I'll try it again and amend my review. I do agree with the other review, quite salty. Like finger bloat salty. Upon arrival we were seated and greeted quickly. Our beverages came out within a reasonable amount of time. Mine, a draft and a tequila neat as I stated to the server "not chilled, no sprinkle spangles just tequila". The mot sticks were hot and stringy, :-) the spinach and artichoke dip was, well, spinach and artichoke dip. However the chips were NOT stale, very crispy, and ironically not salty :-). I ordered 8 boneless garlic parm wings and chips..... The chips were more slices, like 1/4 inch slices. More of a potato round than chip. They WERE fried well, they just weren't chips. My boneless came out in two paper boats. One, containing four pieces, marked Garlic Parm. The other Fried. No sauce. I asked my server why one chicken boat was shiner than the other, he was quiet for awhile, I pointed out that there was NO sauce on one groups. He immediately ran back to the kitchen. The "nuggets" were salty, even the nonsauced bunch with a lot of breading. Not really garlicky or parmesany, BUT they were boneless. My replacements arrived! Full of bones! I ordered another shot, said thank you and left the bone-in wings on the edge of the table. After the arrival of my shot, somehow now chilled with ice floating around the top, I gave in a tried the "regular wings". Wow, THEY were good. They tasted better than the first order did. I asked my server what they were, because they weren't Garlic Parm. These were Garlicy, Parmesany AND Spicy. I showed him the two side by side. You could see the redness speckled throughout. I told him to run quickly and find the pan that wasn't rinsed well when these were tossed. I was having a totally "accidental chocolate bar in the peanut butter" moment. He looked lost. So I explained that THIS "new" flavor was great! I understand y'all are new, the draft was very cold! I'll def. try y'all again in a week or two. Our server, whom I'm sure will recognize this post, was great. He was quick and efficient and did what he could, if I see him I'll totally request his section...Btw, try to figure out that wing flavor! read more

Ahhhhhh where do I begin? I have absolutely mixed feelings about this restaurant and will need a few more visits and update my review accordingly! Today, however, we ordered takeout. When I called in the order I was greeted by a very sweet young lady. Unfortunately she didn't have very much knowledge of the menu. Which of your flavors are dry rubs? "Uh, hold on." What do you have that isn't really hot? "Uh, hold on" Do you have jalapeno poppers? "Uh, I think so. Just a minute and let me find out" It went on from there. When we picked up the food they were VERY nice and attentive and the order was ready when they said it would be. Now on to our order........Large sweet tea. BUST. It must be the worst sweet tea I have ever had. I don't like tea as sweet as McDonalds but this literally tasted like they forgot the sugar and it almost had like a sour taste to it. Never again. Jalapeno poppers. LOVE. They had like a cheddar filling. Not too big. The jalapenos had a great flavor. They didn't taste like they had been in the freezer for a year. You know when you bite in to some you pull the gummy jalapeno straight out of the breading? These were really really good. My 12 yr old even ate a few. The wings......we got the 24 pc. Mild, pretty good. Lemon Pepper, pretty good. Parmesan Garlic, just horrible. No one in the house would eat them. Not even the dog. They had a really pungent smell and taste. Not really sure how to describe them. I am surprised they don't have more flavors. I was hoping for a Cajun rub, Old Bay, or Honey Mustard. No such luck. i think we will stick to our other wing place here in town for wings. They are a little better and more flavor selection. I will, however, try them again and dine in. Not a good place for lunch if you are short on time. Service was horrible. About 4 tables when we first came in, and still had to wait 5-10 min for someone to come see us. Had ordered take out also, and asked for it to be ready when they brought the check, check came and food did not. Definitely don't think I will be back for lunch. read more

Traveling on road. Never been to this chain. Had bad reviews, but I wanted wings so I thought I'd give it a try. Very nice wait staff who took order over the phone. Knowledgeable of menu & my options. Excellent parking for take out orders. The Mgr & wait staff greeted me upon entering. Mgr asked my name & assured me my order was just getting put together. Right on time. The waitress brought order out & took out each container to show me for my approval & pointed out sauces etc that was requested on the side. Very good 1st impression. The wings were done exactly as requested & flavor was good on sauce on side. The chili con queso was good but too little chilli & too much cheese. Good flavor. Fries were only avg. I gave this 3 stars to 3.5 on food. It's above avg bar food where you have multiple TVs showing every channel of sports. So what's not to love w that. The wait staff & sports scene will bring me back to this one & other Buffalos elsewhere. And for the wings too. read more

