If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. I've been here twice and both times have been abysmal. Both times I had to walk out. I tried to have lunch w my son today and walked in and no one came to the front host stand for 15 minutes so we eventually seat ourselves at the high tops next to the bar and sit there for an additional 10 minutes without being approached. The bartender eventually shows face and walks past us and I have to get her attention and ask for menus. She looks over at me obviously annoyed as if I was the problem. I order food and we wait at least half an hour mind you the restaurant is completely dead. You would think we would be priority since they're dead. I ordered a burger and fries for my son with ketchup only and after waiting forever she brings out a cheeseburger and had the nerve to get an attitude with me when I pointed out that I asked for a ketchup only burger. I asked how long it would take to get a new one out and with the worst attitude ever she said "idk sir" so then I just asked for my check and she told me I could just leave!! I'm not sure who the operating manager is of this location, but it's quite sad. We were sat at a dirty table, and we maybe saw 3 servers in total the whole time we were here. It's highly understaffed and it shows in the quality of the food. Fries and chicken were both borderline room temp. While our server was nice, we saw her once to get our order and then once when she practically tossed our food on the table and walked away. In the past, I've had problems with this location of Buffalo Wild Wings from poor service and cold food that shoulda been hot. Just gave it another chance and had a really great experience. My waitress, Ellie, was really nice and did a fantastic job keeping up with the drinks and meal service. I was even sitting far from her other tables during my meal. Go to the one in Lexington - it's better. For this location, they're understaffed and the staff is young. The food was good but we got served only half an order of fried pickles instead of a full order. The table next to us had a hard time with the waitress and it sounded like they'd been to this location multiple times. This is my second favorite BWW in the Columbia area. A lot of the staff transferred following the closure of the Spring Valley BWW. Ever since they moved here, the service has improved significantly. This place is a dump. Dirty, booths falling apart, carpets are nasty, and they seated us at a dirty table.

The reason that this restaurant received a 1 instead of a zero was because the wings were very tasty. Otherwise, we waited for about 17 minutes to be seated, and the restaurant was only filled to about 15% capacity. No one greeted us for 10 minutes while we waited at the entry. A lot of the tables were still dirty from previous guests' trash and leftover food. Our server finally came to the table after an additional 10 minute wait. When food was delivered, it was for 1 member of our party. The rest of us waited an additional 10 minutes. My wings were good, but my side was wrong. I asked for potato wedges and received French fries. I was finished eating when the wedges finally arrived. This was a family outing that was very disappointing. read more

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, and I am all for supporting those who work in customer service, especially the food industry. With this said, my boyfriend and I went here for dinner and have never left a restaurant more unsatisfied. While we were waiting for our food, a woman in the booth behind us lost consciousness and began to vomit. Staff discussed calling 911, but it was never done. This woman's partner helped her up into the booth, and they sat there for 20 minutes until she could walk out to the car. It took a minimum of 15 minutes for any staff member to check on her, or ask if she needed anything. Not even water or a napkin. On top of this, they left the vomit on the floor and went back to what they were doing previously. Vomit doesn't bother me, but I surely don't want to eat next to it while I can smell it. I let the hostess know hoping she'd clean it or at least cover it, but all she said she wasn't worried because she has her work shoes on. Needless to say, we cancelled our order, paid for our beer and left. Will not be returning and sadly do not recommend. read more

This place I was not impressed with considering what my meal costed but let's get into the review. Now I understand the whole pay attention but as a waitress I would of at least mentioned the specials and how I got more food at a cheaper rate than I was paying but she didn't do that. Great service and food. Based on the previous reviews I was concerned but no complaints whatsoever. The only complaint I have is that the place smells really bad. It has a very strong musty/damp/dirty smell. It was so distracting that if the food snd service hadn't been so good we would have walked out. Fix that and we will be back again. read more

I order boneless wings and when they came out they were bone in, when I told my waiter that I had asked for boneless he processed to tell me that they don't sell them, WAIT WHATTTT when did they stop selling them and why are they on the menu.
