My boyfriend and i came here on a Thursday night and it was packed so we decided to sit ourside. The hostess said, "sure, the patio is self seating". Yea... and i guess it is self serving as well. My boyfriend and i are pretty nice and quiet ppl so we were giving the waitress a chance, but after waiting for over 30 minutes to be asked atleast our drink order was a bit ridiculous! A waitress even came outside and served a group of men next to us.. looked at us... and walked back inside like we weren't even there. My bf went in and asked for service.. still nothing. Right as we were about to leave our waitress came out. We ordered and everything was good (hence the 2 stars bc if it werent for the food it would have received one star). After all, we can't be too upset because we should've known better, i mean the staff were (mostly) young and more on the ghetto side. Just came from BW.... went around 4:30 not even busy..waiters milling around, waited around 10 minutes or more before anyone even asked about getting drinks for us! Table dirty and sticky... food took forever to arrive...when it did come it was cold...manager comped my order and offered to replace but if it was cold once I didn't want to wait another 20-30 minutes...I'll never go there again....it has gone down hill since we're we're last there! This place is absolute trash. I was staying at a hotel nearby for the whole week and was looking forward to going there every night. I was there for 5 minutes my first night and walked out. I would have spoke to the manager but he was no where to be found. There was no where to sit but probably 10-15 tables dirty and waiting to be flipped. We sat near the bar because we needed an electrical outlet for our meeting. We chose this place because it had wifi. We were near the door to the patio, which was opened frequently, allowing the nasty smoke smell to come inside. The service and food was mediocre. The waiter didn't even bring napkins or silverware until we asked, although he was all about the alcohol. After I ate, I pulled out my e-cig. Some management type, promptly told me, "no e-cig!" I have never been anywhere that cared about them, and it certainly wouldn't have been anything like the smoke coming in from the patio! I'm upset b/c I ordered the lunch snack pack and gave the card to get $5 off to MIKE and he stated it was for dine in only! I never noticed it before and said I get this alllllllll the time and was NEVER told I needed to dine in for this deal. I have no problem with rules, but I do have a problem with inconsistency!! Then the manager GEORGE walks by and doesn't try to diffuse the situation, he read it and walked right by with out trying to resolve the issue with the customer. Been here a bunch of times, I was staying at the hotel across the street. Food at this location is better than most BWW I've been to, I usually stick to the fried stuff and recommend staying away from the grilled chicken salad. Always sat at the bar and always had good service. They have all the sports packages and always put the game on I asked. Place is now smoke free, recommended for the sports fan. read more

Service was horrible at the door. Walked in up to the Please Wait to Be Seated sign and noticed 4 employees behind the take out counter. One girl standing leaning on the counter and looking around 3 or 4 other wait staff with other customers. The Leaner saw us come in but made no movement towards the podium. She looked, turned her head and continued to talk to the people behind the counter. We continued to stand and looked around to see how busy the rest of the wait staff. A gentleman came out from the back to deliver a takeout order and still no movement from The Leaner to greet us or sit us. Another group of guys came in behind us, no movement from The Leaner who continued her conversation with the group behind the counter. When another minute had passed without any movement from the leaner and the group behind the counter seeing us standing there, we turned and left. Last time for me in this Cedar Hill Buffalo Wild Wings. I'll stick to Waxahachie location where at least you are acknowledged as a customer when you come in the door. This location barely deserves the single star. read more

We came hear with a baseball team yesterday to accommodate our large group of parents and boys. I chose this spot thinking it would be a good place for a larger group and that we could watch some football in between our baseball tournament games. Our server was polite and friendly however in the weeds and needed help. The overall service was very slow. The bacon cheeseburger was overcooked and dry...but I ate it anyways because we were short on time and I was hungry. My son, who eats anything, said the chicken tenders were dry. One of dad's in the group ate 2 bites of his dry burger (same thing I got) and informed the waitress that it tasted like it was cooked yesterday and heated up. She took it back and removed it from the bill. Half of our group sat inside and the other half on the patio. The inside area smelled like the table had been wiped down with a dirty mildewed rag...the floors were slick and greasy. The patio reeked of cigarette smoke and the patrons were obnoxiously loud. Given the apparent slowness in service and issue with the food from our table, I would recommend that if this happens again that the manager stops by to check in on things and remediate where possible. Unlikely our group will ever return to this location of BW's. read more

