Never realized how buns BWW was till I came across here. Emotionally speaking, I have never been so disappointed in customer service. BWW at buena park still manages to offer the worst customer service. Bringing me cold food, never offering refills, waiter being MIA the whole time im there. I'm still not sure why I even pay the bill. I will say it's such a good spot to watch games, (rip Ronaldo + Portugal). Good amount of tvs to watch a game at every angle to enjoy ur cold, never fresh food. Regardless, great location, surprisingly clean and organized apart from having to ask the waiter to bring napkins to help urself being clean and only being given 2 napkins. Feel sorry for the guy, he was taking order and helping out 50 other tables it seems and BWW can't afford another person to help out during lunch rush + World Cup day games. I enjoy going to Bdubs, but this location was a little bit of a let down, I hate to say. Location is easy to get into, nice large lot just on the edge of a mall, lots of seating inside, both pluses. The things I did not like was one, the service was a bit on the slow side, which not the end of the world for me, but a fact. Second, the wings did not taste fresh, which is really the reason I gave this 3 stars, some were OK, but others had a strange flavor to them, which was not normal when visiting various Bdubs all around. Also, just an observation, but their late night happy hour does not start until 10 pm, many other locations it starts at 9. I think they could increase business by having it starts at 9 vs 10, at least during the week. Weekends, go crazy. This will not deter me from going to other Bdubs around, but I may think twice about coming here again, but I do like the wings typically, so I may give it another shot to test the flavor again, but if still the same, probably would be the last time I go to this location sadly. Came out to watch the World Cup games and to get the BOGO boneless combo deal. The bartender Debbie was awesome. Super friendly and attentive. She was on it. It was busy but I feel like they should be prepared to be busy, Unless they don't wanna be. The food took awhile but my bartender kept checking on it and kept the drinks flowing. The manager Patrick ran out the food and apologized about the wait and kept checking in on us as he was running around. I like to see that type of hustle and his staff definitely stepped up. Right off the bat , I can tell they were just being racist, a couple next to us got seated at the same time and they were not asked to pay for their food beforehand... As a restaurant owner that has a bar and alcohol license, this place is sad and disappointing. I grew up in Buena Park & I have been going to this place since I was a kid. My family and I are local here. I don't know what Buffalo Wild Wings encourages but I imagine as a restaurant/bar you would SAFELY encourage your sales. If your client is not belligerent, nor violating the law, the staff and even worse the management, should be better educated on the proper and legal protocol on how to deal with their jobs. I just witnessed Jose & Patty being the most unprofessional & discriminatory staff. I walked in with my family and was given a 20 minute wait time. The worst part of it all: there was literal poop on the floor and none of the workers even cared to do anything! When we walked in they asked us dining area or bar and we decided to sit in the dining area. After we sat there and then another person asked us which option we preferred and we said dining in the booth seats. Our sever came and got us water. We browsed the menu, after we ordered I saw another menu which was the happy hour and I think if we had more time to look at the menu we would have noticed it behind the condiment area. After doing some shopping at the mall i noticed that there was a Buffalo Wild Wings here so I came in to eat and watch some soccer. I was told that the server was trying to catch up that the bar is open seating. I didn't want to seat at the bar so I decided to wait. I waited about 20 minutes until a manager came and asked me how many and I said again it's just me. He got me sat right away and apologized for making me wait so long. It wasn't busy well at least it didn't seem that busy. I later noticed that the manager was helping out everywhere. I ordered the buy one get one deal and it was delivered just as I ordered. I had a strawberry lemonade from the bar and it was okay. Took awhile for it to come to the table. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and if a table was dirty the staff including the manager came and cleaned it up right away. What started off as an awkward experience ended in a very good way. The pick up area was jam packed w/customers waiting. The dining area was open, but there was one associate confirming our order to let the kitchen know pick arrived....they had no signs or direction for a line. So no organization, no communication to those arriving, no greeter. I got my food at 11:15p. The fries were dry and stale and the wings (Salt & Vinegar) also dry and tough. I talked to others waiting...most said their wait was about an hour to hour and a half. Lastly, I did not even get the free additional wings. I have been here a couple of times every visit seemed worse...this is possibly "the straw that broke the camels back" in not returning. GOOD perspective: the young lady helping us kept her cool and remained professional despite tense and pissed off/HANGry customers. The Manager Paul came out to try to help...and kept his cool and professionalism. He was apologetic and communicated effectively to those who stuck out the wait....crazy that the order didn't get started until way later than my estimated pick up time. Side note: seemed like would've been faster to dine in...or cancel my order and bring the family to dine in....but all and all final lesson, I should learn to make these wings for myself & family. read more

Came here last Thursday with my wife and we were told that there would be a 30-40 minute so we decided to go sit in the bar area and luckily we found the last remaining open table in the corner and did not have to wait to be seated. The waitress came by pretty quickly at first to take our drink order and food order shortly after. But, we waited more than 10 minutes to get one soda refill and it took even longer to get our check and when we did finally receive the bill, it was the wrong for another table that came out to $100+. So, I had to let the waitress know and we had to wait again to receive the correct bill. The service was not bad but I could tell that they were lacking in manpower at this location. I only saw 1-2 waitresses covering the whole bar section during a promotional day where you get BOGO boneless wings. I've been a longtime customer of BDUBS and this location. I'm currently writing this review as we are still waiting for our check that we have asked for about 15 minutes ago with multiple people. The meals to our party of eight was served with five people getting their food first and the rest having to wait and watch wow everyone is half finished before our burgers were delivered. Not one cup or dish was cleared off from our appetizer things just piled up. When we asked about the the missing side orders the response we got from the runner was yeah I know and walked off. We never got that order of fries. The food is average but the service and the wait time is so not worth coming. That along with the extremely loud TV, where you cannot even have a conversation with the person sitting next to you.
