Worst service I've ever had at a restaurant period! I originally thought it would be a good idea to take my family here to eat after our daughters cheerleading competition to watch a bit of the Georgia-Tennessee game but boy was I wrong. Almost an hour goes by with no food or appetizer, had to ask for refills in order to get refills. Finally the food came but we only got half our order and our server couldn't tell us how much longer it would be on the rest. My daughter never got the one thing she ordered....a salad! Ate there on Oct 27th and had a bad experience. First of all we ate in the main dining area (family section) and the door to outside seating was 20 feet way from the outside smoking section. It wreaked of smoke at our table! The staff seemed friendly but was shocked at the seemed nobody over 25 works there and many servers were seated at various times chatting with friends who had come in. Our server forgot our apps and then when he came to apologize after he remembered, he forgot AGAIN and I had to track him down to ask again. Our food was done before the app finally came. And why is it this chain displays food items/sauces that aren't available when you eat there? BWW just isn't worth the hassle. Eat at Wing Stop or better yet, Carolina Tavern. Really crowded on a friday night but we managed to get a booth after 30 min of waiting. For 7pm, that isn't bad at all, especially for the first week it opened. We ordered nachos for an appetizer and 24 wings to share amongst the 3 of us. The appetizer didn't come and we had to ask for it. Then both the assistant manager and the manager came to check up on us multiple times and even brought us our nachos and gave them to us for free. Went here expecting a good meal. I've loved the B-dubs in Indiana, so I was excited to try the new location here...however, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered 8 boneless wings with medium sauce. They came out in small pieces and was more than 8 pieces. They gave me the leftovers! They weren't fresh. You could tell they had been reheated and got cold very quickly. My husbands traditional wings were the same way. The wedges with cheese were the only thing that seemed to be warmed to the proper temperature. The next time I return to B-dubs will be when I'm visiting in Indiana. I won't be coming back here with the poor quality here. We came in as a party of 12 looking to be seated, we were patient and said we could be seated separately that wasn't an issue. The host then proceeded to roll her eyes, and changed the number millions of times as to how many people they can seat. Finally the manager came out after 20 mins of us standing there and said he could only accommodate 8 of us at a time, which we were fine with sitting separately in the first place nobody listened to us saying that. So we were talking amongst ourselves as to who was going to sit with who, and the manager kicked us out for being disrespectful. A single bartender was attempting to serve over 100 customers tonight, while two managers stood near the entrance doing nothing. I received my food and immediately made a drink order, which never arrived. After 30 minutes my food was cold and I still had no drink. I spoke with one of the managers, who seemed indifferent to the situation. Additionally, when I asked for my check to leave, the second manager was extremely condescending. Did he apologize? Needless to say my BF had a few of the other two apps on the sampler. I felt bad. Such a waste of money and no word about a free beer or half price let alone comping the whole app for us. By nature the food served here should be salty, but I think they took it a bit too far. It seemed like everything was drenched in salt. The teriyaki wings shouldn't have used as much soy sauce as it did. The jalapeño poppers were okay, but more cheese than spice-- again really salty. I've been here several times for takeout since they opened and been very satisfied, but my last takeout experience was messed up and I ended up going there with friends last night and had a terrible experience: I went back there last night with a group of 6 friends to eat in the restaurant, we had a very disappointing experience and I don't think I will be going back to the Beaufort location. We were seated immediately and ordered drinks, our first round of drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive. We ordered food shortly after we arrived (before our drinks showed up), over 30 minutes later the waitress told us that our food was being plated and would be out in a minute, it was another 20 minutes until our food came out, almost a hour after we ordered. Our waitress was very good about bringing us water but when the replacement water glasses didn't have lemon and I asked for lemon. 10 minutes later still with no lemon, I asked again, she brought out a third glass of water without a lemon. I asked her for a third time and she apologized saying she was flustered because the kitchen was taking so long with our food. After our food finally arrived I ordered a Rotator IPA, 10 minutes later the waitress came back and told me the tap head was broken and asked if I wanted a different beer. My friend's wings came with powdered buffalo sauce because you were out of liquid sauce which he was not told of when he ordered. I made the mistake of ordering the cinnamon sugar donuts for dessert 10-15 minutes later they were still not out, our waitress came and said that the kitchen hadn't put them in the fryer, and that they had just put them in and that they would be ready in 2 and a half minutes. Because we had waited so long she was going to give us two orders of the donuts and just charge us for the one. Another 5-7 minutes later the donuts finally came out. Not only was there one order instead of the two that were promised (not that I needed the extra calories), the donuts were still frozen in the center. read more
