While B Dubs is one of my favorite places to get wings, I will say this location is awful! It took about 5 mins for someone to get our drinks (and it wasn't even our waiter). After receiving our drinks it took about 10 mins for them to come back and take our order. Mind you, they were not even that busy! The food was good, however my friend ordered the veggie boat, which is suppose to be an array of carrots, celery, and ranch dressing. She only received carrots. Also we had to specifically ask for ranch, and they also didn't bring celery with our wings. When we got our check they didn't split our appetizer. It took us about 10 mins to track down someone who wasn't even our waiter to fix it. Then when our waiter took our checks, it took him an additional 5 mins to return it. Service was just extremely disappointing, especially with them not being busy. I like B Dubs but I will NOT return to this location. read more

The worse experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Walked in for lunch and ordered drinks and food at the same time from a server. She was very nice. Restaurant was moderately busy. We sat for 30 minutes and I couldn't get anyone's attention. Finally got a manager to ask where our food was. She walked to the back and got the servers attention and things got frantic. No one rang it in. I walked to the front and the server insisted it would be out shortly. I didn't have time and had to leave. There was a bartender at the front cashier that said she wanted to help but the manager wouldn't let her. REALLY!?!! The manager came out and said she was short a server. That doesn't matter to me at all. There is no excuse. I watched other table get their food and get ready to leave. We got nothing. The bartender wanted to help but the management was not allowing it? How is this place still in business. I was not offered anything to make me come back. I didn't get an apology. Nothing. I usually go to other locations. I will not be doing that anymore. No reason for this. Chain has been slowly dying due to bad service. This was the cherry on the top. STAY AWAY!! Edit: I saw more than 10 people trying to get drink refills at lunch getting ignored. Servers and managers walked by and did nothing. People were waving at them and no one acknowledged. There is no reason for this location to be open. read more

I had not been to this location in awhile but the new layout is AMAZING! I think this is going to be my go to BW3 again! The biggest issue I have ever had with BW3 is temperature of the food but this place came out with great tasting food while having a packed house! Loved it! read more

I love BW's sauces. if not for the sauces I don't think I'd ever eat at a BW's. The wings are kind of small and priced higher than any other wing place I know of but there is no other place that has the sauce options they do. Love the Thai Curry. I'd do shots of that stuff. This place is a 3 star place except that the service is not just good, it's exceptional. I have never had anything short of fantastic service here. The food comes out fast. My glass is never empty. The people here are enthusiastic about their jobs and that is something special. So even though I feel I'm paying too much for what I get on the plate I will come back again and again because the food comes with great service! read more

Went there 3 weeks ago on Sept 3rd. I used my 1000 points on the app as the app says to do and it says to write your code on the receipt to have it taken off. I ordered a small boneless sized week and a buffalo chips basket with cheese. The menu said 15 mins or less or the order is free. After a 45 min wait we got our food. It did not look like a chips basket as the wings and the chips fit on one plat. At the end of my meal I write my # down to show I obtained my points to have it taken off the bill. She calls me over and proceeds to tell me I have to tell her first, which is not what the app says, and that she couldn't take anything off the bill. She took down my number and promised that the manager would have my 1000 points refunded and that was 3 weeks ago. I used the online feedback for 2 times, Facebooked and twittered the corporate page and still no response and no points. I will never eat BWW ever again. There is way to many other options like the Wings and Rings in Oakley or the new Wing Stop in Oakley which is right around the corner. This was a ridiculous experience. I came back to add. Only reason why it got 2 stars Ordered a hamburger for $10. I know I'm being ripped off ahead of time but am willing to do it. Got basket-full of dead fries. Burger was only good for a dog. Seemed pre-cooked. It should be PERFECT! Took Yuengling off tap. why??? Don't want crappy Budweiser or Miller. Bartender told me several beers are $3 then $4 then $5. Stella Artois was at $4. Great- serve me up. When bill came they were $5. Had to ask for correction. Also asked for fresh fries. Paid close to $30 for below mediocre food, service, experience. Besides the fact that a bartender can't figure out how to keep salt on the rim of a glass for a margarita, the food was bad to average. I ordered food from this location last week. I let the man at the counter know that I ordered online and he just went to the back and came out with two bags of food. The lady behind me grabbed my food, not knowing it was mine. (Which is fine, we're all human) but the man working at the counter asked me "what are you waiting for?" And I replied that I never got my food. He raised his voice and said that he told me that bag was mine. I let him know that clearly neither of us heard him and he responded back even louder and grouchy. I've been to the Rookwood B dubs many times and their service always seems to be subpar. I got fed up of them never having Ghost Pepper sauce and always seeming inconvenienced the few times I'd eat in with my family. And they mess up the little details on take-out orders frequently. THIS Bdubs has excellent service overtime I've been there (About 3 times now). When I picked up my take-out order they showed me each item I had ordered and showed me that all the spaces I had ordered were there. I was blown away and have never received that service before; I tipped her well. I love this Bdubs location. read more

