This BWW is very sleek in design and is very well cleaned and maintained. But I was not impressed with the customer service. Not only did the cashier keep calling me "honey" but they totally forgot my celery and carrots that I paid for. Normally when you do a pick up order BWW employees are supposed to pull everything out in front of you to verify the order is correct. But they didn't here. Also everything looks like they were rushed and all my food was mixed up like they threw it in the box to be quick about it. Not too thrilled with today's service. read more

If you like decent wings, but garbáge service, come to Buffalo Wild Wings on Manchester. The past two times I have visited this establishment, the wings have been tasty, but the service has been horrible. The first time, it was a Friday and the place was packed. I understand how the bustle of game night can cause mistakes, however every part of our experience was botched. From the order, to the serving, to the payment. It was horrendous. Today, we came to eat and the place is pretty empty for 12pm on a Saturday. It took half an hour to serve us our food, and several of our orders were botched. Don't come to this location! I've been to BWW's before but never this location. We came right when they opened last week (Thursday). A women walked in front of us and told the employee that her party would be 7 people. I had witnessed the employee state that her manager would not be happy about that which I was confused just because they had just opened, nobody was in there and I was kind of dumbfounded why they would say that! The employee completely ignored us a party of 4. I waved her down and she said she thought we were with her, which is understandable.. I thought that is why she didn't come greet us. She seated us. The other women left maybe 5 mins later. We told her it's so cold. It was a literal icebox in the restaurant! She said our heater is broken. She said they turned it up and said the kitchen is hot, dining area is cold. Only 2 staff in the whole location. Just her and 1 manager. We were still the only people in the restaurant at that point. We ordered several different flavors of wings all boneless and all with sauces. No dry rub! We got a kids drink and 1 water and 1 soda. We got 3 orders of 12 boneless wings. A few other guests came to dine in. We waited forever for them to come out. The waitress brings out our food with another tables food, even though we were there 30 mins before him. Wings were cold! Not hot, probably not fresh! We ordered Nashville hot (it was not hot at all) got it before at another location and it was hot. Tried the lemon pepper, strong lemon taste. We got the honey BBQ, I didn't care for that flavor. Also got the habanero, that was super spicy and some other flavors. We couldn't even eat our food because we were seriously shivering because it was so cold!!! We had goosebumps! I don't think they should have opened if there was no heat on a chilly, windy day and also no staff. Waitress said nobody wanted to come in only us 2! Which I understand people are lazy and don't want to work which isn't her fault but if the restaurant can't do their job, they shouldn't have opened. It wasn't busy either. The waitress was nice! We didn't complain about the food being cold we were just rushing to leave because it was so cold. We got some boxes and our bill. She charged me a adult size drink for a small child. I said she's a child why did you charge me for a adult drink. She said that the computer wouldn't let her change it????? What?! My sis paid with her card so she gave it to her 1st while I was finding my cash to pay. I left my cash on the table and started to walk to the door with the kids. She was getting her card and after she got it she said the waitress ran to the table to see if I had left money! We have CONSISTENTLY received fewer wings than ordered from takeout. Several times we have ordered 15 wings and when we got them home there were only 10 in the box. Slow service and the most tasteless nachos ever. The ultimate nachos lack taste and were bland. Go somewhere better.

