This used to be a good establishment but the place has gone to hell in a hand basket. This evening the soft drinks were slightly flavored carbonated water and the wings we ordered were incorrect (flavors and preference) upon sending them back and waiting for the order to be corrected we found an ant crawling in the bottom of the fry container!! A live ant! As I looked for a manager she appears with the supposedly corrected wing order only for me to alert her of the uncleanliness of this hellhole! She asked if we wanted them in a box to go. Jay Mike is one of the best managers in any company I've ever seen. He has that place running like a well oiled machine, food is generally pretty good and the service has honestly never really been bad. Stopped in for lunch today with a coworker. We were immediately greeted by the smiling hostess, who began to seat us at a table in the middle of a room. She gladly obliged us when my coworker requested a booth instead (he has a bad back and sitting at a desk all day is tiresome- we wanted some space to stretch out and relax). We were quickly greeted by our server- I didn't catch her name, but she was blonde and it was clear from the start that she would be a great server. We immediately placed our appetizer and drink orders--- chili con queso and we mentioned we wanted a beer. She immediately gave us the drink specials- Miller, Blue Moon, and Jack and Cokes. My coworker ordered a Blue Moon and I ordered a Corona Light with lime. She initially brought us each a water- not requested, but much appreciated with spicy food, and then left to get our beers and enter our app order, after listing the food specials. A runner came out shortly thereafter with our appetizer order and it was awesome! Real chili with meat and beans poured over hot and violently orange nacho cheese. The tortilla chips had a bit of seasoning and seemed warm from a fresh frying. A little later, our server returned. My coworker was having trouble deciding which burger he wanted, and she gave a good amount of info so he could make a good choice. I ordered the crispy buffalo chicken salad with ranch. I'd say about 10-15 minutes later our meals came out. My coworker seemed to enjoy his burger as he quickly ate it. I ate about half of my huge salad and was full. Very good salad with lots of chicken with just the right amount of sauce, over a bed of mixed lettuce (not just wimpy iceburg, but also field greens and lots of crunchy romaine), carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, croutons, cheese, and few sliced of red onion. We enjoyed our meal and talked, and the waitress checked in on us 2-3 times to make sure our food was good, that we had drinks, to take our plates, etc. When she brought the bill, without me asking she must have noticed that I had a lot of salad left and brought me a to-go container without prompting. At this point, both my coworker and I commented again on how pleasant it is to have an excellent server. My coworker picked up the tab and left a generous tip. Our server even provided us ice waters to go for our return to the office. Overall, from the food to the excellent and attentive service, I rate this place five stars. I know it is just a chain, but the service put it wayyy above standard. Despite a longish drive from our Stonewood office location, I know we will undoubtedly come back for another pleasant and long lunch! Thanks BW3!!!! I do like their boneless wings and options of different sauces. Service is good, place seems to be clean, what you can see. The only gripe I have is....it is pretty much a sports bar and way too loud. If you are going to go watch a game or ufc fight etc. then it is ok. If you want to just sit down and enjoy your meal, go else where. read more

No way. Was hoping this place would be relatively clean, but it was a pigsty. A bunch of of tables not getting bussed, trash throughout the dining room floor (under most every table), and a bunch of tables that either need to be wiped down or were wiped down with a likely-dirty rag (streaking). Seems like this is becoming a BWW theme. read more

I ordered extra crispy wings; they were anything but crispy. In fact, they were so NOT crispy I wondered if they were cooked. It also never occurred to me to order less wet wings, but now I wish I had because these things were saturated. I've tried many times to get my wings the way I like them there. I'm not giving up, but these were far from what I personally like. I also ordered French fries and for $3.57 got what McDonalds would have served. I am a huge fan of BW3s, but I will NOT ever go to this location again. The service was TERRIBLE from the moment we walked in, to the second we left. The hostess greeted us with a sneer, and really had nothing to say. When we were sat she gave a look of disgust, as a few small children we were eating with scooted by her to get to their seats. The waiter was probably mute, because the only words he said to us was, "what to drink?" and do you want to order?" Yet when he left our table he was all smiles when he walked up to the 4 employees standing at the entrance and struck up a conversation with them. The food was fine, but we ordered appetizers and recieved them along with our meals, which totally defeats the purpose. This is an ongoing issue with this location, and I will make it a point to never go here again. read more

i absolutely love Bdubs, but when it comes to this one, i hate to admit but it sucked. while it's 4 degrees outside (but feels like -10) the inside of the restaurant feels like it's 14 degrees inside. everyone dinning in is wearing jackets & hoodies, even the staff is wearing their jackets & hoodies. when getting my food, i got the bone in traditional wings it was cold to the touch, not only mine but someone else's i was dinning with. this is ridiculous my food shouldn't be cold to the touch as soon as they are handed to me. top of that the table was sticky. honestly this is a sorry restaurant to be. read more