I've been a fan of B-Dubbs for years, but my experience last night was extra special. Not only was the service and food wonderful, but the staff was extremely cute with my one year old daughter (including winning her a ball to play with in the claw game). I get a little nervous at restaurants when she wants to walk around, "talk" to random people, etc, and they made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome to do our thing. I called in tonight to place a carry out order. I was immediately put (and left) on hold. I was already in the parking lot and after waiting entirely too long, I told my boyfriend we would just go in. Other than the employees standing around chit chatting, there wasn't many other people in there. (Clearly talking to your friends is more important to the customer). After we were seated, a very nice waiter came and waited and served on us. I was impressed with his kindness and product knowledge and loved that he was one step ahead - I never had to ask for anything because he anticipated my needs before hand... until it was time to pay the check. I asked for the check and as soon as it was brought out, I pulled my card out - but he had walked away too quickly.... we waited.... and waited... and waited.... and waited. Finally, I got a little frustrated and took my bill and card to the front counter. I passed the kitchen and saw my waiter leaned up against the counter where the cooks place the food to be delivered. He was chatting away - not a care in the world. At the front counter, I asked the young lady if I could pay my bill. She said that she couldn't check me out that I had to wait for my waiter... WHAT!? I said... well, he has been gone for a very long time and I need to leave. She refused to assist me. I ended up going back to my table and my waiter FINALLY decided to come back. What the hell? Like... do people not understand the concept of providing excellent customer service? Smh. This location? Never again... Never. Again. Ever. read more

I went to this wings place as a tradition my pop and I do every time I visit Cincy. This isn't our usual place. But Mom didn't want to travel too far. So this is right around the corner from our house. Usually we frequent a wings place down in Hyde Park. Their wings are super crispy and deep fried the way I remember as a kid. But despite the comparison, BWW has really good sauces. And the staff is really friendly and patient. My parents don't speak fluent English but the waitress was extremely kind to them. My last experience of Buffalo Wild Wings will definitely be my last. Granted I'm not giving a review of their service. Only the quality/quantity of their food. I ordered three take out meals on a week night. Two of which were traditional wings. They were the smallest, scrawniest wings I've ever received at any restaurant. And from what I've read they are raising their prices. Perfect timing with football season. Give people pitcher after pitcher of beer and most won't care about what they're eating. We had a very disappointing experience tonight. when we arrived we noticed there was 12 to 20 people in the restaurant and thought great we can get a quick bite to eat and get back out however that was not the case tonight. Normally I wouldn't complain but we sat for over 40 minutes without getting our food order while two other tables came in after us by 20 minutes and had their food before we did. the staff was not as attentive as should be, with less than 20 other customers, we noticed staff on their cell phones and more attention to that and each other and not to the fact that our glasses were empty and our food hasn't been out yet.. The food and fries was a little on the cold side... Bathrooms need a serious cleaning, something smells bad... Manager did take a moment to apologize to us after we called him over. It might be a popular good place to watch a game and have a beer but they need work on thier restraunt skills. read more

