We dine here quite a bit for work lunch, I've personally been here at this location over 25 times. The service has always been hit or miss from the beginning. Used to go on Tuesdays for $.60 wings. I normally wouldn't waste my time reviewing a franchised place like this, but we ordered to go and I tried a new sauce called "Crimson Crush" and thought that it look like an interesting flavor to review. I ordered a large order of traditional wings with half in a Crimson Crush sauce and the other half in a Bourbon Honey Mustard sauce. I found that the wings were slightly overcooked and had dry meat on the extremities. I've had two extremes of cooked wings here. Perfect and then the slightly overcooked. Wings can be tricky to get right but it requires a cook with a good eye. I think you could get lazy and leave it up to a timer and that spells disaster. I was drawn to the new flavor, because of the blood orange ingredient and the "Achiote" mentioned in the sauce description "A citrus sauce that boasts the bold flavor of blood orange and mild pepper flavor of the achiote spice that'll have you looking forward to every bite." Achiote was not a culinary word I was familiar with, so I had to look it up. Prior to looking it up and after eating my wings, I knew that there was annatto in the sauce. I could see it, taste it and smell it. I also knew the annatto seed comes from a South American tree. What I didn't know is that this tree is called the Achiote tree. I guess they're not wrong in calling it achiote spice... sounds more interesting and exotic than annatto, which most cooks already know is used as a natural yellow food color in many foods including chorizo, margarine and yellow cheddar cheese. Used properly it not only gives color and aroma, it also has a mild peppery taste that comes out perfectly in this sauce and is a great counterpart to the strong fragrant citrus flavors of the blood orange. Blood orange in my opinion is an acquired taste. Personally, I don't like the flavor as it is way to floral for my liking. I had the wings and sauce for the experience and will probably never eat it again. Not that the sauce isn't well made, it just doesn't make me happy to eat it. Citrus flavors usually work very well with chicken this is one I think I'll leave alone. I write these reviews to assist you in the food experience and not so much the service experience. The food was as I expected, the service was absolutely terrible. We were seated immediately as there were only a few other people there. Our order was taken promptly. 15 minutes later the server came back to our table to confirm the order with us. She hadn't even entered it into the system yet. After 45 minutes of waiting our order was finally brought out. One of the orders was short by 3 wings. One order was correct. The third order was only half of the BOGO that was offered. Several issues came about in the duration of this 2 hour experience, not once did we even see the manager on the floor. My daughter and her boyfriend wanted to eat here so we decided to make it a family dinner. I've only been here a handful of times, never that impressed with the food. People seem to love their wings! I think if they make amazing wings they should stick to just that- no shame in that game. It was a busy night, out waiter was hustling and we enjoyed him- no issues there. People who ordered just wings- orders flying out. People who ordered other things- 30+ minute wait. I ordered a chicken wrap, grilled chicken, with onion rings. The onion rings were great, the batter was good and they were fried perfectly. The wrap, ugh! The lettuce inside was iceberg, wilted white iceberg. Absolutely no flavor, well maybe disappointment... I took 3 bites, to be fair, and was done. My husband ordered the hatch Chilie burger, he said it was definitely spicy but other than that, not anything spectacular, he had a few bites of it and was done. Our oldest ordered wings, she was very pleased- *guys, stick to just wings, people will respect that* The youngest ordered the Buffalo Mac n cheese, I had her moved some of the pasta so you could see there's no cheese sauce. It was dry, the pasta was crunchy- probably from sitting under a heat lamp too long. She also ordered potato wedges that were also dead, way too long under the heat lamp. I haven't been to a BWW in quite a long time due to Covid but we had a hankering for some wings so we called in our order and drove over to grab our 3 orders. We literally live 10 minutes away so it didn't take long to arrive but after picking up the food. We make it home and tear open the boxes and dig in. Fries are cold as well as what was supposed to be honey bbq was actually chipotle bbq ‍. My brothers cheese curd burgers bacon was less than half cooked and had to be tossed out. Stopped in to this location for the first time Sunday evening. It was not very busy and our service was quick. The waiter knew the menu and was helpful with suggestions. We ordered pork tacos for an appetizer. Then boneless Asian wings and traditional wings for our meal. Great place to watch sports! We asked them to change one tv to nhl Hockey and they did. There are plenty of tvs to watch football, basketball, simpsons, and fox. My only complaint is that they have a smoking room that is closed off. Absolute worst experience ever at a Buffalo Wild Wings. No a/c. The wait staff stood in the corner with the drink machine ALL of them, they were not short staffed there was at least 10 people standing around talking and looking at all the customers but would not wait on anyone. No one had any idea what they were doing. Couldn't give us our food because they couldn't figure out who it went to. We were one of three families in that section. No refills. No service. Couldn't get our ticket to even pay. My husband went up to the wait staff standing at the drink machine 3 times for someone to give us a ticket and then nothing to sign the ticket with. No pen. Nothing. Finally angry I walked up and asked for a pen from ALL the wait staff and their manager so we could leave. I left extremely angry by the whole experience. On two different occasions we had to