I'm a regular here but I just feel as though this experience was not the best. My waitress Carli was all over the place and I didn't feel heard. Although it was quite crowded she had 4 tables and I barely seen her. I never got my water and my foot was cold, dry and seemed like it had been left sitting for a while. Meh- first time at this newer location and likely the last. No urgency here on food or drinks. At one point I had to go to the bar myself for my third drink. Food took awhile to arrive and was arrived boneless wings. Do you actually have to order wings bone in here to get traditional wings? My husband and I decided to try this location out rather than the Colerain and from the second we were seated it went down hill. First the table they sat us at was dirty. So I asked the host to clean it. Then our server Lydia (started off fine at first) completely messed up our order. My husband ordered the sampler, with bone in and boneless wings. Which he's never had an issue ordering before. She stated that the manager wouldn't allow it bc they're losing out on money. If that's the case why is it listed you can on the menu and it says bone in wings is an additional 1.50 for them. So he couldn't order what he wanted. Then I asked if they still had their hot bbq sauce. And if they didn't, I'll just get a side of each and mix them together myself. My daughter got the street tacos no tomatoes. Which when our food came out, had tomatoes in it. Me, not receiving any of my sauce. So when I asked she got super shitty with our table. I even said thank you several times and just got attitude back. Never checked on us or gave us refills. Eventually I asked for to go boxes drinks and the check. Then apparently there was an issue with the gift card that I just received and got the confirmation. She then tried to say she will see if her manager could void it for us since she couldn't figure it out. All in all, what a terrible experience. This is a compilation review (several in one)! They recently just opened (2/24) so it was their first weekend....so I'll give them that! It didn't seem as if they had a cold/prepping opening before. LONG lines! I sat at the bar. It took forever to get someone to take my order. I kept on raising and waving my hand, leaning over the bar, until I had to pull a waiter/section manager (blue shirt) to have them talk to the bartender to not only get my order and to also get another person (who was waiting several minutes just to pay his bill!) taken car of!! I even had one just look at me and then went back to pouring a beer! The food took over 45+ minutes. The burger was Luke warm and the bacon was not only burnt, but also just thick slabs. I again tried to get the bartender to change it to-go because I would've spent another hour and a half eating (10 min) and then trying to pay the bill....I also tried to wave down the owner who was working the bar too to get service. It took another person at the bar (who knew the bartender(Kevin)/people that worked there writing to their customer service to get refund!! It's in a nice spot, but if they don't fix these problems, it's going to turn into the Anderson Ferry location and shut down! If the owner/managers read this, I will give you ONE MORE CHANCE (on a weekend)! And if it seems nothing has changed, I'm going to another BWW (either Colerain or UC-both much farther from my house) to eat/get BOGO wings on Thursdays!! Follow up review: On three separate occasions: *First/second, i told them for the BOGO order to have each of the 10 wings in two separate boxes (so I could pack lunches better for work)....they put them all together (1st) and when told them of the issue, they just put gloves on and repeated them, which should have been done in the first place, now you have a individual putting their hands through my food! (2nd): they put them all in one box with a divider! And when asked for another box, acted as if they were put upon! * 3rd: (went there 1/30/25)....they no longer ALLOW walk-in orders for the BOGO deal...it all had to be done via app or online (which my account has been having issues, so I can't order either way)! They also have robot servers to bring out your food....isn't that supposed to be the SERVERS JOB? I've seen tables get mixed up and take FOREVER to get to the table because people, chairs, etc are in the way and then it gets cold! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Service was amazing! Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Dippers, and they were so dry it took three beers to get them down. Also, the portion was much smaller than what was shown in the picture. When the waitress asked how everything was, we told her honestly. We're not people who usually complain, but she offered to bring us something else without any hesitation. We declined because it just didn't seem worth it. We come here for the beers and to get out of the house. It would be nice if the food were better, but it never is. The food is disappointing, so we'll stick to the beers and drinks. read more

