Good time and I always eat at the bar. Did not know they had a lunch special. I got 10 traditional wing with the fries and a Pepsi. They gave me a large Pepsi so they did not skimp there. But glad I checked the menu or I would have missed the lunch special. 10 wings are $14.99 plus the cost of fries and a soda would have been a lot more than $13. Would have been nice if it was brought to my attention as a part of getting the menu. I did get my wings with the sauce on the side and asked for 2 sauces and 2 blue cheese with celery. I will say I got my bill and was charged .60 for the extra sauce and .60 for the extra blue cheese. Did not get my celery so they removed one of the fees. Service is always polite and attentive. But it business was slow that day so I I would have expected nothing else. So, food on point, service on with the exception of mentioning lunch specials was nice. And atmosphere is always the same. I have visited this location twice, and have had a wonderful experience each time. The last time I went to this place, I ordered 3 wing combos to go with extra seasoning. I also asked for the wings well done, which a lot of places have a bit of difficulty doing. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and reassured me everything would be made as requested. I paid for my food, which was very quick and convenient. I was told I could wait at a table until the food was ready -- (I was getting the wings to go). I brought our food home, and it was EXACTLY the way I had requested it. The wings were well done with extra seasoning, (because we prefer dry rub), and had wonderful flavor. I really appreciate the care they put into their food. This BW3's storefront could use a good window cleaning. Consistently horrible customer service!!!! During this challenging time most restaurants are going the extra mile to serve customers. Tried this place 3x in the last week and it's been progressively worse. First time they were surly when informing me they no longer take phone orders -- strange since we are all limiting contact. Second time it took 73 minutes to get an order that was incorrect. Tonight they told me on the phone (rudely) and my friend in-person they never received the Door Dash pick up order. Funny because I received a confirmation and a charge to my credit card. Door dash will refund but the entire experience & inability to order in person --3 minutes past cut off, even when showing my order confirmation was not good. Well, I sat at the bar for 15 minutes before being acknowledged, bar tender took the order of the person on either side of me first. No big deal but... The best part is that they are completely unaware of a Veteran's Day promotion. To quote the bartender "well, no one told me anything." Do you think she bothered to check or find out? Nope. Okay..I have got to say that I had quite possibly the best service I've ever had at any Buffalo Wild Wings at this location last week. It was probably a fluke, as I've been to this location and others many times and always had awful service. It was in the middle of a Friday afternoon and the place was completely empty. You might say that that explains the great service..but let me tell you from experience..I've had some of the worst service EVER there when it's completely dead. We were seated right away. Our server's name was Nick (I made sure to make note because he was awesome). He was so nice and overly friendly and accommodating. Our order was taken immediately. Our drinks stayed full the entire time. Our appetizer came out quick, followed not too long later by our meals (brought out by a female manager who was great too (didn't grab her name unfortunately)). The food was great too! We started out with the fried pickles..they were nice and crisp and went really well with the southern ranch they were served with. I ordered a small order of boneless Buffalo mild wings with ranch and blue cheese..as well as a side of cheesy potato wedges. Everything tasted perfect. Wings were nice and crisp and well coated with sauce, wedges were very cheesy and tasty. Everything about this experience made me reconsider my overall view of Buffalo Wild Wings and their history of bad service. Maybe this will be a turning point..maybe it was just a fluke..but like I said, Nick and his manager made me want to give the company as a whole another shot. read more

The most unacceptable service I've ever experienced. I don't typically write reviews but this was worth writing. The server took 15 minutes to greet us and when she finally got our order, we never saw her again. My boyfriend had to get up multiple times to ask for our drinks that never ended up coming. We asked to remove the drinks from our bill, she gave us attitude and then still didn't remove them from the bill. Took another 15-20 minutes to get the updated bill. The manager came back saying sorry but nothing else. Most restaurants would give a discount or knock off another item. Needless to say, I will never be going back. read more

My husband finally got home with the food and none of the ranch/blue cheese was there, and the wings were DRENCHED in sauce...I'm a sauce gal, but this was excessive. To be clear this is a review on this specific Bdubs not the chain as a whole - as a chain I actually find them around a 3/5 I try to judge all wings against bdubs in general as a good baseline they are not amazing but very solid as wings go. ---- For this specific location I felt as though its unfortunately locked in based on the lay out - I'll preface by saying I dont have kids, when I come to Bdubs I generally am there for a bengals game / xavier game or for march madness. This specific location every time I go seems more catered towards families which Is great in its own right, there are lots of families in the area and thats awesome they have a place to go to. They mess up my order or forget to include something (that I've paid for) so consistently that it would be faster for me to walk to the Buffalo Wild Wings HQ, break in, steal their secret recipe book, walk back home, find and kill a chicken with my bare hands and make my own wings than it would be to simply order it online and go and pick it up.
