There was a sign when you enter that said seat yourself. Order at your table. We sat ourselves in an area that had people. We scanned the QR code that was on the table. That was the only way to view the menu. After browsing the menu, I had some questions. A friendly waitress came to our table. She asked if she could take our order or we were welcomed to order through our phones. I wanted to look at the menu some more. So I chose to order through our phones. Ordering through our phones became difficult because we had a special request and couldn't see where to make changes. If you want variations to your order, I suggest just ordering through the waitress. I'm not sure I'm a fan of the no contact ordering post Covid and especially at a dine-in table. Our food arrived timely, hot and it looked amazing. I ordered 10 wings, because I went to another wing place recently and the wings were small. No this place makes wings how they are supposed to be made. They were thick, juicy and very flavorful. I chose the Asian Zing sauce. It had that zingy tasty I was looking for. I absolutely love their potato wedges. They are not too big and seasoned well. I prefer carrot sticks over baby carrots. Baby carrots feel like a shortcut. The ranch/blue cheese were good. We will definitely return. I would give this place 5 stars, but the ordering process was too much for me.

why even open the store if you all you have is beer and fries?

we've tried to order wings for 16 days straight with no luck....now you can't even order anything apparently...

I am typically not one to complain, however, I had a particularly terrible experience here. My friend and I, stopped here for lunch and I instantly realized all but one booth was covered with dirty dishes. Once we sat down at the only clean booth in the restaurant, it took about 10 minutes to get menus and about another 10 to get drinks. When I asked to substitute a black bean patty on a burger, I was initially told that it worked in an $11 deal, but was later charged $17 for said burger with no choice or notification. My friend was served her chicken tender dry rub in a condiment cup. The dry rub was less of a rub and more of a collection of large clumps. Lackluster food, long wait times, and non-accommodating options make this place a nightmare destination. I felt bad for the older lady who served me, because she was trying her best. However, the management of the BWW obviously doesn't care for their workers. Unless you have literally no other options, do not eat here.

My daughter's burger. Comes with cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Your choice of sides.

This past week my daughter and I visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Burlington, NC for the second time. The first visit a couple of years ago was unremarkable, so we decided to give it another try. We are so glad we did! Our food was great and our server, Shalisa (sp?) was one of the best we've experienced, anywhere. My daughter ordered the All-American burger cooked well done and to our surprise, it was. Getting a burger cooked well done in our area, without it being like shoe leather, seems to be as elusive as a unicorn. Not only was this burger cooked perfectly, it was flavorful and juicy. I ordered the shredded chicken wrap with sweet BBQ sauce and I cannot say enough good things about it. Our server Shalisa anticipated our needs, bringing refills for our drinks without having to ask. Major points there. The only criticisms I could offer for an otherwise wonderful experience are I do think the portions are a bit small considering the pricing, and, it is a bit too noisy, not noisy enough to make us leave, though. Photos below. The shredded chicken wrap is a bit disheveled in the pic. We are planning another visit this week.

Orders are often wrong, food is never cooked properly, often times you end up waiting 20-30 minutes past the pickup time. Stay away.

This time I decided to keep things a little more Atkins/keto friendly and ordered a grilled chicken salad and a cup of chili. The total came to just over $26, with the salad alone costing almost $17. I understand prices have gone up everywhere. I can accept that. What I can't accept is paying premium prices while the overall experience falls short. The first issue started before I even got inside. The restaurant was packed, and customers were parked all along the curb directly in front of the designated to go pickup area. That completely blocked access. It took me nearly ten minutes of circling the parking lot, backing up near the dumpster, moving again, and eventually squeezing my truck into a parking space (in the "to-go" pick up area where I'm supposed to be anyway) just to pick up my order. When you're that busy, parking becomes part of the customer experience. At some point management needs to step in and help keep traffic moving instead of allowing the pickup area to become unusable (don't tell me I'm wrong because I'll tell you what not only did. I have to navigate that situation due to cars being along the curb in front of the to go area, but two other vehicles that were parked in the to go spaces had nobody in them and I was there for 10 minutes waiting for my food so those people were inside eating in the restaurant I presume-given that I observed their empty vehicles for a total of 20 minutes). To be fair, the employee who brought my order out was excellent. She greeted me with a smile, was friendly, professional, and was easily the brightest part of the entire experience. Then I got home and opened the salad. For $17, this was honestly disappointing. The chicken, bacon, and toppings had simply been simply tossed in there, while the rest was mostly plain, sad looking lettuce. It looked rushed and careless, especially considering the price. The first of several photos are exactly how the salad looked the moment I opened the container on my kitchen counter. I hadn't touched it or moved anything around. The last photo, however, my awesome lady was able to turn that same salad into something amazing in just a couple of minutes. SHE chopped up some pepperoni that we already had in the refrigerator, diced a little Colby Jack cheese, added tomatoes, mixed everything together, and finished it with ranch dressing and a level 10 appearance on the plate. She didn't have to cook anything. She simply took the time to prepare it the way a $17 salad probably should have looked when it left the restaurant. The chili was good, and I'll absolutely give credit where it's due. Drake's still has menu items I enjoy, and I've had plenty of good meals there over the years. But when you're charging premium prices, customers deserve the same level of quality whether the restaurant is half full or packed to the walls. Being busy explains delays. It doesn't excuse lowering the standard. I genuinely hope Drake's takes this as constructive feedback because I know they can do better. I've seen them do better!