I recommend getting the sauce they put on their tacos on the side, it's good, just really really salty. Came to watch the game. Food and service was good but the employees were a little alarming. I sat at the bar alone and observed a lot. Waitresses were hanging out at their station next to the bar on their phones consistently and one even took a garnish from the container and ate it. Multiple times! Bartenders doing it in general isn't very sanitary (should use tongs) but who knows how many people do that on a daily basis. When drinks were made the receipt was placed on top in the foam. Gross! We stopped in to watch a game and we were also from out of town and Ubered there. Could not locate an Uber when it was time to leave. Our waiter offered to drive us back to our hotel. Went tonight for some drinks and food with a friend, sat at the bar and was basically ignored. We had to get our own menus, had to flag the bartender down fur another drink, was walked passed by her multiple times with an empty glass in front of us...she was terrible and they were definitely not just on a Sunday night around 6:30. To top it off we had a server walk begging the bar and start crying, she then went to a closet behind the bar and literally started wailing like a small child. The manager on duty also seemed to not care about his staff chit chatting and ignoring their customers. The only plus is the triple cheese sampler was delicious...that's all we ate since the bartender never came back to get our dinner order. read more

We go to this location once or twice a month usually on Tuesdays for their 60 cent wings. Food is always good and staff is friendly, we've never had an issue here! We aren't big drinkers so idk about the bar but we like the sauce selection available for the wings. read more

Always amazing, this new branch far exceeded my expectations. I've been to a couple of Buffalo wild wings before so I had an idea of what to expect but was absolutely put off by the amount of attention the servers gave me. I had the boneless wings with Caribbean jerk and a side salad. Now here is one thing I wish they told you before you order your wings... GET THEM EXTRA WET!!!!! If you don't then all your getting is chicken with a little bit of sauce on 'em not wings! But the Caribbean jerk is absolutely amazing. I'd also recommend the Jammin jalapeño. The side salad was an unexpected surprise being an actual salad instead of a conglomeration of shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. Now I've saved the best for last, THE BEER! As always an amazing selection and always a good pour. Over all this is the new place for wings and amazing bar food in Beaufort especially if you love sports! read more

I'm only giving this place 2 stars because the people were as nice as they could be. The manager was extremely helpful in getting TVs turned to what we wanted to watch and did it almost immediately. The waitress was friendly, but it was by far the slowest service I have ever had. I had a Bahama Mama and the Molten Chicken Dip with medium sauce. If I could give a zero star I would. Despite my better judgement I went to this restaurant to see some friends. I've never had a good experience at previous BWW so I really wasn't expecting much on this trip. I decided to order something simple. Something that any kitchen should have been able to prepare in a few minutes, a plain cheese burger and fries. Boy was I wrong. Every single person had been served their meal, sat there and ate their meal and I still had not been served. I sent my waitress back several times and each time she informed me that they were working on it and that it would be out soon. Not until I asked for the manager and he talked with me did the food arrive and now it was time for the checks because everyone else was ready to leave. The same could be said for the bar. I ordered my first drink when I sat down. Again everyone was served their drinks and after asking several times mine finally arrived. While waiting for my meal, after everyone else had been served, I asked for another drink. After waiting even longer this time the drink arrived about two minutes before the cheese burger did. The sad thing is the servers were very nice. The people preparing the drinks and the food are, I'm sorry to say, incompetent and do not deserve to be working there and ruining the reputation of the restaurant. Worst. BWW. Experience. EVER. **TWICE**. Back visiting Beaufort again, had a bad experience here last time, decided to give them another chance. They blew it, again. I ordered the grilled chicken buffalitos online, to go. I arrived at BWW at the designated pickup time. And just like my previous experience, not ready. I counted there were only five tables occupied, so they were definitely not busy. Waited another 15 minutes and finally got my order. I got back to the hotel. There's only two ways, in my book, you can screw up chicken - underseason it, or overcook it. The seasoning was good - but it was WELL overcooked. It was like trying to eat little cubes of rubber on a tortilla. And the side said "tortilla chips and salsa". Got the chips. NO SALSA. If you're desperately hungry for wings, you can have better. If you're gastronomically flexible, I'd go for a burger or something from another establishment. I won't be back. read more

