This damn poor excuse of a bar wasted my damn time this weekend!! I show up and my chic forgot het ID and they didn't let her stay! I would understand if it were the first time going but we frequent cups at least 2-3 times a month and they knew her and still didn't let her stay! What kind of dump does that!?! Makes me sick! I do remember they don't have my husband's Gin, Beefeater and the back door was open and we couldn't get away from the skunkweed smoke coming in. No food except for chips because the cook didn't show up. Beer is cold and drinks are cheap. Pool .75 and darts are confusing maybe $.50 per person. Either way awesome sauce. Came here after Medieval Times based off other reviews but boy were they wrong. Staff were extremely rude to my party of 12 as we walked in. They explained that we rushed in and didn't show ID when no one was at the door to even check them. There were only a handful of people inside at the time and I asked the lady at the bar what beers do they have since they didn't have Coor's Banquet. She explained to me that she wasn't going to list 30 different beers and that she was extremely busy. Also the bar and bathrooms were extremely dirty and looks like it hasn't been kept up in years. My group could tell they were annoyed with us being there so we took our business elsewhere. Would NOT recommend coming here for any occasion. read more

Smells like someone just vomited and they have 50 car air fresheners hanging from the ceiling. We also spent money on Toni Braxton at their machine and they turned on bluetooth instead with no refund because they were so upset with our music choice. If it isn't obvious enough from reading the rest of these reviews the stench will definitely be a problem stepping into this place. The only relief you'll find is that after 30 minutes you might get used to the smell like I did. Have they thought about fixing it? I don't know but I guess they figure since they're miserable with their lives why should you be comfortable with yours? Anyhow, the prices are decent or about on par with similar dive bars like this but god forbid you try to order something because when I did, Lindsey acted like I asked for her firstborn child and ignored me the rest of the night. The environment was about the only good thing I can say about this place. People playing pool having a good time and not afraid to say hello. Like many others this place has a very bad nasty smell coming from the drains. Active spores in the air might cause lung problems. Maybe the health department needs to investigate. Don't eat the food made in the back. The Asian couple are not sanitary friendly, I have watched them.. I have felt sick from some of it. That said, The bartenders & staff are friendly and good people. Yes, this is certainly a Dive Bar dated and decorated in 60-70's era. It's not completely clean and is run down inside. However it is a great place to hangout with friends and the regulars. So if you can get by the negatives of the place it's a great place. I have been stopping here for years off and on just to say hi and have a good drink and relax on the way home. Pool, Darts, Music and many TV's for your enjoyment and Cold drinks. I am sure this place would be a Grade A place if the owner would invest in it and fix it! Just clean out the drains, dust and clean it up would help! For less than 2k you could get it all cleaned up and clean the drains of the stink. Hint, a maid service and a plumber. I have also been stopping at The Cauldron across the street and I think I found my new stopping place on the way home. It's not a dive bar but It's clean, great food and great staff. read more

I went to Cups with a friend because we wanted a beer. It is located next to a Korean bbq restaurant and across from a Claim Jumper. Its a dive bar nothing special. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because it had a funky smell, I noticed it when I first walked in. It was tolerable though and I got used to it. I felt like I was in a basement bar with the furniture choice and how chill the bartender was. The beers were decently priced. A big good sized Stella was $9, There were a lot of TV's around with sports playing and free pool. It was a nice place to stop by If you are in the area looking for some cheap drinks. We didn't see a kitchen so I don't think you can order food here so eat before you come. We went at 6:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. read more

I just want to let you all know the smell is noticeable but it's bearable. The staff are quick to greet you and get drinks served. There were about 30 people in the bar on this particular night though so I'm not sure how they do with crowds. The drinks were not expensive either. Definitely give this place a try and don't be afraid of the reviews about the smell lol.