This was a horrible experience for me and my family! First of all the waiter at the door is vary mean! We waited what seamed to be over an hour for 30 wings,(And they were not busy at all) And I ask for my sides of celery 3 different times. And then when we finally got it the vegetables looked old and they added carrots to it for some reason?! Our waitress not once came to our table to check on us. The positive thing to start out is I like the side take out door. I had to use it several times though. I picked up my order and when pulling away was told they didn't give us celery and blue cheese. Parked went in again. Explained the situation. Took the bag, passed it off. Pulling away they gave me one mixed carrots and celery, one blue cheese. I did not go back a third time. Ok, so it was fairly busy, but there were a bunch of open tables waiting to be cleaned off. We were seated fairly quickly, but then our waitress gave the hostess a lot of attitude for seating us in her section, because apparently she had 10 people sitting at a big table and that was too much for her to handle. Our waitress got our drink order, and we basically never saw her again. After like 15 minutes a different waitress came over and asked what we ordered to drink. Then a different waitress brings two of our 4 drinks. We sit there for 10 more minutes, and a waitress asks us if we've ordered yet. We tell her we're still waiting on our drinks. She takes our appetizer order and leaves. Just a few minutes later a food runner drops off the appetizer. Our second waitress comes back by and asks us if we ever got our drinks, and we tell her no. I just wanted to leave at this point. She tells us some crap about only being able to ring in two things at a time, which is just ridiculous. She brings our drinks and takes our food order. We're at like 45-50 minutes now of just sitting here. The robot server made an appearance. What a useless, gimmicky, piece of crap that is. It came out of the kitchen with someone's nachos sitting on top, totally uncovered. It kept stopping along its path as people walked by it. It went by our table, and then just stopped. "Stuck" was flashing on the screen. It refused to go around the lady's chair that was sticking out, and she refused to get up so the robot could go by. So someone's nachos just sat on top of this robot server for the rest of the time we were there, and no one did anything about it. Our food came out...kind of. Two of us got our food, then mine came out like ten minutes later. I got Nashville hot sauce, and that was in no way Nashville hot. We ended up being there nearly two hours, the service was absolutely terrible, and the food was nothing to write home about. It's very loud from people randomly yelling at different sports on the televisions and talking too loudly in general. They have a ridiculous amount of televisions with all kinds of different sports, which is really the only positive thing I can say about this place. read more

I really was looking forward to this new location opening... but will probably not go back. Horrible service, seated at table after short wait. This place is super loud and sounds like a soccer match. 15 minutes after being seated someone stops over and asks us for our drink order and we requested to put our food order in but she was too busy and said she would be back. Never came back with drinks or food order 15 minutes later someone else stops by to take our full order, drinks come out never refilled, food comes out 1 part of the order at a time over the next 30 minutes. Missing half the wing order 30 minutes later and flag a waitress down and tell them it was missing, they look at the table and say it looks like it's almost up then come back to the table and ask what we ordered... food comes out 5 minutes later. Bill was incorrect and charged for an extra entree, no one comes back to take money so we paid in cash and wrote on the bill what was incorrect and left after waiting another 15 minutes. 1.5 hours for a simple order that we were ready to place when we walked in. Hands down the absolute worst Bdubs I have ever been to in my life. Over an hour wait in the restaurant after calling an order in! They wouldn't allow us to order the Tuesday BOGO deal, saying the option wasn't available on the computer, then wouldn't allow us to have the same sauce on all the wings, saying they had to have 2 different sauces. Unbelievable, never heard of this nonsense in all my life. I've been a weekly Bdubs enjoyer for the past 18 years. Upon finally receiving the order, did not include any condiments we ordered, wings were cold, completely drenched in sauce, soggy, and it wasn't even the right sauce. How could you possibly mess up this bad??? When checking the kitchen to see just what the heck was going on, I was surprised to see ROBOTS, yes, actual robots driving around the kitchen hold plates, food, and silverware. