Horrible, horrible!! I've came here about 3 maybe 4 times at different times and days of the week hoping to get a different experience. Nope! Your greeted.... wait did I say greeted? More like you're walking into The BWW show. The hostess/servers are all gathered up gossiping about family issues, not only must you wait on them to finish up there conversation before you "greeted" with the how many parties line. To add to that you had another server yelling in the waiting area I quote " I will be F!#cing someone up" Not respecting that there were kids including my own. (Great customer service BWW)! Moving on... you get seated and you're not asked if you would like to start with something until about 15 min later. They take your order bring your food, don't check up on you whatsoever. Once you asked for your bill then comes the somewhat polite Thank you & is their anything else your would like YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED 5 minutes into bring my order NOT 30 minutes after! I went here thinking my experience would of been worst, but it was just ok. From the service to the food, drink included, everthing was just ok. It was a bit overwhelming at first because the place is hugh, and you would think they would be full, but it wasnt alot of people there at all for such a hugh place. I find it to be alot of waisted space. They have a lil area where you can play games, kind of like Applebees and Dave and Busters made a baby. Anyway I prefer Applebees anyday. I think there wings are better. For a place to be called Buffalo Wild Wings, thier wings didnt wild me at all. Also the boneless wings I didnt even finish, (not good). 0 stars for rude costumer service. My family of 5 and 3 children came here on Saturday morning, our first time gathering in a while. The children gravitated towards the game area and in order to oversee the kids as they play we asked to move to that area. The store manager rudely refused to let us sit near the game area despite the restaurant being empty. I offered to grab our food myself from the bar and bring it over and she still refused. Our party of 8 left because of the managers inability to accommodate a small request, despite the store being pretty much empty. The service here was just very poor I went to celebrate my birthday and I can say I did not enjoy it they took like 30 minutes to get us a table and the restaurant was not full at all we asked for a pretty big order they forgot to give us our Mac and cheese and potato wedges and our sodas even though we reminded them more than once and we had to pass our food down with water that I'm pretty sure comes from the fountain we tried to give them a chance to bring the missing items but they didn't we were just upset and decided we wanted to leave and they gave us our check and they tried charging us for the missing items and we had to explain to the waiter that she never gave us those items.I don't know if it was a race problem they had with us because they were giving everybody else's drinks and orders right so I don't know but I'm Just really disappointed that this restaurant reputation is going down hill because of poor management I remember 3 years ago this restaurant was ran efficiently and Everyone loved coming here. read more

This is probably the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to in my life. The customer service in this location is horrible. It takes close to half an hour to be seated. The employees see you standing and waiting and they don't even bother to greet you. Save yourself some time, and do not come here. Today was my first time eating at this place and I must admit it was absolutely horrible. 1st of all I waited over 30 minutes for the lady to take my order and she got everything wrong. I ordered the ten traditional parmesan garlic wings all flats which included fries. What I received Was 10 spicy Parmesan Garlic wings which included drumsticks and flats. The lady charged me extra for the fries which it was supposed to be included. I have my receipt in case you need to see it. The food was not good at all. Came to this place this Sunday afternoon with a friend, The parking area is really tight so we parked in the streets. I do know they have a second floor parking which I'm against of how you have to pay to park. Going inside i was really disappointed with how dirty the double doors were and the floors looked like it hasn't been mopped or sweeped in months. Their was garbage on the stairs and the hand rails were super dirty. That's really gross if you try to bring family a date or even have an event here. Ounce your upstairs no one at the front desk we waited about 5 minutes! The girl that came to the front desk asked us were we wanted to sit the tables or the bar we picked the bar. We sat and in about 5 minutes we decided what we were going to eat. The girls behind the counter were just in one corner talking and some in their phones. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to ask us what we were going to order i had to flag down a worker to attend us. The vibe was right since we was watching a football game in the big flat screen, The beer choices were great and the food was delicious. This location is horrible! When I arrived to pick up my food there was no staff in front. I had to wait about 6mins for a staff to give me my order. So finally a staff arrived and handed me my food and left. I checked my order and noticed that I was missing my Pretzels. So now I had to wait again for the staff to come back and let them know that I was missing a order of pretzels. The staff went to the back and came back to tell me that they're out of the pretzels. Let me start by saying BWW is always my go to for wings since I love the mango habanero and Asian zing sauces. I've came to this location about 3 times now as of the date of this review. The hosts are terrible. They don't smile, greet you or really pay any attention to you besides getting your name and sitting you down then walk away. However, I come for the food. Servers are attentive and quick. Food takes a while but it's fresh and always good. I always leave satisfied and take what I didn't eat home. I will continue coming to this location. THE FIRST TIME I've waited 45 minutes to be assisted , we literally had to get someone to get our attention. (Needless to say it was early noon and the place was empty). I came here again today to give it a Second chance. This time I came in with my nephew and nieces , And we waited about 17 minutes, just to be seated because there was no one to seat us, the place was empty, we had to stop a waitress to please sit us, after we sat no one came to greet us or anything, the waitress were no even willing to make eye contact or smiling indicating our presence or that at some point we were going to be served. 10 min later still no attention, (NEWS FLASH.. They have a hostess, yet she wasn't there). I asked to the manager, the manager came over ..And yes it was the same manager that I spokes to the last time because of the same issue. As he came over and gave he's careless 'sorry' he went back to our waitress that was by the bar and started laughing with her while they looked at our table. This place is a joke. It's literally like they're doing YOU a favor. Like you need them. As a paying customer, both of my experience here were horrendous. I Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I was super excited to know that they were opening a buffalo wild wings location right by me. Since their opening I have been here about 7 times and it is ONLY because of their wings!! Every time I come here I receive the absolute worst service. It seems like no one at this location was properly trained on how to serve the customer or even to know what exactly is on the menu. Every single time I've come here I've had to wait long periods of time before someone even acknowledged us. There was also a time were I got so tired of waiting for the server that I've walked to the bar and ordered my drinks directly with a Bartender. My last visit here was when I decided to never again spend a dime at this location. We decided to sit at the bar in hopes that we will get faster service. We were so WRONG!!!! The bar was dirty with left over plates and glasses from previous guest and a super sticky surface. It took about 10 min before the bartender cane and cleaned up. And it wasnt even cleaned completely. Although our bartender was nice she just seemed so lost. Service was horrible. And it wasn't because the place was packed. I just dont think the servers or bartenders are capable of taking care more than 2 people at a time. It took 15 min (Literally I timed them) to make my boyfriend a bloody Mary. After that we had to wait almost am extra 10 minutes before placing our order. No apologies for the slow service, NOTHING. I do not recommend this place at all. If you are hungry do not come here. If you expect fast friendly service, do not come here. If you want to have a good time with some friends over a few drinks, do not come here. This location is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Since their food is pretty good, you are better off driving out to the palisades location or the new rock city location. Or even taking the train down to 49th street. Shaniece was super friendly and greeted us with enthusiasm at the door. She offered us table options and promptly sat us. Before she left us at our table she told us about the wing night special. Very nice of her. Next we waited....and waited for our server. And I'm still waiting. If I wait any longer I will change my order again most likely. While I enjoy the ambience of the place and the food, it is disappointing that we usually wait a long time for our drinks and our food. It is also disappointing that they are frequently out of many tap beers. You know its a problem when your server is also complaining about it and supervisors inability to correctly order brews (ekk I'll stay away from that one). I think if we go again, it'll have to be during the day..like a Tuesday..hoping for less people and maybe quicker service? Me and my family went here on a Tuesday evening and our waitress Maria was just terrible. Service was unacceptable and flat out horrible. She was rushing us when we first got there and the place wasn't even packed. Within the first 10 minutes she visited us at least 5 times, without giving us a chance to look at potential options to eat and drink. We ordered our food and then she brought someone else's food to my table and was rude about us asking to get the food that we actually ordered. Then after that she rarely came back to the table, making us wait about an hour with no refills on drinks. Finally we ask for the check, where she charged us for someone else's food and was rushing us to pay and get out, checking in on us every 45 seconds to see if we filled out the tip. One my party got seated the server comes to us at 1am saying the kitchen would be closed so orders can't be taken. I understand this location closes at 1 but my party was waiting for a table since 10pm. One would think an employee knowing this would do a better job to have a large group seated especially after the ufc match concluded and half the restaurant leaves.
