This bar/restaurant is completely different from the outside view. I was pleasantly surprised at how cool the inside was . Lots to look at, beer signs, sports memorabilia and amazing music playing . The staff were all smiling and told us we couldn't wherever we wanted. Another plus is they have Ohio Lottery Games! We love to play Keno. I had the turkey honey mustard wrap and my husband had the pork tenderloin . We started with some wings and they were so crispy and tasty! I think their blue cheese MUST be homemade it was just so so creamy and good! My sandwich was just "ok" way too much dressing and I don't like lunchmeat but when it said smoked turkey I guess I was thinking it wouldn't be lunchmeat. My husband however LOVED the sandwich he got. It was massive and came with a delicious sauce with fresh lettuce on top! We were looking for a lunch spot before heading out of town and our coworker recommended this spot. Tons of parking, which is needed because this place is huge! Has a fun bar feel, without the nasty bar smell or floor. I could definitely see myself spending a whole Saturday here. Service was great the whole time, we enjoyed the patio and were consistently checked on. The food was super quick too! Pretzel bites are fried and delicious, I got the ranch wrap which was also great. Their fries are very memorable, they were so crispy and tasty, I probably could have just eaten a plate of those for lunch. Overall, great experience. I was pleasantly surprised with this place. It was a 2nd choice spot for meeting a friend on our road trip, and they had plenty of choices for wing sauces. The service was so nice and informative! She told us we could split and do two sauces. There was a nice area of shaded outdoor seating that we sat in but there was also plenty of indoor seating as well. They definitely seem to be a hot spot as they have two nights of trivia per week and one night of karaoke! (The server told us all of this!) We had boneless wings and enjoyed the parmesan garlic and curry. Neither were spicy but there was a tiny kick on the curry one, which was flavorful and nice. Fun sports bar with great food and selection of beer on tap. We happened upon this place while visiting the area on July 4th. Lots of inside seating on a hot summer day and surprisingly quiet with the amount of customers present. It is a cold, November night and knew we could only eat at a restaurant with an outside patio. When we arrived at The Barn, we were immediately brought over to their huge enclosed patio. The gentleman quickly cranked the heat on even though we were the only people out there. Our wine, Pepsi, and two appetizers came quickly. Food was hot and crisp. Loved the homemade ranch dressing. Our burgers also came sooner than expected which was great since we still had a 4 1/2 hour drive ahead of us. Seems like a quiet town...or so you think. On a Monday night, this place is bustling with regulars old and new. It only seems like a quiet town because everyone and their mother was inside. The activity was high as they had music trivia monday, 2 local donation raffles and Margarita Monday's, as per usual. This place has some of my favorite pizza in Zanesville. I think the crust is the best part! It's chewy in the best way possible. It's honestly the main reason I go back to The Barn whenever I'm in town. I just find myself craving it! They have a nice sized patio as well. In the wintertime they even have an outdoor area closed off with a fire pit to keep you warm. If you're lucky you can catch some good live music. They also have a lot of TV's and it's a top-notch spot to catch a game. When it comes to their drinks they regularly have a local Weasel Boy on draft (which I love!). Great place to watch football and drink beers on a Saturday. Definitely draws a big OSU crowd. Lots of bar food, all of it was just OK. The only thing that was decent was the wings, they don't skimp on the sauce either. A step up from a dive bar, this place is clean and so are the bathrooms. Service is very friendly and prompt. Good selection of beer and typical bar food. Awesome burgers especially for a bar.
