I ordered a glass of water as well, and my water was refilled almost immediately every time it was empty--a small detail that really stood out. If you like spicy food, it's so worth ordering. The deep-fried gizzard was just as good. It comes with a smoky, spicy dipping sauce, but honestly it doesn't even need it because it's flavorful all on its own. My only small complaint is the portion size of the gizzards. They're huge. One order of the deep-fried gizzard is around $24 and could easily be shared by four or five people as an appetizer. For just a couple, I wish they offered a smaller portion at a lower price. After trying the gizzards, I have a feeling the original crispy wings would be delicious even without sauce. That said, the sauces we tried were so flavorful that I'd probably keep ordering them. The soy in particular was outstanding, and I loved that the wings stayed extra crispy from the first bite to the last. We'll definitely be back to try more flavors.