Asked to have a takeout ready in an hour to watch the big blues game. Gave them an hour and a half for boneless wings. Get there two hours later and they said they didn't have the order in their system. Thankful that chick fil a can pull through for our hungry guests. Maybe I need to try something different. Maybe wings aren't my thing. I've been here a couple times -- once with a group of eight, once with just two of us. Service has been OK, but I'd think the server could remember who ordered what. When it was just two of us, she did remember. Otherwise, not. Good on soda refills, which is helpful with spicy wings. I love Buffalo Wild Wings...the food at this location is always good and the staff is normally friendly (even if they almost always mess up your drink order) but it has to be the SLOWEST bww in existence. I've actually started driving further to the Chesterfield or Olive location just because the wait time here is terrible. Very bad experince here. Alot of wait staff but took almost 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us.( wasnt busy at 7pm or). We get seated order food, it comes out about 40 minutes later. I ordered the game day sampler which looked good but when i got it was just aweful. The food was on the colder side of warm. And the burgers were dried out and had residue from the grill or stove caked on them. My fiance had gotten the traditional/boneless combo she said it was ok. But the wings were not warm. The waitress never asked how the food was and im glad she didnt because I was just so unhappy with the meal. It was already late and i had no patience to argue or ask for a manager i wanted to get the check and get outof their... Reconsider going to a sports bat other than buffalo wild wings. My self and my family came in last Friday and had lunch and the server we had was so friendly and sweet she took the time to go over a few thing we had questions about on the menu and even gave us some feed back on what we should try. Sunday afternoon, new location so we decided to give it a try. I had to flag down a bartender there were two of them wandering behind the bar. My suggestion is stick to beer. I'm not sure they know how to make even a simple cocktail. (Refer to photo). As soon as we arrived I asked for a specific upcoming game and was told the manager wasn't here yet but she would tell him as soon as he arrived. He arrived just as the games started. My request is no where. So I walk over and ask he says "no one told me" I'll put your game in over in the corner. Ugh!. When I sat down the bartender said " I gave him your request". We made the mistake and ordered food about 30 minutes ago, still waiting... Food finally arrived. We both ordered wraps. Not bad, mine came with stale tortilla chips. She didn't go above and beyond and didn't even know the dressings available off the top of her head, but she didn't ignore us or treat us poorly either. I ordered the chili con queso for the table which was actually pretty damn tasty. More chili than queso like you'd get anywhere else offering the dish. Never do carry out here. I have ordered carry out several times here and every time it is wrong. Sometimes it is minor, most of the time it is major. I have gotten the wrong appetizers, wrong types of sauce, wrong order completely. One this trip it is the second time I got the wrong chicken. Just got a salad but they gave me tacos. Fixed it but brought out wrong salad, wrong cheese no croutons and no garlic bread with it, they never remember the bread. If you decide you have to order take out from here speak slowly and loudly to the order person. Then make them repeat the order that appears on their screen word. Allow yourself extra time to wait while they is your order because despite your best efforts, it will be wrong. This is what happens when you hire a certain "type" if person and not the most qualified. Also think kitchen staff who prepares the order must not be readers. read more

Today I visited the new buffalo that just opened end of last week. My only way of describing my time there today was,like this. Someone takes an old car and refinishes the exterior but doesn't put any work in under the hood so the car still runs terrible. They spent all this money to upgrade the place and it looked nice, but the food was terrible they were completely understaffed at 2 in the afternoon on Labor Day during a cardinals game.seriously? Been to this location like 3 times. First time we waited for a person to get our orders for over 30 minutes. Then our food came out an hour later and it was wrong. The waitress corrected my order but again came out really late. We were there for over 3 hours for dinner! I gave it another chance, so the second time I was there the music was so loud and I know it was a busy night but I waited patiently to get a table. When we got a table the waitress sat us down and gave us menus. The place was dying down so we were hoping we will get our orders faster and right this time but nope, the waitress took 45 minutes to get our orders and we decided to just leave. For third time we again went to this place and was able to go in and get a table but no one got our orders. We asked for a waiter or waitress and that we have been waiting for about 30 minutes and someone came and just gave us a menu and after that no one came back! I've come here for lunch and had amazing service as the place is empty and the staff are super friendly. I've come here for a late night food pick up order, and not only was there no one to greet at the door, when I walked to the bar I waited for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and then I wasn't even offered any service. I sat at the bar and waited for another couple minutes and was asked if I had a pick up order. I had wanted to sit and enjoy a beer while I waited for my food to be prepared, yet the staff didn't care to ask. There were 3 people attending to many patrons during a Blues game and I hope that this is just a matter of being short staffed. The food is usually well prepared and I have no complaints there. I will second guess coming back during a game night of any sport as I don't think this location is busy enough to require more than a few people working. read more

BWW used to be one of our favorite places to grab a quick bite to eat. The service was generally good and the food was tasty and a good value. Earlier this evening I went in to order some wings for carry-out. I sat at the bar for about 3 minutes before the bartender came out from the back. She made eye contact with me and then began chatting with her friends. After about five more minutes she finally came over. She didn't greet me or apologize for the delay; instead, she was rude and condescending. When I asked for a menu, she tossed it onto the bar and went back to her friends. Eventually she came back over to get my order. When I asked her how many wings were in a "large" order, she actually sighed before answering me. I placed my order and she went back over to her friends. When my wings finally came out, I had to ask her for the check. She eventually ran my card and dropped the receipt for me. When I got home I discovered that the wings had the wrong sauce and were undercooked. I would have taken the order back if I thought it would have been corrected. read more

We have been for years and have been to many however this is unfortunately our "home" location and while the food is generally on point the service is so slooooow. They keep saying they are under staffed but it's been months. How long does it take to staff?
