There is terrible customer service here for take out. I ordered and was charged for a number of toppings and received none of them. They then refused to give me what I was missing from my order. To top it all off the wait time there is just terrible and the restaurant was not packed at all. As I walk in, there's already an angry customer complaining about soggy chicken. When it was my turn at the pickup counter, my name was asked for and never was relayed to one of the two girls standing around doing nothing to grab the order-but assisted other customers after me. After, I was handed a receipt that wasn't my order before receiving my order. Seems like everyone was out of order. Getting home to serve my family, THERE WERE NO SAUSES!! The servers were very rude to myself and a friend. We drove over 5 hours in traffic. Instead of welcoming us, the host was very rude and told us that they were closing and had no tables available. When we went to the bar there wasn't enough room for the both of us so we asked if we could order food and sit at a table in the bar section. Again the host was very rude when telling us that they only had two servers. If I do come back around this way, I will never go to Buffalo Wild Wings if the servers and host don't want to serve the customers. We decided to leave because we did not feel welcomed. I ordered for a 10:10 pickup for wings at 9:40 and they didn't start cooking them until I got there, after waiting for five minutes for someone to start manning the pickup desk. Then they got the order wrong and had to do it again. I was ready to ask for a refund at 10:40 pm which is about the same amount of time it would take to order wings for delivery from somewhere else (for a lot less money than these guys charge). When I called the Buffalo location the woman on the phone was short with me. She didnt tell me the reason my order was cancelled, and told me I had to contact Door Dash even though I ordered through the Buffalo website. When I spoke with Door Dash they told me their driver got to the restaurant, but my order wasn't there. Never ordering from Buffalo again. read more

Aka you enjoying your food when it comes out in peace. The food -Buffalo wild wings food not only had wings (traditional/boneless) but they do offer an array of chicken and beef sandwiches which are fully optimizable upon request, so no request is a silly request as they say... So just add on anything you like and they will deliver without fail. -the wings (boneless/traditional) offers 4 different sizes (snack,small,medium,large) with plenty of sauces to put your tastes buds to Pluto if u desire. Honorable mention would be have the be the wonderful kitchen staff they work diligently to make sure orders are blazin fast to come to each table. This location so far has the fastest cooking times, I've been really surprised that I can order something and it comes out in 5-6 mins and on a semi busy day! So my hat and review goes to them! Overall/honorable mentions - Tuesday are 80 cent per wing and Thursday's are boneless 80 cent per wing. -they do have new arrival items I would suggest even trying the appetizers they are increasing the menu slowly -if you have a waitress at this location by the name of Jodi give her a smile, and a nice tip cause she's one of the best waitress out there. -for more sports orientated people this location is excellent for you because they have many of tvs to catch anything sports related. I rarely write reviews but here's one important one. Please don't visit this location. This has to be one of the worst establishments to exist. I've had two bad experiences here and will not have a third. The first was a few Sunday's ago I went out with the family for brunch. I asked for a high table near the bar and was refused to be seated because of "The Law" of minors near a bar. The hostess very nasty and when I asked for the manager he wasn't to pleasant to deal with. Fine I went downstairs to The Bronx Ale house (Which is a Bar/Restaurant) and sat with my kids close to the bar with other family and their kids and had a better meal and time. The second was yesterday I went with friend we arrived around 12:05pm ordered our lunch. Wings and a taco and soup. We got our food almost an hour later and cold. I know there are plenty of other restaurants that probably have better wings but I just can't get over their asian zing sauce - its soooo good. I usually order for pick up but I've dined in as well and have always had good experiences. Service is quick and staff is friendly. I always get the asian zing and lemon pepper wings with a basket of wedges, all delicious and satisfying. One thing that could improve is their cocktails which aren't that great. They have tons of tvs and some arcade games to kill time while you wait for your order. I also recently became a member of their 'Blazin Rewards' loyalty program and its pretty cool as you get free food every so points. I give five stars only because of a specific waiter, Jorge. He is HANDS DOWN the best waiter and the reason why I continue to go to Buffalo Wild Wings. He always provides excellent customer service and he has great hospitality. Always checking up and asking if we need anything else and he makes me feel comfortable enough to ask! Always gets my order done right, the first time around. He should defiantly be recognized because he's the main reason why my boyfriend & I always return. I was really excited when I found out they were opening up at this location. When they first opened up, I went and sat myself near the bar, and this bartender named Nicholas came over and took my order. The place wasn't really busy but a party of seven or eight guys were also sitting at the bar and I heard them complaining about having to wait to get their drinks when the place wasn't really busy at all, and how it wasn't fair that they only had one person working behind the counter. I had to agree with them here. They need more employees. Nicholas finally came over and gave my drink, and I decided to place my boneless wings order. It took about 15-20 mins to get my order. I couldn't understand this because as I had mentioned it wasn't a busy day when I walked in there. When my order came out I had gotten traditional wings. I let it go but then the waiter felt bad so he gave me a free drink on the house. I notice this seems to be a major issue at all Buffalo Wild Wings. Service and management is horrible. The employees are not happy to work so why do you want to work?? Stay home there's plenty of other people who will be happy to be in your place!!! Another time, I had placed an order for takeout over the phone. It was a Thursday so I should have received the deal on the boneless wings but whoever took my order charged me full price. It was busy when I walked in so I didn't pay attention to the bill till I got home. This is a big mistake on my part so make sure you double check your bill when you come here. I wasn't in the mood or felt like driving and going back to get it straightened. They were also very stingy with the sauces I'll attach some pics. Horrible experience. Will not be going back to this location. There was no one to greet us as we entered the establishment. After waiting for about 10 minutes we finally saw a server to flag down. She took us to a dirty booth and expected us to sit there. We found another booth and changed our seats. Our server was Amber and her customer skills need a touching up. She quickly took our drink and appetizer order and she never came back to our table. We waited for about 30 minutes before realizing we had been waiting too long for 10 wings. I almost forgot to mention the restaurant was empty so there shouldn't have been a problem. I got the managers attention and told him of the problem and his way of fixing it was asking did we want him to pack our wings to go. I told him we no longer wanted the food and that we would be leaving. This is a good Buffalo Wild Wings. Service is not too fast, but food is good. I find other BWW locations to be faster. This week I went to this location and it took probably 10-15 minutes for my fries to come after I got my wings. Also took a while to get a drink refill. Usually I would brush this off, but our waitress was only serving one other table besides mine. Besides the slow service, everything here is good. There are a lot of tables so you don't usually have to wait. It is also very clean and bright. The entrance is also quite sketchy, you have to enter a small room and walk up stairs (not good for late at night). I ordered large wings (medium) and split them with my mother. So I normally go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in the palisades and it is my favorite, but I must say I was disappointed in this location. I ordered the lunch option and my order was for boneless wings and I received traditional. I then ordered the side salad with the wings and the lettuce was brown !