I am a regular here for ufc night including last night, this is by far the best bwws in cincinnati. Service is a plus, our waitress was very timely, always asked us if we wanted anything else. Very disappointed this evening. Service was horrible. We ordered a side salad and our server, Kristen asked if we would like the dinner size portion since we were sharing. We said sure. She asked how we wanted our chicken and I said we want a side or tossed salad and she said oh yeah. She ended up bringing out a salad with chicken on it. She realized it was wrong and after we were almost finished with our dinner brought a salad without chicken. Long story short not only were we charged for the salad but we were charged for the chicken too!! When I questioned her about it her comment was there was no way for her to ring it up in the computer without chicken! Why did she offer a dinner sized tossed salad if she could not sell it??? You would think after questioning her about this she would have gotten the manager, but unfortunately she did nothing. Awful service. Had Simone. We went over 20 minutes from order to delivery of food and food was lukewarm. Wife and I finished our first drinks and waited over 15 minutes with empty glasses at the edge of the table before she came and asked if we wanted another drink. At the end, we were finished eating and sat for another 10 minutes before she came and asked if we needed anything else. In over an hour stay, we interacted with her 6 times. When we did finally cash out, she mistook our $50 gift card for an employee discount card (Is there such a thing?) which then took even more time to get straightened out. I went to this location two Saturdays in a row. I'm so glad that they serve Widmer Hefeweizen, and I'm strangely addicted to the wings. My second of the two trips is the reason this is a two-star rating and not a three or four-star rating. The service on that second trip was horrible, and my wings were brought to me cold. Worst of all - the beer - which was the whole reason I went in the first place. I asked for a Hefeweizen (I called it a Widmer) and the waitress momentarily got this look on her face like she had never heard of it before, then told me they didn't have it. That made me suspicious, and I asked her to check. I even told her where to look, because I had seen the week before which cooler they kept it in and where. She apparently only pretended to look there, and then told me they didn't have it. Not wanting to be difficult, I relented and settled for a Sam Adams seasonal draught. That would've been fine, except that's not what I got. Instead I got lousy Miller Lite. At that point I just decided to give up. I choked down about half that lousy beer before deciding to leave. As I walked out, I glanced at the cooler behind the bar and saw about 10 Hefeweizens lined up in plain sight. I hope the waitress got the message with the $0.67 tip that I left. read more

My party and I are from out of town on business and chose to grab a bite to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. Upon arrival, there was no one at the host stand to greet or seat us. There were 2 teenage employees standing at the carry out desk, with no line, clearly trying hard to just keep their eyes open. We Stood there for a minute or two until one of the teenage workers behind the carry out desk came and asked us if we were carrying out or dinning in. We were finally brought to our table and that is when the waiting game really began. We sat for 10 minutes without even being asked what we would like to drink. Another party was sat moments after us and directly behind us. They were served within seconds. This location was not busy what so ever. So I am assuming this location is either poorly managed or they just lack basic communication/food service skills. And yes, we did end up leaving. read more

Not a fan at all ! The food I have ordered is rarely consistent. Every time I have gone there is an issue that takes away from the meal. Everything from forgetting what I ordered, bad service or lack of sauce. They usually have a good selection on draft but on multiple occasions they have been are out of the beer I ordered. Most recently the server knew nothing about the outage, he took my order 3x each time telling me they were out of a different beer, i got fed up and just got a Coors light. He ended up knocking a dollar off the price of my meal ? Also for the food quality the prices are very high, it seems like portions have gone down and prices have shot up since the first time I went years ago. last year the fire alarm went off and continued to sound until the fire department came, another time the power went out, management did nothing to make up for it.
