We live in Manchester and walk Elm Street all the time and by far the 110 Grill is our favorite! They have good food and drink to pick from. But the people that work, there are what make this place special ... like Donnie the bartender, great people skills! Also, they have a very relaxing outside venue with gas fireplaces. The service was atrocious! 30 minutes to get a drink... dinner took about an hour to come out after we ordered. The restaurant was NOT busy. It was a Sunday afternoon. Went out to eat with another couple. We chose 110 Grill because it's a rather upscale restraunt and we could have a conversation. Shortly after we received our drinks, the staff put together 5 or 6 tables in the middle of the room for a very large group of people who had showed up. Staff set up the tables right atop of our table, to the point we had to ask to move our table back (which was permitted). The group was loud & obnoxious, we couldn't even hear our waitress Erica while she was at our table. The wait staff and management did absolutely nothing to ask them to be respectful of other patrons, nor asked them to sit down when they started standing in small groups and yelling. The other table beside us had a family with 2 kids (who were more well-behaved than this group of older adults) that left pretty quickly to get out of the noise. Where was the manager?? Where was anyone there who could have asked us to move our table to the open tables? Erica offered while we were paying our bill - too little, too late. Highly disappointing evening, which is a shame because the food was good. However, the management staff is awful here, very unaware, and need some training on how to deal with unruly groups who treat 110 Grill like their personal sports bar. read more

We had lunch on a weekday out outside in their courtyard. The weather was perfect, as was the food and the service. Onion strings were perfectly fried, light and crispy. I was particularly impressed with the kale salad, which is not something I normally would order, but this was wonderfully fresh and crunchy. The roasted Brussels Sprouts were a great part of it. I walked in this restaurant, alone, and sat at the bar. The space is nice and modern. When I was greeted by the host, I asked if the restaurant was open. I didn't see another customer. Until one two top seated. The bar tender walked up to me and did say hello. He had hurt his knee and was using a milk crate to help him walk. It's never nice to see someone in pain, but he should have been at home. He did place menu's down after asking if I was looking for food and a drink. I answered yes. I was given a glass of water then nothing. I sat for 20 min pretending to look at my phone. Finally a waitress came over and asked what food I wanted. No drink. No smile. No service. I explained that I had been sitting here for 20 minutes. The restaurant had one other table and 15 employee's. These employees were doing nothing. Just standing and gossiping. The bar tender, never looking my direction again.... The waitress said it's best if I leave. So I did.... This is an establishment where the employee's are actively looking to shut it down. If management/owners care, you should retrain or hire new staff. 110 Grill WILL fail. FYI, I did go to another restaurant a block away. The place was busy and staff friendly. The 2 stars are for the server, he saved it from a 1 star. The chicken was over cooked and dry with a watery sauce and the wild mushroom ravioli was over cooked and again had a watery sauce. This place has a vast menu of offerings, but what is more incredible is that they will make anything on their menu gluten free!!! They have a separate printed menu just as large with gluten free modifications. The two items I find hard to get gluten free, I was able to order here. The fish and chips were perfectly flavored, and the fish it self was tender and flakey. To top it off I ordered their beignets, yes this is the only place I have ever been to that offers them! They are not baked gluten free cake, like how most gluten free donuts are made, these beignets are deep fried!!! Yum!!! Service was excellent, not only does the wait staff come by often, but management comes by to make sure you are being taken care of. The atmosphere is classy, but comfortable. Had a horrible service and food experience a few months ago, and reluctantly gave feedback to the manager, we don't like to complain, but our bill was $150+ with tip, and we couldn't eat half the food. Was told they have gotten complaints and were working on retraining staff. We were given a gift card to try again, which we really appreciated. We were hopeful, given great experiences at other 110 Grill locations, but disappointed again. I don't know what it is about this location, but the service is incredibly slow (there were only two other tables in our vicinity on a Wednesday night) and the food is wildly inconsistent. When it's bad, it borders on inedible. Get the Brussels sprouts or a salad. Both were excellent. They know how to do veggies. Meat? Not so much. The steak in my photo was from a steak salad. It was very well done, I asked for medium. It was cold, refrigerated temp cold, so it obviously wasn't cooked fresh. read more

Recently celebrated my Mom's bday at 110. We had a group of about 25 people, ages 2 to 90. They provided outstanding service. Our servers introduced themselves, Allie and Josh, and treated each of us as their most important customer of the day. We had several guests with food allergies and they provided the info they needed to order "safe" dishes. They did not rush us nor did we ever need to flag them down to order. All the guests were happy with their meals, from appetizers to stir-fry, to fish, to salads. Highly recommend they and made this celebration very successful. read more

We like to try a new restaurant in the area each time we go to an event at the SNHU arena. We sat at the bar and Chris was our bartender. He was very attentive and helpful. For drinks, I started with an Woodford old fashioned and my wife got a cosmo. The old fashioned had regular cubes, got really watered down, and a little too much simple syrup. My wife's cosmo was great, perfect shade of pink. For apps we got the bbq chicken nachos. They were good and flavorful, not anything crazy but what you'd expect from a typical restaurant with bbq chicken nachos. For dinner I got the shrimp scampi and my wife got the ahi tuna noodle bowl. Both dishes were fantastic and tasted delicious! For dessert, first we asked if they had real espresso which their reply was yes. We both decided to get espresso martinis which we both weren't huge fans of. Even with the real espresso in it, they still used kahlua which is all we could taste. We shared the Oreo brownie sundae which was phenomenal! Very heavy but delicious. We had to take most of it home. Staff was awesome, I wish I could rate higher. They're batting .500 with my wife and I. We've been here I think four times now, and the first two times were excellent (I think we got some pasta dishes). The past two times we've order stuff off the grill, steak and swordfish, and they were seared within an inch of their life each time. Their grill is way too hot and they burn everything. The steak and swordfish were overcooked and bitter as hell from all of the char on them. A top five worst steak I've ever had was from here. This was hands down the best dining experience I've had in New Hampshire. I went to several restaurants and this was head and shoulders above all of them. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. What really made it special was the manager. She was incredibly helpful and personable, taking the time to chat, offer great food and drink suggestions, and make sure everything was perfect. I also noticed how she interacted with her team and other guests. She laughing, having fun, and creating such a positive atmosphere. Her energy really set the tone for the whole experience. Had some trepidations due to experiences at other 110 grill locations, but we were limited on were we could obtain reservations for Saturday before seeing a play. we were pleasantly surprised. the service and food at this location were heads and tails over the rest. Ok so there are a lot of 110s all over now but this one in particular was the best by far. The actual restaurant is huge and very well put together. We all are outside in the massive courtyard area. The waitress came right over to take our drink order as well as our apps. She was super attentive and really personable. Her name was Kasey I believe. I got the dragontini which was great. We got the tater tots and the calamari. Both were great but the tots has chorizo on it which wasn't my favorite. I then ordered the pulled pork mac and cheese. It was phenomenal.
