This is the closest to us Southland. It's really nice it's big, There's a lots of TVs. We were greeted immediately and put at a table. The service was semi-slow but given the pandemic and maybe the holidays I will give them some slack. Our waitress Aspen was great attentive even one busy with other tables. I normally have plain bone in wings I like them extra crispy I'm not a fan of a lot of sauce so I kind of stay away. My great aunt used to make breaded cauliflower, when I was younger. I noticed on the menu they had cauliflower wings I asked the waitress about it and I decided to try it (again plain). I was excited shocked amazed and mesmerized with the memories as these taste just like my Great aunts. I think that these are my new favorite as I've had them twice in the last two days. Here was my biggest complaint., I know that it's hard to enforce but people walked in with no masks walked around with no masks and nobody say anything. Where is management? There's a big sign on the front door that says mask required to enter. Please people be respectful. Nothing to complain about really. My boyfriend and I ordered fried pickles which were nice and crispy. We each ordered boneless wings which were perfectly sauced. Son loves wings so recent update 9/8/19. Not much has changed from below assessment. We ordered chips with quest and Chile that was pretty good. Ordered boneless and received bone-in. Manager ran the food and didn't even check the ticket that showed it was wrong. No apology. Order finally comes missing sauce. Not a fan of this place. Thank God they have football on to distract. Had our draft party here for fantasy on Labor Day. It's BW's, so their wing quality is pretty consistent at around 3 to 3.5 stars. What turned me off was the pride in the store (see photo). I'm very shocked at the overall rating here. I went here after watching a movie. I was able to walk up and told an estimated regular table time was about an hour or I could be seated at the bar immediately. That was no brainer. Took the immediate seating at the bar. The establishment itself is a sports bar and right now there's limited seating due to covid restrictions. It's nice and bright , very bright actually. The night I went it was raining , so no patio seating. The bartender was amazing. Jessica was giving 5 star service and was very attentive. The vibe was welcoming and casual. I ordered lemon pepper rub wings and honey bbq sauce wings. I ordered an Angry Orchard cider as I don't really drink beer. The wings came out in a timely manner and everything was great. I sat and enjoyed the wings while watching The Rockies beat the SF Giants up on their many TVs. The menu is not too complex , fried food options, a few deserts and drinks. So me and my buddies decided to go to Bdubs for some wings while my friend who was back for the week was in town. We planned to be there around 6:45, so naturally I called around 5:00 to see if we needed reservations. The kind lady on the phone said no, it was first come first serve and that at 6:45 they would have availability. We roll up right at 6:45 and the four of us walk in. They told us it would be five minutes, so we waited about 10 minutes and still nothing so we ask again and they told us 10 minutes. We got tired of waiting outside so we asked if we could wait by the takeout area. While we were standing there we saw at least 8-10 empty tables so we were very confused on why we could not get a table. About 30 minutes later they finally sat us at a high-top. We wait for about 20 minutes and we still don't have a server. At this point I'm pretty thirsty and I needed to hydrate so I walk up to the bar in hopes of getting some water. I didn't see a bartender but I did see some cups and a soda machine so I started filling some waters in the well for me and my friends. I bring them back to the table and still no one has helped us or asked if we needed help or even greeted us. another 10 minutes go by and then finally a server comes to our table to grab our order. Our server Karim was actually very nice, it was his first day and it looked like he was running all over the place. However he was nice and got our orders in correctly so we made sure to take care of him because we understood it was not his fault. When the food came out, I was not surprised to see that it looked like microwaved chicken nuggets that I can buy at Costco for $6.00. The food was dry and the sauce was not even on all of the wings. Sonic makes better wings and I don't have to wait an hour and thirty minutes for them. They didn't even come with carrots and celery and in fact apparently its a $0.60 up-charge for them. Any other wing place I go they are included. Overall Bdubs Southlands gets a 1/5 because it looks like they don't know how to run a restaurant. Very displeased with the management and seems like there is a major lack of training, attention, care, or respect for customers and employees at this location. Placed an order for ten wings to go on a busy night. I was nearby so I waited in the parking lot for about ten minutes. I walked in to ask if my order was ready. The hostess said it we would just be a few minutes longer. After one hour and one check in later, I heard someone tell someone else "to-go orders are around the corner." My wings were there, cold. It seemed like the person in the front that I checked in was severely overwhelmed as there were many people waiting for to-go orders in the wrong area. In my last few minutes of waiting someone else took over that seemed to have a better handle on things but it wasn't soon enough, at least for some. read more

Have gotten takeout from here twice. The first time they gave us the wrong flavor wings so we had to drive back to get the right ones because the wrong flavor we got was extremely spicy and we couldn't eat them. The service is absolutely atrocious. Tonight we were hoping to get food. We walked in and stood at the host stand and never got greeted. Stood around waiting and nothing happened so we decided to find a seat. Most tables were dirty. The server looked at us and said she was calling a manager. The manager (Sean) walked up, didn't greet us or say anything. The table needed to be cleaned and he very rudely stated "move your stuff" and proceeded to begrudgingly wipe the table. This place always seems to get my order wrong no matter how many times I specify my order to the staff. They always give me the wrong seasoning and the wings are always undercooked. Not sure why there are such low reviews for this location of Buffalo wild Wings. I thought it was pretty decent. We decided to eat here for lunch on a Saturday and we were seated promptly. This location is in the Southlands mall area right next to the movie theater so I wasn't sure how busy it was going to be. In any case I thought the service, food and pricing of wings was not bad at all. My only complaint is the noise. There is not much that can be done about it, but since Buffalo wild wings is considered a "sports bar" of sorts, be prepared to hear some loud people when there is a big game playing. There is a tv in every corner of the restaurant and always tuned into sports. But my wings, and also fried pickles, were great. I ordered 10 traditional wings, half with parmesan garlic sauce and the other half woth bourbon honey mustard. I also asked for light sauce, which they did. All in all, not a bad experience. (Service isnt great either) But if someone held then accountable then....Ok, we walk in Sunday March 6th at about 3ish (off time, yes) we are told by hostess (not, her fault) the wait will be 15 min. It makes me sad to write this review. First off the good. Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite wing places. I always enjoy the food and the ambiance is what I expect walking in. Tonight our waitress, Jess, was exceptional at her job. In fact that's the only part of this BWW location that is even above par. When you walk into this location you are almost always greeted by.... well no one actually. The hostesses are off doing who knows what and when they arrive at the door and see you they act as if your sheer presence is an inconvenience to their day. After you request a table they begrudgingly take you to the table. I have been to this location many times and this is the greeting I have come to expect. After we were finally greeted I was walked to my table. At the time of seating there were only 3 other tables in use in the entire restaurant. So naturally I was seated between the kitchen entrance and one of the only other used tables in the on the floor. Now I understand rotating server sections but this is absurd. I stood there in awe looking around at the dirty floor, the unbussed tables, and the swinging door of the kitchen wondering if I was being pranked or on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. When our waitress came out we politely asked to be moved. The shining star of our visit, Jess, said we could move to any section we wanted. (Right answer to the customer). As I ate my dinner I watched as it took over an hour to bus the dirty table in the section we were originally in. The servers were busy talking, flirting, texting, and pretty much doing anything but the requisite duties to maintain any sort of standard in the restaurant. Several of the servers had disheveled appearances and dirty unkept clothes on. To say I was let down by this is an understatement. I've been to BWWs all over the country and this is one of the worst ones I've ever been too. My family and I have always dined in and it's always been a great experience. We decided just to grab some wings and take them home. What an awful idea! Our order comes with 20 piece traditional wings , a carrot and celery boat , and 3 ranches. We get home and only have our wings. I called to let them know that we were missing things in our order that lady who was on the phone said ," We have been so busy so the back didn't put them in, what do you want me to do" I was beyond annoyed like we pay for food / condiments that we didn't even get. A couple of friends and I went here for lunch, we ordered a fair amount of wings with typical appetizers. The wings were huge this time, at least twice the size, but they tend to vary day by day. The food didn't take long to cook although the meat seemed flavorless, leaving the sauce to carry. Our waitress however was one of the best I've ever had. Where do I start?? I got attitude the SECOND I walked in the door with my group. I told the blonde curly haired girl up front that we would be a group of 8 she literally sighed in my face, looked around, and then said it would be 15 minutes. We were perfectly fine with waiting and said okay. Then after we got sat down, the bigger waitress came by to get our drink orders but we were mid conversation and didn't hear her. She walked up and said "What can I get you guys to drink?" and stared at us with a rude look because we didn't respond immediately. I told her "Sorry we were talking" and then told everyone to order their drinks. Not to mention every single time we said "Thank you" to this woman she just walked away and just didn't acknowledge it at all. Then we were ready to order and we said "We're actually ready to order" and she snapped back with something along the lines of "Give me a second." If she had just changed her tone of voice and didn't give us the ugly looks, everything would've been completely different. This ladies attitude was genuinely shocking and made it seem like she hated her life and job. After we got our food, my group and I got stared at the ENTIRE time we were there. The waitress couldn't even look us in the eye when she brought us our food because she knew I was starting to get annoyed with her attitude. Not too far from us we noticed that our waitress was talking to the other girls there, including the hostess from upfront who walked all the way from the front to a corner near us, and continuously pointed at us until I made eye contact with every single one of them and they tried to play it off. Then the hostess realized she had to go back to the front due to other customers waiting by the door while they were chatting it up. Then when we were about done with our meals getting ready to leave our waitress came up and said "You can pay with the QR code on the table" and so we did. 2 of our friends had stepped out but they came back to pay, right after the rest of us did. Then I'm not sure if it was the manager or who he was but he walked up to our table as we were getting ready to leave, still packing up our food, and said "Are you guys going to pay for the other 2 tabs?" and the friends responsible for the tabs said they were doing it ONLINE. He then told my friend to follow him to pay at the kiosk. You could obviously tell they were implying that we were going to dine and dash when we clearly weren't. The waitress didn't bring our checks to us and just told us to pay online so that's what we did. Bringing my friend to the kiosk obviously trying to "make sure" he pays was very accusatory. Good luck if you come here. I've been here plenty of times and the people working on Monday Night (July 31st) should not be working in a restaurant environment when they can't keep their personal attitude and issues at home and take it out on random people they're serving. read more

Updating my review. We had a horrible experience, but was invited back, their treat. It is under new management and we definitely saw a difference. Food was much better. However Melissa you shouldn't be in customer service waiting 20 min for drinks is absurd then after an extra 5 minutes I literally had to get up and grab my own beer that's abysmal, attitude with every request and rolling you're eyes at my party. If you didn't want to serve people you should have never applied for the job. I work in customer service myself, and in fact manage the store I currently work at so I understand that there will be days that are harder then others but it's no excuse to disregard and blatantly be disrespected. read more
