I ONLY REVIEW NACHOS. My sister went to Buffalo Wild Wings and said the nachos were terrible. Since she has a similar palate to mine I was worried. But Florida Nacho Man needs to stay ever vigilant. I came to confirm or refute. She was right. I confirmed it. That's journalism. The plate arrived looking genuinely promising -- chips spread flat, chili distributed, fresh jalapeños, dual cheese situation with Hatch queso and cheddar-jack. Guac and salsa served on the side in separate ramekins, which is actually a smart call. First impression: better than expected. Then physics intervened. The metal tray conducts heat away from the food faster than you can eat it. By the halfway point everything was cold. This dish should come with a warning. Winter is coming. The chips fused together into nacho tiles from the cheese. Pulling one chip meant pulling five, all welded together, shedding cheese to whichever chip stayed behind. Every bite was a negotiation. The Hatch queso and cheddar-jack sounded promising. The flavor was bland and forgettable. The jalapeños were large, fresh cut, and had absolutely zero heat. The crema joins the Hall of Shame -- listed on the menu, invisible on the plate. On the way out I told the manager to ditch the metal tray. He agreed. Came to BWW on a Friday evening and surprisingly it wasn't too packed. The last time I had been to BWW was about 10 years ago and I remember it not being that great, but decided to give it another try. This time I was pleasantly surprised. We ended up getting the ultimate nachos and ultimate sample platter with mozz sticks, pretzel knots, honey garlic cauliflower wings and buffalo boneless wings. Even though Im not a vegetarian, I think its wonderful thay they have quote a few vegetarian options. The cauliflower wings were better than the boneless wings in my opinion. The buffalo sauce has more spice than flavor, whereas the honey garlic was super garlicky in a good way. The mozz sticks were your standard bar mozz sticks, as were the pretzels. But they get the job done! The nachos had a delicious cheese sauce on them. Overall the food tastes exactly how you think it would. Its not the best, but its good and gets the job done. You can have a variety of items at a reasonable price. With the platter, nachos and two soft drinks we paid $42.42. My family and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for a quick lunch. We've dined there lots of times of before so we figured "let's get some wings and beer and watch some football". Yvonne was our server and she was amazing! She was so sweet and knowledgeable and her recommendations on what to try were great. Because of her, I love the tropical margarita and it might be my new favorite drink . I also tried the buffalo chicken dip for the first timeand it was so flavorful and delicious. I ordered on the app, three different wing flavors (Asian zing, Buffalo, and Honey BBQ). My favorite sauce by far that Buffalo Wild Wings has is Asian zing. It's the perfect amount of spice to flavor that is never disappointing. However, a common issue I have with Buffalo Wild Wings, is they do not sauce the boneless wings enough. I would say 75% of the wings were sauced well, but the remaining quarter lacked sauce. The blue cheese dipping sauce made up for it, but they should be able to hold up on their own. I wish she offered me a drink refill but she was busy. When I paid the check I asked her for a lemonade to go. There are tons of restaurants with better food and service in this area.
