Free Burger Promo Checked online, and it said the free burger with $15 purchase was on your next purchase. I did not order a burger with my $15 order. I assumed the coupon would appear on the app and I could use it on my next purchase. Well coupon never appeared, so I emailed corporate. I also included a screenshot of what I saw online. Now they are informing me that it's at time of purchase, and I should of got my burger with the initial order... I would have ordered it with my original order if that's what I read online. This company has gone downhill. Low quality preparation and constantly changing menu and item preparation is aggravating. Last three times I have been here (ordering the same thing all the time) the preparation of menu items has been completely different. Is it like freestyle in the kitchen? Tried calling the main customer service #... The people answering are probably not from this country and there is def a language barrier. They seem not to care. Tiny wings, hair in food, inconsiderate. This place was one of my favorite restaurants for years, but they have gone so down hill that I don't think I'll ever waste my money again. Today my family ordered 30 boneless wings to share for takeout. I overlooked it when they somehow lost our order and forced us to wait longer, but after arriving home and opening up the wings, I was utterly disappointed. The first picture I attached is of a fork with an ENTIRE wing by their standard. In the second picture you can see another tiny wing, and that most of the wings were tiny like this one, with a few average-sized wings mixed in. I used to be stuffed on a snack size order of wings, but I'm currently still hungry! This is not my only gripe with them. I kid you not, the past two times in a row that I have ordered food from them, it has been contaminated with hair. My mother who has Crohn's disease is afraid to eat there as well, since they have repeatedly forgotten to remove the ingredients requested (such as tomatoes due to the seeds), which can put her in the hospital if she's not careful. I am a food lover and I rarely ever send food back or complain, but I have determined that this place skimps on their sub-par food, is unsanitary, and downright dangerous for those with food allergies/sensitivities. The food at Buffalo wild wings taste the same pretty much every time you go there. Wings, burgers, nachos, tacos, blah blah blah. Decided to try B-dubs one more time to see if anything has changed. I'll give you a guess. Nooooooope. The servers still stand by the service station and the food was not good. We ordered The queso dip which came out cold and the bowl was half full. I normally don't send food back but the dip, must have been warming up in the counter from being taken from the fridge. So I did send it back, Ol Sandra was not happy about the precious queso dip as she hauled it away. It was rather odd I didn't get a visit from a manager, not that I care, but I asked if a manager comes over when food is sent back. Good ol Sandra said one manager was cooking and the other was doing some paperwork work. I can only hope it was for training their servers in hospitality. Today was the 2nd horrible visit we have had within the last month at your wilder rd, Bay City, MI location. As you can see in the photos on our last visit we ordered a "basket" of potato wedges. We have ordered these many times before so we are well aware of the quantity we should have received. Instead we got a small size. Then my son ordered the buy 10 get 10 boneless wings and the sticker clearly says 10 so he should have gotten another 10 free for the promotion but he didn't. When we asked the waitress about these 2 issues she flat lied to our faces and said that that is the size of a basket of wedges and that my son only ordered 6 boneless wings. Clearly from the "10" sticker on his plate that was not the case. Then today 1/7/23 we tried to eat in at this same location and they refused to honor there prices in the restaurant. In order to get the same exact food for the same price we had to order takeout. This is absurd and I will no longer give this location any business unless you're company addresses the management in this location and can assure me that you have retrained your staff and management in this location. So on the 13th of August my hubby and I went here to eat. Everyone was so nice and kind to us. We went right when they opened so that we can have fresh food. The appetizer that we had was amazing as always which was the queso cheese dip with tortilla chips. But the reason why this gets three stars is because of my wings that I had. I had ordered 10-piece bone-in wings with the honey barbecue sauce. I ate a couple at first and then I saw a really big drum piece of wing. So I use my fork to open it up and saw that it was not fully cooked. I spoke to our young waitress about it and we had asked her to just take away the wings please they offered my husband and I different alternatives which was very kind of them. Even though I was already full, they offered to make fresh wings for me. I will still definitely go back to this place because this is the first time ever since this location open that I have ever had this happen to me I usually give places a second chance and I definitely will at this place. read more

The fact that with today's technology you can't process and fill orders that are made online for pick up only with a time to pick up included blows my simple mind. Every time that we eat here there is bad service and mistakes with orders (even when ordering take out) This time we went as a party of three at 4:15 PM. It wasn't busy. Our food came out and one of the orders of wings was wrong so they asked if we wanted the correct order. After we replied yes it took 40 minutes to get the correct order for our friend from out of town. During this time we didn't see the waiter at all. Our drinks were gone and we were never asked if we needed anything else. We told the waiter we were In A hurry now and we needed our bills. 20 minutes later we got our bills only to find out that they messed up the bill. Definitely the "place to go" for locals watching the game. We went on a Saturday night and it was packed. Despite that though, we only waited 10 minutes for a table, so it wasn't bad. Food is standard B Dubs so it was average; not awesome, but not aweful. They have always been a little over priced in my opinion, but again, the food is decent so it's worth a dinner out once in a while. We always had such horrible take out service when we ordered as a group from work, something was always wrong, or missing. and if you contacted the store they NEVER cared. So we waited a few months and tried again. And again yesterday stuff was in the wrong boxes, missing sauces, missing drink etc. BUT this time when we called, to just tell someone that whoever checked this and signed the form they checked it, didn't do their job, we were sent to Cameron, the shift leader.....for the FIRST TIME EVER at BDub's someone actually cared! he was nice enough to fix the mistakes AND drive them down to us! There are other reviews mentioning the poor service here and we experienced it. We were seated at 12:05 pm on a Sunday and still didn't have our food at 1:30 pm. When it finally came we had to put it in To Go boxes and leave to go to a meeting we were already late for. Our server apologized and said the kitchen was under staffed. But few people in our party got their wings and salads right away while the rest of us waited for 90 minutes, and other parties seated nearby who arrived after us got their food before us. We got the bill and there was no discount despite the wait and having to take our food to go. Talked to the manager on our way out. She apologized and gave us a $20 coupon for BWs. Nice gesture but she wrote them to expire in one month and they are only good for this area; we're from out of town. You can find a better place for wings and sports. Go there instead. read more
