Greater than I expected. Pretty good. I enjoyed it. My son had a burger he demolished.

I've tried to eat at this place several times. First time my friend and I left before receiving food. We ordered and then waited over an hour for the food to arrive. When we spoke to a server, they acted way too nonchalant about this, so we left. Second time, we asked to be seated away from the loud music and they refused, so we left. Done trying. read more

E!ch item (Inclyding "Simple" pre-meal 'Gnashing' Bread was equivalent to the Grub you'd find in Chicago, L.A., or Vegas. It was Exquisite. . Our Bread - a Whole Wheat Loaf, was modest in size, portioned for two. It included an Olive Oil dipping plate; however, it was prepped in the kitchen. AT first, I was a little disappointed that it wasn't created at our table, but this was extra-fine: an EVOO was folded with a freshly roasted garlic, a fine grating of great Parmesean...possibly Regianno...still...uncommonly GREAT. . For Appetizer, we ordered the Duck Wonton. The filling was great, with a medium earthy taste. Even better was the Breading and Crist. It was as Crispy as an Ethiopian Samosa or fine Panko Breading. Very Savory, Very Very Good. . Wow. Ww are on the Appetizer and I've written half a Chapter. . I'm gonna cut to the Quick with our two Pasta Dishes: Stuffed Shells (Prime Rib) and Bacon-Muahroom Penne (in White Sauce). Both are Everything...EVERYTHING...you would expect from each word in their description. Good Gravy...this was just as exceptional. It was World-Class...in Rural Ohio. It is a one-hour trip from Columbus that is 100% worth a return trip. For 2 Soda, two Entree + an Appetizer, our Total Bill Came to $67. . Normally don't do the review thing, however I think it needs said. For a Saturday night dinner hour, the place was surprisingly dead. The appetizer, steak, and vegetable I ordered all came out quick, but not warm at all, borderline cool but edible. My wife's swordfish was like eating "shoe leather" as she put it and she sent it back. I also noticed one of the seats across from us had a huge tear in it which is not a good look for attempting to portray a higher end location. The server was decent. We hadn't been there in about a year, and it doesn't appear that things are on the upside which is disappointing. read more

We had a very large party last night "40 people" and got there close to 7:30, they were very accommodating, where some restaurants would be upset with situation. The service was outstanding and the food was great, not a single person was disappointed. Even with a crowd this size you could still talk at a normal level and hear just fine, the dining area was decorated beautifully. Definitely would recommend this place. read more

Great food! The mac and cheese was a little meh, but those lobsters cakes are delicious! Our waitress was very polite and attentive, too!

Good place to eat we stopped in on our way to Florida from Oregon and there is nothing but chain restaurants around the area and we happened to come across this place. I highly recommend that people in the area try it out! read more

Food, service, ambience. Home run all around. I cannot believe that this isn't the best restaurant in zanesville.

The food was good. Service was slightly off with our waitress forgetting where we were sitting and walking around with our food and drinks looking for us. This restaurant gives a high end dining experience look however the menu options don't quite match the ambiance, along with the paper table cloth. I'm looking forward to the future for some nicer mains and sides. I would still recommend giving this place a try, as the food was good! read more

They repurposed the old Garfield restaurant and updated it. It looks really good and clean. I like the clean logo look and layout so far. Service is very fast and I was shocked how fast my smash burger came out. Not even five minutes after I ordered. Probably three but hot and fresh. Bread is very nice and soft with good seasoned olive oil but I wish it was served hot. Suppose to be mostly local ingredients with seasonal items like crawfish chowder for three days then something else. Waitress says they rotate seasonal every three days and it's not just food. IPA, cocktails, certain beers, etc besides having a main menu all year long. Monday features local artist on a small stage by bar and Thursday is a dedicated blues/country artist locally. But they can have artist almost anytime. Stage however is barely big enough for one person though. Easy trip hazard. They originally was going to be in a different location but the restaurant they were offering to buy decided to stay so the name was based on location 146 and license already so they just brought it over. Place is clean, background music is varied from 1970-2020. looks good and a needed update to area. I hope they continue to offer good service and food. No website but are active on Facebook with seasonal items and artists. read more

Took my daughter out for her birthday, but it was like trying to eat dinner in a rowdy bar! So incredibly loud that it was impossible to talk to each other, and people being loud to speak over the music. We were both miserable and left with a headache. read more

Upscale restaurant, kind of out of place in the Zanesville mall, but restaurant area is nice. Food was great, little pricey for the food and location but fair in today's market. Took way too long to get service after seated, but once they finally came, was pretty solid. They do payments on a computer at your table with the waitress standing there staring at you as you select your tip. Would prefer like a normal restaurant where they give you your bill and you can review it for accuracy and then fill out your tip without being watched. We do plan to return. read more

I had a $15 ribbon which I thought was overpriced. The sandwich was good, but it had some sort of greenery on it which I didn't appreciate. Service was very good. The place didn't seem to fit itself. Delicious food and wonderful service. I had the pork chop and it was cooked just right. Two of our party had the cordon bleu, which was huge. The other person has the parmesan crusted chicken. We are from Colorado, but we will be back! read more

First off it took way to long from the time they seated us until they came to take our order (almost 10 min), we had the lobster cake appetizers and since it was half priced apps we went ahead and got 2, I thought they were pretty good but the wife not so much. For her entree my wife ordered the parmesan crusted chicken and red baked potato both of which were amazing and it also came with a side salad . I had the stuffed shells which came with a tomato and mozzarella salad with balsamic vinegar glaze, first off the shells (5 shells each about 3" long) was swimming in sauce which pretty much over powered the flavor of the shell filling and the glaze for the tomatoes was pretty bland. The place has been completely renovated since the last restaurant closed and it looks very upscale until you get to your table only to find it covered with white butchers paper and something about shopping local scribbled on it in crayon . The women's restroom was out of order so she had to walk to the other side of the mall to use the public restroom. Prices are comparable to other set down style restaurants but I didn't care for the waitress hovering over us as we paid the bill. We haven't really made our minds up if we'll go back to try something else or not. read more

I am not one to complain at all because, we have owned and operated restaurants for over 40 years and still do, and no how customers have reviewed. I feel this needs to be addressed with owners/and management though. We dined at this great food restaurant yesterday evening 7/29/2025. I feel that the waitress needs to be a little more informed in her description of drink specials. My husband and I first are not drinkers at all but, do enjoy a glass of wine with dinner in a periodically. The server approached, and let us know of drink specials for that evening in which she said about a drink with hibiscus, Moscato, blackberry in which she did say flight, and I do know what flights are, but thought is was a layered drink in which I asked if was like that and she said yes. Then I asked if it was similar maybe to a martini, and the second response was yes, and my husband heard as well. So I assumed maybe layered with a Moscato in which that is what I drink is Moscato may be different so I ordered on. When she got it to table it was 4 small flights of drinks. I feel this needed to be addressed more clearly then when said I didn't know it was all these her response well you can just sit and drink tonight. I am not one to drink more than one glass of wine with dinner and my husband gave no indication he wanted a drink. We got our bill and this cost us additional $25.00 on the bill that we did not even drink. I understand of upselling I train in my restaurant for that as well, but I feel this was way to much for what we drank only a 1/4 out of each to taste. So the tip reflected at the end because of the cost of something felt needed to be more addressed as yes this is 4 flight drinks that come's in flavors. I would not for sure have ordered. I appreciate your time and feel this needs to be addressed if people our non drinkers. Thank You read more
