and celery. So he brought it out, I was about to eat it when I saw a gnat on the celery. Of course I wanted to tell him but again he disappeared. Finally he came with the check I told him about the gnat he was oh thank you and walked off. Odd. Horrible service! The hostess was busy brushing her hair before she seated us. The drink looked like someone took a sip before I got it then when I brought it the servers attention she said it melted and walked off. The bar tender spoke to me in a condescending tone and told me to order another drink through my waitress even though she just walked off and I was talking to the bar tender. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Most servers are good, but there are some mean rude people there. I had a question and the waitress answered me in such a rude sassy way, and then my boyfriend got mad at her and said some words and she just kept running her mouth and calling us names. I have been to this BWW twice and have been pleased. The place is only a year old and clean. There are a lot of tv's and the food is great. The fried mushrooms are probably the best I have had from BWW. The chicken sandwich and wings are also good. I have nothing else to say, but give it a try. read more

I see all the negative reviews and I think they're trying to do better. The cheese plate appetizer was huge and we actually almost got full after just eating that. The waitress suggested I taste the different sauces before I decide if it was my first time. I appreciate that because I almost had a bad day with what I originally ordered. She stayed on top of the drinks. She suggested a special that we didn't see that turned out to be perfect for our needs when she could have kept quiet and charged us full price. Visited BWW with hubs and tot since someone had a craving for wings. It was before the lunch rush hour so we were served quickly. Hubs ordered the traditional wings in Desert Heat (dry rub). It was actually really good and had a nice lingering heat. You will need the dipping sauce after a few wings as the heat builds on you. I ordered small boneless wings with Bourbon Honey Mustard and Spicy Garlic. The bourbon was good. Nice rounded flavor. The spicy garlic had a ok start flavor but terrible sour finish. I felt like I bit into a bitter grapefruit mixed with hot vinegar and got that pucker face. It wasn't the most pleasant taste. Luckily, our server was kind enough to bring me a different order to sub in for that unpleasantness. My tot had the little buffalo traditional wings in teriyaki. I went here with 2 friends. Our waitress was obviously intoxicated, there were over 20 TVs all blaring. With so many TVs on in one room, it made us all want to sleep it felt like being hypnotized. It was so loud I could barely here myself think. I ordered the wings and got no napkins. Not even a wet wipe or anything. There wasnt a napkin dispenser on the table either. How do you serve wings and not give napkins? The drinks didn't have a price for them on the menu, the seats were covered in crumbs and food, my friend's chicken wasnt even cooked all the way. We were there on a Friday night not a lot of people were there and I can see why. I will never go there again. We were seated pretty quick we let our waitress it was our first time so give a minute to look at the menu. Then we made the mistake to see if we could watch the Atlanta Falcons game they had the Carolina game on after that she really had a attitude don't know why. She never came back to our table until another waitress offer to take our order. So we went ahead and ordered with the other waitress. THen both waitress and the manager stood at the kitchen having a conversation and looking at us. So when our waitress came back by we asked about the Falcons game she told us the manager said they were not watching that station. After that and sitting there waiting on our food we just cancelled our food order and left and no one could have careless that we left. read more

The only thing good about BWW is the beer. I have been to two BWW in other states. Slow service and poor food was my experience. Same in Augusta. Went there for Happy Hour. Despite our waitresses best efforts, we had to wait 25 min for appetizers. Then 25 more for food. Got the pulled pork sandwich. Spices were so thick it hurt my mouth. I avoided the wings for that very reason. Music so loud we could not hold a conversation. Its 5pm folks, this isnt a nightclub! Never again. BWW off my list for good. read more

This place was a disaster. I definitely understand the rush for Veterans day but this place did not handle it at all. They kept changing the rules regarding the promotions eligibility for carry out. The employees conduct with customers present was appalling. One employee behind the counter even loudly commented "I hope I get some tips, you know how it is with these promotions". I would definitely not recommend coming here, especially during peak hours. The only reason I gave this restaurant two stars is because the manager attempted to take care of complaints as they came up but the employees do nothing to help his cause. read more

We've eaten here quite a few times & I have to say the food is what you would expect from a sports bar/grill. What really makes this place is the service. Last time we went there for lunch we had a very nice, exceptional waitress. I can't remember her name for the life of me, but she was friendly in a casual-professional way, attentive to our needs & provided us service with a smile!