Everyone picks on BWW because it "only" serves great wings BUT they're not there for the wings (even tho thats the logo). I have lived in Cedar Hill for 18 years and know most of the staff since the old Bennigans. They bring Cheers to Dallas - everyone knows your name and treats you like a regular. Matt the bartender has mad skillz to keep everyone interested in Fantasy Football and/or the ongoing games or recent newsworthy topics. He's "just a bartender" but because he is studying law he is quick to engage you in amazing conversation and when you get really bored - he'll mix you up his famous "Red Dragon" cocktail to cause you to drop your pain and just chill. I work in an unbelievably stressed out office and when I need to relax - I can always count on Matt and the others to help. They always give me 5-star treatment. I recommend stopping by to visit - just avoid management and head right for the bar (wink-wink). read more

My family and I tried to eat there there after my 12 year old grandsons baseball game on Saturday night around 10:00 pm. We waited around 10 minutes before anyone approached us, and a very rude young man finally asked how many in our party. At least i think that was what he said. He mumbled something and I assumed that was what he said. We needed a table for 6. He disappeared an and didn't return for another 15 minutes. The entire restaurant had dirty tables everywhere and no one attempting to clean them. I few minutes later the manager ask if someone had helped us. I told him basically no. He walked away and walked around the restaurant and never came back to us. The original man finally returned and motioned for us to follow him. He took us to the back of the restaurant and tried to seat us at a dirty table for 4. We finally decided after 30-45 minutes to just leave. I talked to the manager on our way out and ask him if this is how they treated all there customers? He never even responded! We were the only white people in the restaurant and all of us felt that we were discriminated against because of that. I was so embarrassed for my grandchildren to witness that. They are 15 and 12 and they knew exactly what was happening. read more

I guess no one else sees how filthy this place is inside as well as out. The parking lot has trash all over it and the entrance is filthy and the restaurant inside is extremely dirty as well. The service is horrible and basically it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that the management obviously doesn't care. The wait staff while I was there were unconcerned with all of the filth on the tables, booths and floor. The waitress had a bad attitude and she never smiled, and never said anything to let us see that she cared about us returning. She never gave us any condiments or silverware. I had to get up and go to the next table to get a bottle of ketchup. The table had dried up ketchup that the bus guy failed to wipe off. The food was good but it was kind of hard to enjoy seeing that our surroundings were so filthy. The waitress came back and laid the ticket down and failed to even say anything to us. I'm just wondering why were we treated so horribly or does she treat everyone this bad and if she does I'm wondering why more people don't complain because its ridiculous for anyone to act so ignorantly and still have a job. Heck if you didn't want to come to work why not just keep your bad attitude at home cause my family and I deserve better especially because Buffalo Wild Wings are so darn expensive and Wing Stop might not have as many TV's, but they're cheaper and they have better deals for their customers and from what I recall they said "Thank You" to me after taking my money. read more

Wait staff was great, manager was not. I decided to try the challenge to eat 12 wings with the hottest sauce in 6 minutes. When I picked up the first wing, the temperature (not spiciness) was too hot to handle. My index finger and thumb on my right hand have first degree burns. I told the manager that it was too hot temperature-wise to eat, and that we need to wait. He said I had one minute, then he started the timer without me even touching the wings at that time. He left the timer on the table and walked away. I ate a few wings on the outer edge of the carton that were at a safe temperature to consume, but the rest were still too hot. I had to stop and then when he came back I explained it. His attitude during the whole event, was arrogant and condescending. Naturally several of the wait staff came by the table to ask how it went and were appropriately sympathetic that I didn't finish the wings. One of the wait staff empathized with me about the rudeness of the manager. I was deciding whether to request that the wings be removed from the bill (I didn't eat the rest when they cooled down because they just don't taste good), when our waitress said the manager applied a discount ($5 off). I decided it wasn't worth hassling over the rest and I would just leave negative feedback on several websites. The manager said it was straight from the fryer at 350 degrees. At that point, it isn't a challenge, but a scam. read more

First of all I want to say that our service was fine. Shelby was outstanding. Very attentive to our every need. This complaint has to do with strawberry lemonade being sold for 3.50 with no refills. This is absolutely ridiculous. I spoke with the FOH manager Mr. Tommy Anderson about this issue. He told me that this was a corporate decision. I must say I and everyone that I know will never go to bww again, due to this ridiculous "corporate policy". I have been to just about every bww in the dallas/ft worth metroplex. I have never heard or been told that the flavored lemonade is 3.50 with no refills. It's only this location which is sad. You guys are trying to make more money based on the demographic of this area (black women). This is corporate racism at its best and you guys should be absolutely ashamed by this. And on top of all this you guys changed the glass and fill it with ice and very little of this lemonade. Any other bww that I have been to the lemonade is the same price as tea/soda etc. With unlimited refills. Again you guys should be ashamed.
