This was my first Buffalo Wild Wings experience and it way surpassed my expectoration. I ordered the buffalo boneless wings hot and it was the perfect blend of spicy and tangy, it came on top of a salad "chicken tender salad" which cut the spice nicely. The hot sauce was flavorful enough that I don't see a need for you to order it with dressing. The service was good and the ambiance was fun, yes it is a little loud but that is what it makes it lively and you could tell everyone was enjoying themselves. GREAT Wings. For being a chain and being in NH this wings are sooo good. I don't mind friend chicken or tenders, but when I want wings I want them naked (not breaded) and bone-in, and they have em. Also their buffalo hot flavors are good, wife like the medium, I like the hot and for more heat order the blazin (for some reason not the same flavor) and for now the ghost pepper is crazy hot. Kids love the sweet BBQ and honey mustard, the spicy garlic and trying whatever non-hot wing flavor of the month is a nice change from just eating heat. Went this location only twice on big game days and although packed decent service and timing. Friendly. Beer selection is amazing for a chain. Other then wings the food here was meh, just kinda ok. I have recently moved to Concord NH and often go here for football on Sunday. The management staff doesn't get the football Sunday thing and it is difficult to get the TV's switched over to multiple games for everyone to be happy. We had a truly great time. Not only was our waitress, Kristin, super funny, but she was very nice and offered good service! We enjoyed our Octoberfest cheese dip (yum), and each got wings. I loved my salt and vinegar wings and certainly was a fan of the spicy garlic ones (although I couldn't feel my lips for the better part of 20 minutes)! Ordered take out the server was great and very friendly. I waited 30 minutes for my order which wasn't too bad as it was kinda busy, however when I got home the the wings were not cooked all the way still was jelly like near bone which means it wasn't cooked properly and still raw. The following evening 8/30 I went in at 11:15 pm and there were all of 10 people the most in there it took them 45 minutes to cook my wings. I enjoy coming here for the atmosphere more than anything else. The food is ok, nothing amazing. I usually get a chicken wrap with Asian zing sauce since it is what I like best there. I am not a fan of their fries, they are the small skinny type without much flavor. I do however love their salsa and chips. I visited this place twice, and every time ordered traditional chicken wings only. Because I thought it must be good since they are named wild wings. Well, they turned out to be just so so. They have a lot of flavors to choose from which is very nice. And some of the flavors sounds very attractive to me. I tried mango spicy, wild, barbecue and asian zing. The spice gave them a very good kick and I love it. But the wings themselves are kinda fat which I don't really like. Also for the price I was expecting some better wings. Customer service here were super friendly and promptly. My waitress smiled a lot and got me drinks very quickly. Five stars service for both of my visits actually. Ok, for $25 you get 2 orders of 8 approx golf ball-sized chicken nuggets (think McDonald's McNuggets but a bit bigger), some carrot and celery sticks, a small order of fries, and two sodas. They are served in paperboard baskets, but you do get silverware (which if you try and place the silverware in the baskets tilts the baskets). Only one positive is that that you had many different sauces to choose from. Also the place is so darn noisy you can't carry on a conversation (makes it even more difficult when you are deaf in one ear like I am and hard of hearing in one ear like my husband). Compare this to the honey chipolte chicken crispers at Chilis (which is part of the 2 for $20 deal) and add in 2 sodas and you end up with a cost comparable to what we spent at BWW). Plus at Chili's you get much more chicken , more french fries, corn on the cob, and an appetizer to boot! And...it's served on a real plate! And you can hold a conversation without loosing your mind. Don't go here unless you're riding a bicycle or driving a Prius. I literally just spent 10 minutes circling the parking lot trying to find a space large enough to park my truck in, to no avail... None of the parking spaces were wide enough that my tires were not touching the lines on both sides and the spots are just barely deep enough to park a bicycle. Not to mention that once you drive up to the front of the restaurant you're choked into a bottleneck with nowhere to go, no exit, and nowhere to turn around. After 10 minutes of frustrated circling we finally decided to park along the construction fence and went inside to find what appeared to be more of a tiny zoo than a restaurant and a 45 minute wait. Now, mind you, this is Sunday night at 7pm in Concord NH not 6pm in Boston. Now, I understand the wait... The place is brand-new, very popular around the country and typically has great food BUT the parking lot could have been better designed by a 7 year old. I'm highly doubtful I will ever attempt to go back to Buffalo wild wings in Concord New Hampshire unless I hear of a major overhaul of the parking area Or it's a Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock and I'm on my motorcycle. read more