Had THE WORST service we have ever had anywhere. 2 and a half hours for maybe 10 minutes of eating. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because we have had "ok" service here before. It was busy but not crazy busy and there was plenty of wait staff (although only one bartender). Waitress #1 it took 20 minutes to get just our drink order, and when she finally came she said she was only going to take the drink order because she "didn't know what was going on" (which I assume she didn't think she was supposed to be our waitress or something??) She didn't know any of the specials or anything about alcohol. So she left and a while later she came back with the waters and no beer yet, again she said she wasn't going to take our order yet because she didn't know what was going on. She left again and we waited 20 minutes and she never came back so we finally pulled another waitress (#2) who was super nice and took our order she started walking away and #1 was just now coming back with our alcoholic drinks. By this time its an hour from sitting down, #2 comes back and tells us that the "happy hour" appetizers are past time so they were going to be full price. We said that since we wanted to order it at happy hour but no one was there to take our order we wanted them at the discounted price. She said that she understood but she had to get the manager to come over. (we never saw her again nor did the manger ever come) 1 appetizer of 3 came out-the only one not on happy hour this was with waitress #3. 35 minutes after ordering the food waitress #3 finally came with our food out the majority of sauces we ordered with it. Most of the food was room temp at this point. We asked for one ranch and a honey mustard (which were asked for when the meal was ordered) and asked for the 2 other appetizers that hadn't come. She left. Waitress #4 came back with the appetizers and we asked her for our sauce. (She wouldn't be seen again) We had all finished or almost finished our meal before waitress number #1 came back, we asked for the check, which was a 20 minute process somehow. They managed to be "fast" when they grabbed the left over food that we WANTED to keep (a whole basket of onion rings and lots of wings) while we were talking to the waitress. We didn't even get one "sorry" the whole time we were there. This is the first time I have ever not left a tip- We were heading out when waitress # 1 stormed passed us and slammed the door (I guess when she saw there was no tip she decided she WAS our waitress) To top it off when we got home the take out order (which had to be asked for 3 times during the meal) had ranch spilled in the bag. I know this is a super long review, and the sad thing is I could keep writing about the other things that went wrong during the meal. Food okay, service... HORRIBLE! Four of us went in for a quick bite and had the misfortune of sitting in the section of a server who was as rude as anyone I have ever met. She took forever getting our drinks, made some snide remarks while taking our order then just disappeared. Someone else brought our food and fixed the errors. While I love buffalo wild wings in general I'm not a fan of this one. I've been here four times and don't plan on coming back. The first time the wings were great with an ample amount of sauce. The second and third times the wings did not have that much sauce so the last time I went I ordered the wings extra wet and they still didn't have much sauce. If I'm paying almost a dollar per wing I want my money worth and it seems like this place is trying to skimp on the sauce to save money. Also if you are going to go bring a jacket because it is cold inside and as others have said customer service is hit or miss; I've had three good waiters and one that did not want to be there at all.... If you do decide to come here expect to wait for between 20-30 minutes even if it is not busy; however, I don't recommend eating here. read more

My opinion might be biased, but since my last experience at this location I have not returned for a good 4 months. Although I went with a decently large sized group of 8 people, I saw no reason for the service to be so slow. An hour to get our order, and sure we were playing the trivia games to tick the time away, but my drink was empty half the time. Of course this is a wing place, but I was in the mood for a burger. BAD MISTAKE- All of my friends ordered wings and got their food promptly 30 minutes after ordering (which is really not that prompt at all) and the waiter was aloof as to who ordered any of the meals. The burger I ordered was dry as if it was over cooked, but apparently it was undercooked in the middle because I GOT FOOD POISONING from this dump... The next two days I couldn't eat anything because apparently my order got forgotten so it got flash burned to a crisp on the outside and was raw in the middle.
