This location is just like any other. Staff is helpful and kind and keeps the line moving. Only difference at each location is how they make the fries when I ask for light-well. This one didn't make it very well but still tasty. Loved the burger too. I think this location's in-n-out store seem more on the small to medium sized inside as well. All the staff at the register have always been so nice and courteous and I saw many times they tended to so many random requests without losing their patience. Carlos the cashier was super nice and knowledgeable, helped correct my order with the right terminology for the flying dutchman. The flying dutchman with whole grilled onions wrap, chopped chili and chopped grilled onions came out perfect and the presentation was amazing and delicious. Food is amazing - quality you can taste. Burgers are never heavy nor produce food comas. Service is excellent. I come here at odd hours cause I'm from USC. One time I arrived at 12:55am and felt really bad but they still let me order. I tried to tip cash but they were so cool and didn't take it. I have no clue why McDonald's and Jack in the Box have long lines out onto the street but this place is always a breeze. read more

My store manager, co worker, and I showed up to order lunch for our warehouse team as a show of appreciation for all of their hard work. The dining area was pretty standard clean for an in-n-out, just a slightly smaller foot print from most of their restaurants. It was 10:40 am, and they were already ramping up for business for the day. Their cashier was new, and was trying her best. This was the slowest order taking experience ever as for every double double, she felt the need to ask if we wanted onions, lettuce, and tomato. She was trying her best. 11 burgers later, we paid for our order. Twenty minutes later we received our food and left. When we arrived to the warehouse and setup all of the food to hand be team, we found 3 orders of food missing. Called the hot line, to inform them of this, went back to the in-n-out to grab the shorted items. A bit disappointed that there was not a supervisor or manager to check up on me, to ask for feed back, and provide insight. It was as if they really did not care. This In-N-Out and the experience was the most under-whelming In-N-Out experience I have ever had, to date. read more

I went through the drive thru around dinner time and some idiot in a white Honda Civic with super dark tint cut me off by going through the wrong entrance for the drive thru. I informed the girl outside taking orders, and she informed staff and didn't take the idiot's order. When I pull up to the first window, I was surprised that the worker there took the idiot's order. I love this in-n-out! I always have a great experience here! I decided to go at the end of the night 4 minutes before closing. I had just gotten off a long brutal day of work and they attend me with kindness. I was the last order of the night and I got served the biggest fattest stack of animals fry's and the young man that handed me the fry's was so proud of his work, his smile made my night! I hate in and out burger, just never cared for them. Until yesterday, my wife has a horrible gluten allergy and she wanted a burger. I had options but we had seen multiple options from in and out on IG. I talked with a young man at the counter explained my issue and he talked about the 3 options, so of course I bought one of each for her to try and I would eat what she didn't care for. I also hate their fries but this time ordered them well done. Let me tell you, she loved the double double protien/lettuce wrap never tried the others, and the fries where fantastic. I have been eating here for over 35 years. And the last 2 times I went there and ordered animal style. I got plain burgers with just cheese, no condiments. Whatsoever, and they were supposed to be animal style. The first time I thought it was a mistake. Second time. Almost always have issues with my order. Several times I ordered burgers to be plain due to food allergies and I hardly ever receive it plain. Refunds are never given, no matter what time of day it is only "guest cards" which are no help because you won't receive your food the way you ask for it. Endless cycle. This was my first time trying In-N-Out Burger. It was great but honestly the best thing was Cascabella Peppers. They made the meal much more flavorful. It's sour like pickle but has a little kick in it. My onion was under cook so I hated it. French Fries was like a cardboard like everyone says. I also got Vanilla Shake and it was actually very good. It went so well with Fries. It's okay for being fast food and the price is good but I still don't understand the hype. I like the service though. And the ambiance is kind of fun inside of the restaurant. I'd try again next time when I'm in CA but I definitely won't miss it or anything if I don't get to have it. read more
