It's the definition of meh. When we walked in and noticed several of the employees just kicking it holding conversations I already knew what we were in for, booty service. We waited for a table to be cleaned and the booth was absolutely filthy. The seats were covered in food particles and pieces of straw wrappers. The floor hadn't been swept or cleaned. The booth seats had remnants of something all over. It just looked like the manager and owner don't really care about the place. Asked for water only got water for two people not three. And it was never corrected or checked. I ordered a twisted margarita and had it sent back, it tasted like banana, it was a bright yellow color. It was just bad. The taste would not leave my tastebuds. Waters were never refilled. Checked on once after receiving our food. The food was just meh. It's not spectacular it's just okay. Might be the worst calls-in experience I've every had. It took about 12 mins to order my wings over the phone. It wasn't a crazy order, just 60 wings. It felt like I was asking for NASA secrets. I asked how many favors could I get if I ordered that amount and was placed on hold for 4 mins?!?!? my friends and i had just finished playing paintball for 4 hours and were rather tired and just wanted something quick cause we were out in the boonies, so we saw this along the way and thought why not. well heres why not. as we walked in and told the host how many seats we needed, the girl standing behind him said "FUCK why so many people" after i heard her say that, all i wanted was for her not to be our server. she wasnt our server. but we got an equally bad server. it took 30min for me to get a beer. it took 1.3 hours to get food, i understand if it was like super bowl day but it wasnt. 1.3 hours is just unacceptable. we had to ask for refills. and then after he cleaned our table he went to the back to text. hello if you clean the table ask if we want the check or more drinks. not text. especially from an angle where we can see you clearly texting. glad this bww isnt in our range. read more

I was a little skeptical of this location at first because I haven't had great experiences from other locations before but I was wrong!!! I was provided with everything and anything I requested. Most importantly, Matt, our bartender, was personable and attentive. I made a few trips back just because of him and everytime I was more than happy with the visit. He's awesome!!!! read more

Came here last week with my kids and the timing must've been bad. Their boneless wings weren't good at all, good thing it was a BOGO night! So the family and I wanted to try someplace new last night and decided on Bufalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar. First let me say that it is geared for the younger, college crowd. There are five big screen TV's on the walls playing a mix of sports and news with smaller TV's everywhere else playing a good mix of everything. Meanwhile, there is music playing in the background which, combined with all the people talking, makes for a loud dining experience. They also have an interactive card game if you are into that kind of thing. You have two seating options: order at a counter fast food style and they will bring the food to your table or have the host/hostess seat you and a waiter will take your order. Our waiter was a nice guy that gave us good service, keeping our drinks filled and stopping by a few times to make sure we were okay. We started with the chips & queso appetizer which was really good. They put chili in the cheese which gives it a good flavor. Then we split an order of wings; 12 medium spicy and six sweet BBQ. I did not get my boneless Asian Zing wings, instead i got unflavored regular wings. Moral of my story check you get your correct order before you go. This is the thrid time this has happened. Cedar Hill BWW has the worst service I have ever seen! Not just once but on multiple occasions. A couple weeks ago I went there and sat in the bar after waiting 10 min to be greeted i decided to go sit out on the patio... still no one has bothered to come over and greet us. they Just look at us as they walk by. Eventually i go inside and demand a server and some menus.. he finally comes over gets our drink order.. and I wait about 10 more minuets to see if he will ever come and take our order. I finally give up and walk up front and decide to order through the to go section since it was obvious our waiter was way to busy flirting with a girl at a different table to come and do his our job. RIDICULOUS! Then I decide to give it another shot this weekend.,,, again not very buys but still waiting FIFTEEN minuets to be greeted., at this point I'm already pissed and starving. She gives me some bs answer about being the only server blah blah but she wasn't! I sat there for fifteen minuets and literally watch her just walk around in circles doing NOTHING! When she got to our table her attitude was horrible. She Didn't pre bus a single thing off our table it was disgusting! I wish I remembered her name because i would put her on blast right now for being a crappy server. Just go to another location. My boyfriend and I have given this place many chances. Service always slow. It is never busy, and there are always plenty of servers. Yet it will seemingly always take 15 minutes for you to be acknowledged, another 15 for your server to come back with your waters and maybe 30 minutes for the food to come rolling out. One of the worst restuarants I've ever been to! Everytime I come here the service is slow and waiters and waitresses are no where to be found when needed. Visited on while on a business trip to the area and was looking for a place that offered Dos XX on tap. We were immediately warmly welcomed by the front door staff. Right from the start our server J.C. (Jaime) was very friendly and offered up the Wednesday night specials and suggestions. We ordered our beers and appetizers (Mozzarella sticks, stuffed jalapeno peppers, fried mushrooms) and they were brought out to the table with very little wait time.The beer was not as cold as I had hoped, but it was what I wanted. The appetizers were served hot and tasted delicious. For the main meal, my coworker ordered a cheeseburger which was OK. It was a bit smaller than expected and looked just a bit bigger than a McDonald's cheese burger with lots of lettuce, but he had been duly warned that ordering burgers at a place that specializes in wings is always a gamble. I stuck with the wings with the mango habanero sauce and was not disappointed. Its hard to get fried food wrong and the sauce had the perfect blend of sweetness and heat. I finished out the meal by keeping things simple with ice cream covered with caramel syrup. It was at our table in under a minute, Overall, our server J.C. made the experience very enjoyable and friendly service goes a long way to making people want to go back. While the food was not that extraordinary, it certainly wasn't disappointing. I would definitely go back next time I'm in town and try several some other items on the menu to give BWW a fair shake. read more

Don't go!!! Young staff playing and kidding around. They are not attentive. Wait staff does not wash hands when cleaning and sweeping around the tables. One young man was sweeping and then went in the kitchen to get our food without washing his hands. Manager seemed overwhelmed or tired. Staff is lazy and talked more to each other, while sipping drinks and laughing, rather than paying attention to customers. This used to be a decent location but today, they lost my business.
