I've been here a few times with my bf because he loves wings and he really enjoys them from Buffalo Wild Wings. Often when we go here and there is not a sporting event going on there is usually not a wait and we often sit at the bar. We ended up sitting at the bar and were greeted by the bartender fairly quickly. I got the Long Island ice tea and my bf got a blue drink. My Long Island was strong and pretty good. I would note that the prices for drinks are not on the menu and I feel like they do that on purpose so that you are more likely to order the higher priced drinks. We got the buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer and I got the grilled chicken crispers and a side salad. The dip while it looked good, was unfortunately not good to me. The texture was grainy and the flavors did not meld together well. Also, the chips were stale. My chicken smelled off and it really looked like a chicken tenderloin had been cut into 3 pieces. The salad had wilted lettuce and I didn't eat any of it because of that. My bf did get wings and he liked his wings. The bartender did check on us and she did a great job serving us. First every yelp review so automatic bias towards B Dubs I got a burger as my three friends got wings but I stand strong on my choice, it was a good enough burger. I will say there were not a lot of fries and the fries themself were a little cold. We stayed 4 hours, and despite game 4 of the NBA finals being on, we really stayed for the pure vibes of each other's company, true brotherhood. Extra points to the service, our waiter Tati (she didn't like me) stood through my picky and complicated burger condiment order, kudos to her. I am giving this location an extra star in the rating because this iB Dub location is in an area where many places are closed at 9:00 pm and this establishment will stay open until 10:00 or 11:00 depending on the night---I just find that where I frequent there are fewer and fewer late night dine in offerings other than Waffle House. I went to this location on a Thursday night--it was not extremely busy so we had our choice of seating. While not extremely busy, the staff remained attentive and quick without appearing to want to rush us off which is something I appreciate. Televisions had sports and people dabbling in games but neither was so loud to impact out dining experience. Food at B Dubs is not my favorite but I have to remember and compare this to like places. But still, it's not that good--whether it's the wings, or fries or tots or nachos---edible but not that good. In my experiences at B Dubs the hamburger is the best. That said, the food provided is plentiful and filling so that's another plus. The wings are okay but I do prefer the wings of competitors (even the nearby one which went out of business) over the B Dubs offerings. That said, I am more than happy to return. read more

Literally typing this from the restaurant. Been one hour and 20 minutes since I arrived to a DEAD RESTAURANT and all I got was my drink (40 minutes in). It's been another 40 minutes and my food still isn't out. Noticed two ladies have been here at least 30 minutes with no drinks either. Considering I've seen 8+ staff members and the place is dead as can be, I don't get it. Never coming to this location again. My experience at this restaurant was awesome! Taty did a very good job, very professional, but also could joke around. We really enjoyed the golden tee. Classic game to play while waiting for the food. I ordered 15 wings. I got 5 Caribbean Jerk. These were my least favorite. Had an odd taste to them. I also got 5 honey bbq and 5 garlic parm. This was one of the worst visits at any Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. My wife and I dined at this location for lunch on Wednesday 09/18/24. The service was mediocre, and the food was not good. We arrived at 1:15 PM at 7524 Bluebonnet Blvd in Baton Rouge. There were only a few other diners in the restaurant at that time. The server finally came over to greet us after about 8 - 10 minutes of waiting. I asked about the national burger deal that was showing and advertised in the Buffalo Wild Wing app for national cheeseburger day. The server had no idea what I was talking about and seemed very confused even after I showed him the deal in the app., The server stated that he didn't know if this location was participating, and he needed to check with the manager before he could honor the deal. It took the server about 10 minutes to return to our table to let us know that the deal would be honored. We both ordered the All-American Cheeseburger served with tow patties, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, and mustard tater tots. It took more than 45 minutes to get our order despite there being only about 8 other tables being occupied. Also, during this time of waiting for our food, the server only checked in with us 1 time, even though he passed by our table more than five times checking on other tables. As I sat and observed, I noticed there were only two servers in the entire dining room. The burger was warm, not hot, the bun was not fresh, the double patties were dry and over cooked, and the other ingredients were very few and did not taste fresh. The tater tots were also just warm to the touch. Both the burger and tater tots seemed to have been sitting under a warming rack for an extended period. The worst burger I have ever eaten from any Buffalo Wild Wings location. The burger looked good, but it was NOT properly prepared, and it showed in the quality and taste. This was my first time visiting this location and it was an extremely disappointing lunch. It has been months since I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings, and after they brought me my order, I remember why. They were so overcooked that it was like eating tree bark, and there wasn't any sauce. Horrible service that was so dismissive, negligent and slow it defies proper description. I'll just put it this way: if you're a restaurant owner and want to know how to lose a customer in one hour, then go to Buffalo Wild Wings. If you're a potential customer, stay far, far away. You'd have to have the patience of Job to go to this place and not be frustrated, angry and insulted. It began upon arrival. There was no one at the hostess's station, so we stood there like fools and watched employees circulating, all ignoring us. There were two or three people at the booth up front just a six or seven feet from the hostess station (at the desk that sells t-shirts and other brand items). We saw them chatting, looking at their phones and looking past us. Finally, a bored-looking woman sauntered over, didn't bother making eye contact with us and spoke in a monotone. "Two?" she said, as if she was diagnosing a disease. I don't use the term "sauntered" lightly. She was moving so slowly I thought she might stop and take a nap before she got to us. There were only about a dozen customers in the entire place and at least 20 open tables, yet the hostess sat us in a booth next to the beverage station, which was the worst table in the house. The table was lopsided. It was so annoying we moved to the table behind it, which was fine but I guess it would've been too much for them to seat us at a decent table. We ordered drinks that didn't come. We asked... twice. Ten minutes passed. No drinks. Hardly anyone in the restaurant, our low-energy, bored-looking server ambling along listlessly or looking at her cell phone. Twice she told us the drinks were "being made.'" Really? How long does it take to pour two drinks? We were so frustrated my husband actually went to the bar and asked for our drinks. The bartender was standing there doing paperwork. She had the order but had made no effort to fill it. When our food arrived (by someone else, not our server), we got no silverware. I had to get up and ask another waiter, who gave me plastic cutlery. When our regular server bothered to come by, she brought me silverware but none for my husband. She also didn't bother apologizing for us having to get our own drinks. She was that checked out. Our refills drinks were also slow. We had to ask about them and were told, again, they were "being made." I guess Buffalo Wild Wings has a special, complex process for making drinks that its competitors don't use. Someone impersonating a manager stopped by and asked us how things were. I said not good and that we couldn't get our drinks. Instead of acknowledging our issue and apologizing, she made an excuse that it was "shift change." Interestingly, this was the same excuse we heard a year ago when we arrived and stood at the hostess desk forever without being acknowledged. Gosh, I guess they change shifts often. The entire staff dynamic at this restaurant was slow-moving, disinterested and unprofessional. It's like they have been schooled on how to ignore, insult and dismiss their customers. The only positive thing I have to say is the wings we ordered were good, so maybe take-out is an option for this place. Perhaps that's how they stay in business. It certainly isn't do to the ambiance and customer service, because there is none. How do you lose a customer in one hour? Send them to Buffalo Wild Wings on Bluebonnet. read more

When they came out the nachos, cheese and meat were cold. We told our server about it and he said I will take them back and get you some fresh nachos. It was my first visit here so I took some time to get acquainted with the sauces. I ordered the lunch special which was $11 and change. It come with a small order of wings and a side. Their definition of small and mine were different. I got the boneless wings and a small order is 10 wings. It filled me up for sure.
