Have not been to BWW in about a decade, if not longer. We decided to go and catch a game. They had all the games on except the one we came to see. Ordered the appetizer sampler. You get to choose 4 and we did the mozzarella sticks, pretzel knots, onion rings, and boneless wings. Wings were overly salty and cold. Onion rings were bites of grease with some flavoring. Pretzel knots were basically tasteless, even with everything bagel seasoning on them. The mozzarella sticks were pretty good. No reason to return to any of their locations ever. read more

Popped in for the first time to BWW in years and had a pretty good visit. My waitress refilled my soda without asking. I ordered bone in wings at 1pm, menu states 13$ from 12-2pm for 10 bone in wings. I ordered them wild and let my waitress choose my sandwich between nashville hot, buffalo, or another option. Went here today with my family. Waited 30 minutes for a waitress to come. We ordered our food at the same time we ordered our drinks. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks before asking another waitress to bring them. We were suppose to get lemonade from the bar in regular glasses, came in plastic cups after waiting another 10 minutes. Waitress told us they ran out of glasses at the bar. Then the food finally came. I would rate it a 1. Not great. Then she came with our bill and it was not ours. I know the people next to us got our bill and paid and left. So finally I had had about enough and asked for the manager. Told her what happened and she was not very helpful. I will never go back. The wings were way over cooked and very small. We ordered a 20 piece and aparrently someone can't count. The mozz sticks and fried pickles were the standard take out of the freezer and throw in the frier. For the prices they charged, you would expect a lot better quality food. Not enough to make them a regular stop, but good enough for me to get occasional cravings. Staff is nice, ambience is alright and the food is decent. Went for lunch today, group of 8. It was raining and they put us out on the "patio." It is covered, butnopen ok the sides tables felt dirty, and since it was raining everything was moist. I can't speak for the others but my review is for my order: 1. Diet Pepsi tasted gross, like regular Pepsi but two different people swore it was Diet 2. Cesar salad, was literally swimming with dressing, almost seemed like it was made the night before, the "Parmesan" cheese was soft and not very appetizing. 3. I ordered a large boneless tender 1/2 garlic Parmesan and 1/2 buffalo. The sauces were good and as described. The blue cheese dressing served with it had no blue cheese in it, and was bland with no flavor it was just a flavorless white sauce. At least half of the tenders were hard and crunchy and almost like there was no meat. None of the tenders were served hot, and didn't seem freshly prepared. I'm not a huge fan of BWW for these reasons and past experience. We went because one person in our party wanted to go....next time we have a business meeting like this, I will either try to get the group to change its mind and go somewhere else, or I'll just go somewhere else, get a ice coffee and toss $25 out the window so I get the same experience. Located off I-93 Exit 14, Buffalo Wild Wings of Concord, NH officially opened for business today at 11AM. I've driven by this location several times in recent weeks and have seen lots of activity here including on Friday night, when there was a free takeout night for staff, family, and friends. This is the third Buffalo Wild Wings location in NH with the other two locations in Newington and Rochester. I had lunch here today. The place is very loud inside with music pumping from the speakers and there are plenty of big TVs surrounding the dining area (tables & booths)/bar section (high top tables/high chair seating at the bar) in one space. I counted 43 TVs here inside and that's not including the additional TVs being installed on the covered outside patio. The walls are decorated with framed jerseys of New England sports teams and local Concord area teams and framed sports pictures and plaques too. There's also a TouchTunes digital jukebox and ATM on premises. There were plenty of staff on hand including managers and staff from other BWW locations to complement the Concord staff. I got here at 11AM with a short line to get inside. I was seated promptly at a table of my choosing which had a good view of most of the TVs. I was also offered a wireless device to play some trivia (did not use). The menu here is predominantly bar food including wings, appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, chicken tenders, and popcorn shrimp. Kids meals are also offered here. Most individual items are under $10. There are around 30 draft beers on tap and several bottled beer & cold ones too, plus mixed drinks. Coke products served here. For a starter, I ordered 8 boneless wings ($7.89) with Caribbean Jerk sauce and choice of 2 sides (I chose bleu cheese & carrot sticks). The boneless wings were the size of small nuggets (similar to Hooters boneless wings) very crunchy outside and tender white meat chicken inside. The flavor was moderately spicy with zing. For lunch, the Fish Tacos ($8.99) served with natural cut fries were pretty good. The 2 fish tacos were good sized, each with 2 crisp deep fried fish filets, pico de gallo, shredded cabbage, cheese, & a BWW sauce (I chose Thai Curry for spiciness) wrapped in soft flour tortillas. The shoestring natural cut fries were crispy and salted. I passed on the offer for dessert keeping in mind that I will order the Dessert Nachos to share with my buddy on our next visit. The total check for 1 Diet Coke ($2.39) with free refills, 8 Boneless Wings, and Fish Tacos was $21.01 with tax and before tip. The service here was very good on this inaugeral visit to BWW of Concord NH. The food was served to me promptly and I was given 2 refills on the Diet Cokes to wash down the spicy aftertaste of the food. Also, the managers were going from table to table chatting with the customers about the experience. I suggested since they have lots of TVs here, why not have sound dock speakers (Sports Select units) at each table, so you can hear the sounds from the different TVs. The Recovery Sports Grill in Upstate NY has a similar sports bar atmosphere with lots of big TVs and sound dock speakers at each table to hear and watch your favorite team in action. I was informed by a manager that the sound docks for this location are on back order. I will stay tuned and keep checking back. I need a bar not only to watch my favorite team (not in New England), but to hear the action as well. As I was leaving, the place was now packed and very busy inside. Updated again... The wings are awesome! When they get the order crispy as ordered, the jammin jalapeno are delicious. Service however has been an issue in the past but it is definitely improving. We have had great service the last couple of times we went. We go for the sports and the atmosphere. It is one of the few places you can watch hockey, football and basketball all in one night. Do not assume they have your game unless it's a hometown team or it is regular season though.. Check before you go. I have gone there several times now after calling to confirm they have a game only to get there and have them give me the 'oops'. However the GM assures me they are working on the kinks that have caused that in the past and lately everything advertised on the board has been shown.