I am a loyal patron to BWW. Been there many of times and have had great service. I even felt like a regular at one point. Tonight I went in and received the worst service I've ever had! We waited 20 minutes for beers, they delivered our food to the wrong table, and worst of all no silverware or napkins I had to use my shirt! Slimy undercooked wings, terrible service. Why is it always crowded?

If I could have given it zero stars I would have! We waited for this place to open for months! Heard great things from relatives and friends that have eaten there, some from other parts of the country that have one in their city, and some from this one in Concord. So after they opened, we kept going only to have a 2 hour wait! So finally we got in one night. All I can say is yuck! Half the beer they had on the menu, they did not have, the chicken wings were very small portions, and cold. It took forever to get our food and our check, thats because our waitress was MIA the whole time. I get the sports bar thing, but it was WAY to loud with 20 different TVs playing different things! Sat at the Bar for lunch. Rebecka the bartender was friendly enough to start by getting us drinks. Then kept walking by us when we tried to order food. When we finally got our order in, it took 40 minutes to serve us and Rebecka was oblivious to the fact that we had no food. She finally went to the kitchen and got our chicken order and then said the fries would be a couple of more minutes. I hope she is not thinking I'm cheap for only tipping her 10%. I usually tip 20% but I couldn't even bring myself to tip 15% after this disaster. There were only 5 people at the bar and the rest of the place was not busy. Now the food. The wings were good. Good hot sauce and cooked great. The boneless wings were terrible. They are industrial breaded hockey pucks. Way too much breading and really tough chicken. The fries were served with cheese and bacon. All they did was sprinkle a Little cheese over the top and sprinkle some bacon bits on top. When they were served I picked up one FF with cheese on it and all the bacon bits fell off and ALL the cheese came with it. Cheese fries are supposed to by covered in gooey cheese that sticks to the fries and holds on to the bacon. This whole meal was horrible and made worse by incredibly lousy service. I've been to BWW's all over the country and never had an experience like this one. This place needs a reality check on what is good food and service. I will never go back there! read more

Being the wing aficionado I am, I have tried to like this place. I have gone about 5 times, so well more than the one and done, best two out of three, etc. Honestly I have been satisfied 0 out of 5 times. We went at a non busy lunch time, about 20 customers in the whole place to about 30 waitstaff walking around. That being said, we saw our waitress once, when she took our order, and once when she brought the food out. Other servers had to be flagged to refill our drinks, and take the order for a late show to our table. The food has consistently come out cold, and also is terribly portioned for the price. 8 Boneless wings(more like chix nuggets, though i think McDonalds nuggets are bigger) will run you about 9 dollars with tax, and will come to you in a small paper dish with nothing else, just the 8 wings. There is also a huge jump in heat levels, The blistering is just heat on heat with no flavor. The next step down is a huge jump in heat and also boasts NO flavor to the sauce. That is to say if you even get sauce on all the wings, as I have had some that have been completely plain. Beer "specials" run about $7-$8 a beer, which is not special at all. All in all you can walk out half full, on one beer, and have spend easily 25-30 dollars. Not worth it. Will never go to this place again. read more

This was my fourth time coming to a BWW. This was my first time coming to the one in Concord and I must say that this place is 10x better than the one in Saugus, MA! I have to say that the restaurant is very nice. Great atmosphere, Clean. Normally I would have given this a glowing review. Normally I get the Bonein Wings. I have had these with sauces from Salt and vinegar to the Hotest of the hot sauces. Excellent. Recently I stopped in and picked up a large order of boneless for me and my 2 boys while we were traveling, and they were dry as a bone. We could hardly eat them.