leave without getting our food, since we had been sitting there an hour and had to get back to work, we were told after we said we were leaving that they only had one cook, would have been nice to know upfront, so we could have went to another place to get lunch. Today we got there early, thinking maybe this will be different, we placed our order, a salad and nachos, other groups came in anywhere 5-15 minutes after us, placed their orders, we sat there and watched as those other 4 tables got their food, burgers, wings, etc, really how long does it take for a salad and 1 order of nachos. we got up walked to the counter said we are leaving will pay for our drinks, after a minute of stalling a manager comes out and says do you want your food, I said NO, they said not to worry about paying, so we left. Almost never go out of my way to leave reviews for Big chain restaurants, but great customer service is hard to come by these days. First of all, my waitress Brittany was very pleasant and I never had to ask for a refill once, didn't ask for a to-go cup she just brought one for me. She made sure I was taken care of and made my visit a pleasant one. Second, my wings were fantastic. The B-Dubs in Muskogee suffered in comparison dramatically. Typical Friday night in Claremore, everywhere we went to eat was full and we ended up here at Buffalo Wild Wings. Place is pretty stark , no atmosphere at all for a chain that calls themselves a sports bar. Only two tables and a couple at the bar when we came in. New menus with the typical higher prices. Service was good and management was attentive but my first drink was flat and nasty. Andra had a Reds so she was fine. Food was good but nothing special. Andra had a black bean burger and slaw, as a vegetarian she can't eat the fries, beef tallow. I had small order of wings with Asian Zing. Hers was tasty, mine the sauce was ok, not much of a zing and the wings were a bit tuff. At the prices both should be much better, a terrible value. Ok i live just a few miles from this place I grab a beer every once in a while and it's cold and has a nice selection but after last night that's all it will be a watering hole !!!! My family and I stopped in for dinner and well I guess the site of only 2 other tables in the dining room should have said it all it's wings and burgers and it took 45 min to get our food and it was not what you would say HOT it was more like warm Then to top it off I am only guessing the waiter had nothing to do but he took a seat with one of the other tables and ran his mouth until the table got up and left I first thought he might have known the table but after they left he came over and just stood over us while eating trying to have conversation as he is running his mouth to our table while eating anybody could see that we were short on Napkins as I was using my wife's and had to ask him for more he went to get and returned 5-7 min later then stood over our table I asked for our bill and left with plenty of food on the table !!!!! Went there twice just to give it a second chance....The absolute worst service I have ever had at restaurant...I took my wife for her birthday and it took about 1.5 hours for them to deliver our food. We buy food here every week and some weeks it's fenomenal great service in and out. Sometimes it's terrible they take 2 hours to make our food like today and when we finally get our order they forget something so we have to drive back and ask for it. I don't understand how they can make a mistake like that. One week it's someone so profesional taking our order and we show up and they take everything out of the bag and show us everything is there and then today we have to check ourselves and notice we are missing food. To start off; the food was not bad. It was just as good as any other bww. The only reason I gave one star is because the food. Service; horrific. Our server either was having a bad day or had something against us. We were passing through on our way to OkC and wanted to watch the World Cup final game. I started off with a beer which took 5-7 minutes to get. Then the rest of my party arrived and they ordered their drinks. Mountain Dew took 8 mins at least and she said "I'll be back with the blue moon, she's still working on it". The server returns a couple minutes later with no beer, and said she could take our order while the beer "was getting made". We ordered pretzels as appetizers, wings, and chicken tenders. While waiting on our appetizer, I ordered another beer which took another 10 minutes to get. About 30 minutes after ordering our food, our wings come out along with the chicken tenders. Mind you, I reminded the server and asked her specifically to check on the pretzels. She finally brought out our pretzels after the wings and tenders. They forgot the carrots and celery and extra boats for the wings. Like I said before, the food all tasted good but the service from OUR SERVER was terrible. The tables next us arrived after, ordered after, yet their appetizer and drinks were brought out minutes before ours. I just don't understand why the service was so slow. I, like a lot of Claremore residents, was so happy to see that we have a BWW. I tried it out right after it opened though and was very disappointed in the food and service. It took forever to get our food, mistakes on our order, no refills on drinks, shift manager walking around drinking iced tea and flirting with girls, etc. I saw a lot of neg comments on Facebook so I knew it wasn't an isolated incident. But I noticed that BWW higher ups seemed to be listening. They responded to comments on Facebook and I've gone back and service and food were so much better! Service is horrible, waitress only had my table yet seemed way too busy to even take our order. Rushed us with our order and never even bothered to write it down. So of course my fries never came out and when i asked for them i got them almost immediately which was great but they were also the ones that were not fresh were sitting around awhile under the heat lamp for who knows how long. The 2 of us were barely thru half our meal before the waitress asked if we needed a box.