My experience at Hooters in Burlington, North Carolina, was truly one of those moments. While traveling out of town, it's always nice to find a place where you can feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely taken care of. From the moment I walked in, that's exactly how I felt. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jayden behind the bar, Manager A.J., and my amazing waiter, Kaley, and these three individuals made such an impression on me that I had to take the time to give them their flowers while they can smell them. The customer service was PHENOMENAL. Every question I had was answered. They were patient, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, they genuinely cared about making sure I was enjoying myself. Nothing felt rushed or forced. It felt like they truly wanted me to have a great experience. My food was hot and fresh 20/10, my drinks were an 20/10, and I was kept informed throughout my entire visit. There were no long wait times, no issues, no discrepancies, no setbacks, and absolutely nothing that took away from my experience. Everything was simply handled the way customer service should be. And that means something to me. In a world where good customer service can sometimes be difficult to find, these three reminded me that there are still people who take pride in what they do. They didn't just serve me -- they made me feel welcomed, appreciated, and valued as a customer. That kind of service stays with you. I want management to know that they have some truly amazing people representing their establishment. Jayden, A.J., and Kaley deserve to be recognized and appreciated. They went above and beyond without hesitation, and because of them, what could have simply been another meal while traveling became one of the highlights of my trip. I HIGHLY recommend Hooters in Burlington, North Carolina. If you're in the area, please go see these three! Get you some good food, grab a drink, and experience the incredible customer service for yourself. I can honestly say this the next time I'm back in Burlington, I will be returning and I'll be looking for these three! Not just because the food was good, but because they made me feel like my business mattered. Thank you, Jayden, A.J., and Kaley, for going above and beyond and making my visit so memorable. You all truly made me feel like more than just another customer, and I appreciate that more than you know. Keep doing what you're doing. Your hard work, kindness, and dedication do not go unnoticed. You deserve ALL your flowers!

My husband and I stopped in on a Thursday evening around 7pm and the place was pretty full. We sat ourselves at a table in the back room, and I noticed how laid back the place was, which is something I really appreciate. Sadly, it seemed that the relaxed vibe extended a bit too far and reflected on their cleanliness, as I noticed all of the chair rails were dusty, the floors a bit littered, our table sticky, and the plastic menus in need of replacing. Service, however, was wonderful. Our waitress was friendly and pretty attentive given how busy she was. My husband was happy with their on tap beer selection, deciding on Red Oak ($3 on Thursdays!). I went with a margarita and it wasn't the best, but thankfully I didn't pay much for it since it was also on special. They were out of the southwestern egg rolls I initially ordered, so I ended up going with the Philly cheesesteak and homemade chips. I enjoyed the cheesesteak's fresh bread; plenty of tender meat, peppers, and onions; and gooey cheese. It could have used more mayonnaise, but it was still quite good. The homemade chips were tasty but undercooked; if I had been hungrier, I definitely would have returned them and asked for a fresh batch. My husband absolutely devoured the cheeseburger and fries he ordered. He said that it was one of the best burgers he's had in quite a while, and this is a guy who loves burgers and eats them often. I want to return to Piedmont Ale House in the future. I think there are some things they seem to do really well, namely burgers and beer at really reasonable prices!
