    Hand Breaded Mozzarella Sticks

Came to watch a afternoon game. The place is equipped with a stage, games and pool tables and also have a outside courtyard area. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive while manning the bar. Ordered the cheese sticks, fried mushrooms and teri hot and hot wings. They do not accept all flat/drum requests which was a bummer bc I only eat flats. The wings were ok. Nothing to brag about but the fried mushrooms were good and freshly made and a huge portion enough for 4+. The cheese sticks are huge! Lots of breading but plenty of cheese. They don't overcharge for drinks and make really good ranch waters. Pool is $1/game.

Some call it a dive bar, some are more generous; are there sticky tables, servers with tattoos, a busy bar were suds and cheaper whiskey prevail, and original paint? You bet! Let's get to the food. Lucky's menu features a variety of burgers, salads, wings, hotdogs and sides. Don't expect beer on tap, but an extensive selection of bottled beer should satisfy most folks. We ordered a Black and Blu burger with onion straws and a patty melt with fries. From the time we walked in until our food arrived probably took about 25 minutes. That was our own fault as we took way too long deciding what to order. When our food arrived, I immediately dug into the well constructed burger. I could barely open my mouth wide enough. And the taste? Very tasty. My wife enjoyed her patty melt--a burger on marbled rye with cheese and cooked onions that holds up surprisingly well! My onion straws were crunchy and sweet. Fries weren't great, but all in all an enjoyable burger experience. Oh, did I mention entertainment? Well on Tuesdays you can grab a free bingo card and try your luck winning a gift card! This was better than my wife's order of tri tip, which was much more like roast beef. We are both of the mind that sometimes mistakes can be opportunities so we just accepted it without complaint. It wasn't bad, but it was. Just ok. So overall, the experience was simply just that. Ok.... $50 of ok. I just don't make enough to have $50 ok experiences.

This was my first time experiencing this venue, and I honestly was pleasantly surprised. From being greeted at the door and shown to our table, ordering our food to even having our waitresses snap a few photo's to document our visit, I was very impressed with the staff's attentiveness and willing to offer suggestions, and see our food was prepared promptly, and to our tastes. We chose to visit during lunch, so I ordered the Philly Cheese steak sandwich which came with fries, and it was very tasty. My friend ordered the fish & chips, which he said was also very delicious, his wife ordered shrimp with hushpuppy's, and I tried one, that cinnamon butter sauce pairs very with with the hush puppy's. The atmosphere for a lunch crowd was very chill, some soft music playing in the background, but not overpowering to limit conversation, the staff was friendly, and the food was tasty, with decent portions, and more importantly - Reasonably Priced. I can't wait to return again soon, and bring some friends along to share a new spot to enjoy some terrific food at Liberty On The Lake.

It only allowed me to order through a food delivery service. I live 200 ft away so I was just gonna walk there and pick it up. If there was a way for me to order online without a delivery service, then it wasn't clear to me on the website. The food was okay at best. I got the fish n chips. It was good...not great...just good. Fish was fried well and the fries were tasty. The person at the desk who took my order and the girl standing beside her acted as if seeing me was the last thing they wanted to do that day. I placed the order, asked where to wait for the food, and one girl said "you can't stand right there, wait outside, sit at the bar...I don't care where you wait" in a very snide and rude tone. The person who brought the food to me asked my name, handed me the food, and walked away. I said thank you but she was just gone. I left saying "have a good day" and the host at the register just stared at me. From what I could see of the inside, it looked nice. Probably won't be back to see more of the restaurant. For a place of high esteem as Liberty Tap Room, it definitely failed me on the service portion. Major turn off for me.

They opened at 11:00 and we walked in at 11:01, anxious to get our fish! The waitress was great and set us up quickly at a table and took our drink orders and brought us Guiness and teas. She heard all the chatter about the Fish N Chips and the next thing she said is "We don't have any beer batter yet, so no Fish N Chips! Immediately there were groans and moans. We had our beer and had come here specifically for the Fish N. Chips. She went back to check and returned saying "Yep, no beer batter so no Fish N Chips". Several of us joked that we may as well drink our beer and go next door to the Mongolian Yummy Stir fry place. We now started browsing for other menu items that we wanted. After about five minutes she came back out and said they could make up some batter but didn't know how long it would take. (How long does it take to stir up beer batter?). We said we'd wait. In the meantime two of our guys placed orders for the Scottish Eggs and Onion Rings for the table. They were both excellent. Three of us ordered the Fish N Chips and two had decided to go with the Bangers and Mash. One order for the Beef Eater sandwich, one Club Sandwich and one Rueben Sandwich. The food came out and the fish n chips were great. Not greasy, crispy, large haddock slice with great french fries. and green peas (which were barely luke ward, almost cold). The two guys with the Bangers and Mash loved it..Great sausage and the potatoes were excellent with mustard. The Rueben was great and also the Beef Eater. The waitress did a great job, checking on us throughout lunch. All in all, what started out as a questionable lunch turned into another fine lunch for the ROMEO group. The rating was 9.18 on the ROMEO scale...5.0 on Yelp scale. Only issue was something was wrong with the tea. It almost looked like water. Maybe because we were the first group in and the tea had just been made.

When the British Bulldog calls itself a "pub", I feel like it's one of the very few places that takes that moniker to heart. Even though it's located in somewhat of a strip-mall setting, once you walk inside the building, you're amazed by the authenticity of the inside. Personally, I loved the brick and wood that made up the interior, which gave the restaurant the realistic "pub" vibe that I mentioned earlier. Furthermore, I loved the framed, and hanging, soccer flags, which was a marked contrast to the professional and college sports paraphernalia at your typical American sports bar. I walked in kind of late, and just sat at the bar, which still made for a great experience. Even though it's an English restaurant, they still had a lot of the popular local and domestic beers, to go along with the more English-themed beverages. I asked if they had any "sours", and the bartender was kind enough to offer me a sample of the two (2) sours that they had on tap, and let me choose the one I liked the most. The aforementioned bartender was great, and I overheard him offering some folks from out-of-town with recommendations for nearby late-night spots and high-quality local joints. Finally, my simple order of chicken tenders and fries was pretty good, and I thoroughly enjoyed their steak-cut "chips," or French Fries. All-in-all, I waited too long to try out the British Bulldog, which was a great pub experience that definitely lived up to my high expectations. I'll definitely be coming back soon, and in turn, would recommend it to anybody else!
