I'm honestly really embarrassed by how often I come to BWW. Ever since they brought back their BOGO traditional wings on tuesdays, we get take out every week. I'm not exaggerating, and it took a while for me to come to terms with that. The wings are always great. Whats not so great, though, is their wait time. We always order online, and the estimated time is never the actual time. We usually wait an hour before even leaving the house, and often times I'm still waiting in the store. The in house service is either a hit or miss. Last time I was there, I asked for 3 different beers before they came back with one they had on tap. Why put it on your menu if you don't have it? Also, why make it your beer of the month if you've never carried it? Also, someone needs to get on their rewards system. It's easy to claim rewards when you're in store, but there is absolutely no way to do it online. They have two separate apps (rewards and ordering)?? And they are not connected to each other. Came in for the BOGO deal on Tuesday. Service was good. The traditional wings were just not very good. The wings were a bit hard, and hard to chew. Not enough sauce. Just not cooked well, not very fresh. Unfortunately not a great experience. But we do still like the boneless. We also got the party platter appetizer, and everything tasted good. We spent a day in Columbia mall, and me and my girlfriend decided to come and eat. The place was so dirty and not clean. We ordered drinks and food right away. Waited 30 min to come to find out the server told us that the ticket didn't print. She had to retake our order then waited ten minutes. Then our food came out it was fine. We got dessert the chocolate lava cake and it didn't even get ice cream with it like it is supposed to, and it was COLD when it is usually made warm. Stay far away!!! I can't say I expected anything amazing but this was awful. Wish I could give negative stars. The food was meh, the service was shameful and the atmosphere was more dirty frat house than sports bar. I don't even know where to start. It took the host three tries to figure out how to seat the two of us mainly because they couldn't get out very simple very common last name right. Once we were sat the table was a sticky mess. They cleaned that up and took our drink order. My iced tea arrived warm with no ice. I asked for sweetener, Splenda, sweet n low and extra ice. The appetizer came and still no sweetener. I asked again and the response was "thanks for reminding me". We sat waiting for our food, still no ice or sweetener, counted seven employees in the dining area and most of them standing around with un-bussed tables everywhere and folks waiting to be sat. Got our food, still no ice or sweetener. We asked the person that brought the food and she brought ice and sugar packets. I explained that I needed sweetener and she said that is all she could find. The original server came and said he tried finding sweetener but couldn't find any. About a minute later they brought my sweetener. My sons glass sat empty for well over 15 minutes and he still had to ask for a refill. Not even going to attempt to critique the food. It will make a turd. The restrooms were disgusting. It was bogo Thursday and the female manager was running around helping the bar with glasses bussing tables that needed to be sat helping the cashiers keep track of orders and helping the kitchen bust out some food. I saw a couple at the bar that were being very rude telling everyone that they were waiting an hour to get food the female Manger and one of the servers tried to calm them down by saying that they had 3 large groups come in just before the couple and that their ticket was next but the couple walked out not paying for their drinks or anything. read more

Granted its Superbowl Sunday however this is not the first terrible experience I've had at this restaurant. I ordered food at 4:30pm to be picked up at 5:50pm. I got there and waited until 7:15pm. They said they could not find my order. 45 minutes later after I got home they called me and said my order was ready. So they did have it but for some reason couldn't find it? This is about B-Dubs carry-out service. I placed an order for a dozen naked boneless wings with two sauces on the side and a side order of Buffalo chips. They said it would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived a few minutes early, waited roughly a minute and my order was handed to me. I headed home without checking the order (mistake!). They forgot the sauces and the Buffalo Chips side order was maybe 12 chips (about 1/3 of the container). I called them to let them know about the problem. When I re-arrived with my carry-out mistake, the manager apologized, had a replacement order ready for me, complete with sauces, plus he upped the Buffalo Chip order to the next size up. He also gave me a $10 gift certificate to B-Dubs. While it was aggravating to have to make 2 trips to get the order right, the manager certainly made me feel better about the situation. The quality of the boneless wings and buffalo chips were good and the carry-out containers did a good job of keeping everything hot and crisp. Bottom line - what could have easily resulted in a 1-star rating was improved by the manager to a 3 star rating. Had I received the order I would have supposed to have received on the first visit - I would have rated this B-Dubs visit 4-stars. SIDE NOTE - We do not eat here often but is sure has gotten expensive. I paid $18.11 for the order discussed above. read more

I now fully understand why this place gets two stars. I will just simply do it categorically. Atmosphere: Loud, unsanitary, the bathrooms are a two out of five also. My wife and I had Two 8 piece boneless wings and two sides and the bill was $36. They honestly think their boneless wings must be made out of gold flakes to charge over One dollar per wing.
