Our family have been to alot of texas roadhouse's in alot of states and haven't had a bad experience yet and weve been here twice.. The biscuits are amazing, and the steak is on point every time. I always get the green beans, chili, and it is always outstanding. It's also good to know that the kids love eating here, and we almost never have leftovers. If you are in the area stop by and enjoy the great food. The wife was very happy they had Blue moon on draft. Waited 45min for our food that obviously sat under a heat lamp and looked disgusting when it came to the table and my four year old's chicken tenders had a chunk out of one like it was returned by another table. I asked the waitress what happened tot he chicken on my daughters plate and she rushed away from table saying I don't know. The manager, who I never asked for came to the table and offered to make new food and said it would only take a few minutes, I asked then why did it take 45 to get tot he table, he said he wasn't sure but he guessed there was some back up. I said don't worry about new food because my kids can't wait longer... Tyler was not caring or helpful. Six hours later I have food poisoning... first time in a decade I had to call off work, so if you food doesn't look right, don't eat it even when the manager assures you it's fine. We stopped at this Texas Roadhouse on our way from Columbus to Pittsburgh. It was a couple miles from the highway and sat on the back end of a neighborhood. We went with another family and we were seated fairly quickly. We started out with some of those famous rolls. Our server Trevor was really friendly and efficient. We ordered a mix of things. Salmon, a couple of salads, chicken critters and fries, and I got a pulled pork sandwich, which was really good. This was actually trifling, I'm not lying when I say I am beyond livid and disappointed. Mine and my partner's steaks were overcooked... I mean bad. Got there right at the pickup time and food was cold. Order extra dressing for a salad did not receive it. Here's the kicker a GNAT IN ONE OF THE SALADS ALL UP IN THE LETTUCE LIKE IT HAD LIVED THERE IT'S WHOLE LIFE signed- Laney Said partner speaking .-. Yes, you heard her, I had a gnat which was arguably the biggest roided up looking gnat I've ever done seen in my life casually taking a nap on my lettuce from my Caesar salad. Aside from that issue, I also requested more sauce and to no surprise that wasn't included but you mean to tell me the gnat was???? Where's the decency? Anyway, my steak was also no different than chewing on 6 pieces of Hubba Bubba Gum, rather chewy and extremely dry. After we had been seated and the waitress came back to take our orders, we asked if she could turn the ceiling fan that was above us off. She was very rude and said that she had no control over it, but she would tell the manager. She comes back with our appetizer and we ask again (fan is still running), this time she is even more rude. The manager comes out and claims that they were off and they hvac was turning them which clearly wasn't the case. Then he proceeds to say "but is your food good" which at this point didn't matter. My dad said that we would never come back the manager was fine with that. We were not even offered to change tables or anything. went to Texas roadhouse yesterday in Zanesville, Ohio and our server kalah was absolutely amazing! My drink was never empty. I had plenty of napkins. She made sure my steak was cooked perfectly, I was missing bacon and onions for my salad which she quickly brought before I even had to ask. her smile and laugh were contagious and brighten my whole day. Texas Roadhouse We went in today to celebrate my husbands birthday. It was not busy at all but it took FOREVER for server to bring our food out. We hardly saw our server at all . We told our server that I had a dairy allergy. My salad was brought out after we told her just lettuce and tomato only and covered in cheese. My salad is brought by someone else and my daughter told them this was to have no cheese on it. The person took it back and our server finally brought another salad to me with the response "the person who made your salad is our dishwasher so he/she didn't know about the dairy allergy." Do you know how much I wanted to puke when she said that!! Isn't that the servers job to inform them of this?" Then to say your dishwasher made the salad? I couldn't believe that came out of her mouth. My family likes to eat there but I hate to eat there because this Texas Roadhouse doesn't take food allergies seriously. Please educate your servers and staff including FOH managers to take food allergies seriously as I know of one FOH manager who wasn't willing to help us find anything that didn't have dairy in it or on it all the while not telling us that Texas Roadhouse had an online allergen menu about a year ago. Nice, warm greeting as you enter. Hostesses grab a basket of hot sweet rolls and offer you a bag of peanuts. Nice touch! Our waitress greeted us with a hearty welcome and introduced herself. She made some recommendations too! The 8 ounce Sirloin Steal with baked potatoes, corn and mushrooms & onions was prepared perfectly well for me. Love the sweet rolls! Ordered carryout. Screwed up the hamburger. Charged me for the rolls (I ordered extra rolls). Did not get the complimentary rolls and left off the requested plastic ware. It's the little things that need to be executed to make a good restaurant great. Called the restaurant and spoke with rep in carryout. Asked to speak with mgr. Placed me on hold. She knew my order was screwed up and was hoping I would hang up or the restaurant closes in less than 30 minutes so shut down phone lines. Drove to the store and walked in still on hold. Asked to speak with mgr. Mgr comes our and can tell she is irritated. And I am trying to explain I have been waiting quite awhile to speak with someone. She makes up a lame excuse and then I am trying to explain my order is messed up. She is speaking down to me in a direct and rude way to me because now she may have to work. Never talk to your customer in a matter of fact way. It is humiliating and degrading. Should have realized it was Friday night and people are over worked. The food was good, but after looking at my receipt when I got home, I discovered that I had become a victim of the Texas Roadhouse Ziosk Premium Content Scam. :-( We only used the Ziosk to pay our bill, and didn't even touch it before that, but they charged me $1.99 for "Ziosk Premium Content", which is supposedly what they charge when you play games on their "Ziosk". As always, this location is excellent in every category. The food arrives hot and fresh. The salads are cold and have the correct amount of dressing, (they always ask if you want your dressing on the side or pre-dressed). Service is timely and a good variety of alcohol options. Food was okay. The service sucked. We waited 15 minutes to get our appetizers and drinks ordered. Drinks came out and the appetizers came out 5 minutes before the food. The waitress took forever to bring more rolls and a refill and di ask anyone else if they needed one. Manager never came by to check on the table and while we were there he/she never checked on a table in that section. Traveling and thought we could get a good meal. Very disappointed. The restaurant was beautifully landscaped and clean. The waitress was delightful. First of all they changed the recipe for their rolls. Probably to affect the bottom line, it certainly isn't for taste. Small, dried out(over baked), didn't have the sweet fluffiness we are used to. My cheeseburger was supposed to be a medium well but ended up overdone with way too much salt and appears it had been sitting under a warming light from the looks of the cheese. Steak fries thrown on the plate Willy nilly and barely warm. (Ramsey would be melting down). But to be clear our server was a delight. we ordered 2 prime rib dinners to go at the zanesville restaurant tonight, and they were horrible. we ordered medium rare. you could hardly cut them with a steak knife, and you sure couldn't chew them. that is the worst meat we have ever had there. $48 down the drain. very disappointed. it will be a long time before we go back again. read more

Not a good experience at all. We were told that our out of state licenses were likely fakes, because they had three fake IDs earlier in the week. They have a new app to test IDs, because they "lost their book" which normally shows what IDs actually look like. Ours "didn't feel right" and wouldn't scan on their app, so they refused to serve us our drinks. We left. They lost over $100. Don't go here if you have an out of state ID. read more

I waited for my food for well over an hour, myself and my three friends. When I decided to say something I was told it would be out. Shortly then about 20 min later all of my friends food come out but not mine I had to wait about about her 10 min. For my steak which was basically rare when I ordered medium well. I didn't get mad at anyone but the cooks. The waitress told me they were pretty much in shambles back there and multiple others had the same issue I did. This is not okay!