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. 1st visit was in their 1st week, still no excuse for the horrible experience we had. They comped our whole meal. We just stopped and thought we'd give them another try. Walk in, no greeting, no sign saying to wait to be seated. Waited a minute or two, no one came. We decided to just walk to the bar area and claim a High top. As we are about to sit down, a rude a$$ waitress walks by and says "You know, you're supposed to wait over there, someone will give you menus and seat you". I told her that there was no one there. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Had a party of 7 including a 1 year old. The child's order came out first... thankfully! We were informed by our server of their hot and ready policy which on the surface seemed good to me as I hate cold fries. I didn't know that it meant it would be nearly 2 hours for the last person to get their meal. The first 2 orders came out within a reasonable period of time. Those meals were finished and cold by the time we received other orders. We then got 2 more orders which both came out just a little more than room temperature. The next order delivered was wings which were hot but for a wing place you would expect wings to not be nearly the last thing to arrive. The final order (now 2 hours into our seating) was a chicken sandwich which we just asked to be boxed up to go as our 1 year old was well past her bedtime. This place needs to get their act together or their staff find other places to work where customers are happy. I feel sorry for the servers... we tipped ours well as it wasn't her fault. read more

One of the cleanest, nicest Bdubs I've been to. Bar is huge, food comes out fast. Protip: The All American Cheeseburger is better than any chicken product they have. Overall Bdubs should have better wings but thats a corporate problem, in the mean time this is a good location. read more

While the food tasted great, it took an HOUR to get our food. And this was after 30 minutes of our server telling us it should be out any second. Not only this but the staff was more worried about the tvs than our service. Our server started talking to us 2 times to order and left before we finished talking. After the hour of sitting there we finally get our food. Part of it was cold and the order was completely wrong. We had ordered 20 wings and they gave us 40. We then had to pay for said 40 wings even when we suggested our disapproval. Also, the man next to us never got his food after over an hour so he left. would give 0 stars if I could. Service was so awful. Me and my friends went here to eat. We get our drinks and the waitress throws the straws down on the table. When she took our order she didn't write one of them down and got the order wrong. We watched as another tables food sat out for at least 10 minutes because the robot stopped at the wrong table and they didn't get their food until finally another worker brought it to them, after several other workers saw the food just sitting there. When we finally got our food from the stupid robot it was cold and soggy. We were so hungry from waiting so long but we could barely eat this cold ass food. We had to ask the host to get our waitress because she never checked in to at least make sure we got our food. Our waitress I believe was named Jasmine would disappear to the other side of the bar to talk to other associates. Let me start with I never complain and I am one of the nicest most understanding people. This is a new place so I decided to give a try. I got a pick up order of 10 boneless wings and cheese fries. When I looked in the bag I saw the wings in a box and went home. When I got home it was actually 6 bone-in wings (and the fries were stale and cold). I called because I was disappointed that I overpaid. I paid for 10 boneless. I didn't even eat the wings. The manager did not apologize. He made me feel like I was a burden. He asked if I could "deal with this tonight". It was already 9pm I did not want to drive back. He gave me a comp # for free boneless wings. Which I appreciated. I went back the next day. The same manager came to put in the code and I said "I think I talked to you last night!" He didn't say anything to me. Just comped the meal and walked away, and the girl next to him said it's "laaaaaura". As if to suggest they had been talking about me the night before. She also called me Stacey before that? And the other girl said "that's not Stacey's mom it's Laura" I felt very uncomfortable. And seriously?! If you mess up my order and give me less than I pay for why am I the burden? Just say you're sorry, fix it and move on. Will not be going back or ordering again. The whole thing was awkward. Please learn better customer service skills. I've worked in the restaurant industry in the top restaurants in Cincinnati. That is NOT how you treat customers. I can understand mistakes. Especially since it's a new place.
