We chose to sit outside to enjoy the view. It was a little warm, but definitely worth it for the scenery. We ordered the shrimp sushi roll and the fresh catch branzino. The shrimp roll was excellent and definitely our favorite. The branzino was fresh and well prepared, though it wasn't our favorite dish of the meal. Our friends ordered the burger with fries, and they absolutely loved it. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back for the views, great service, and delicious food.

Lauderdale and drove over here since we were in the area. Their fish tacos were one of their popular dishes so I opted for that and my husband got chicken cordon bleu. We also got the trout dip with pita bread but I didn't get a picture of that because we were all starving and then dessert was key lime pie and pistachio gelato. I did not expect the tacos to be so big. I also got this place mixed up with another place called the beach house so I was looking at the completely wrong menu! I took a pic for anyone looking and didn't feel like clicking 4x to get to it on their website. Back to the tacos -- the slaw was very juicy so don't forget to place your napkin! The mango salsa was not too sweet to overpower the rest of the taco and the beans and rice -- we were told was cooked in beef broth so it was very flavorful! It was way too much food to eat in one sitting (although I somehow managed to down 7/8 of that gelato it's a stomach mystery! And I don't like keylime pie so I didn't try it but the crust looked AMAZING! See ya in March! We're coming for you, patio! *side note: even though it was 94 degrees outside, they had a ton of fans blowing indoors and I was really cold. Goosebumps cold. My husband went to get my hoodie from the car and it's valet parking so he made a trek!

Yes you need to pay but it's much less than LBTS and many other restaurant locations! There is both inside and outside seating most of the outside seating is under cover from the elements. My first time here and I chose an outdoor high top ( not under cover). It was partly cloudy and I was certain no rain on the way. I was wrong and just as I took one bite of my eggplant meatballs- pouring rain! Two of the servers- John was one and I don't know the other young man's name - they came so quickly and picked up all my things to minimize us getting wet! They were like Superheroes! I appreciated their quick response. Also assuring they were making a fresh appetizer for me. I moved to the outside bar ( completely under cover) and Todd took great care of me! I'm a fan for life! Great customer care and incredibly professional! Now to the absolutely delicious food!!! The happy hour is fabulous with great options! The main menu has something for everyone! I chose to order off the main menu. I ordered the Eggplant Meatballs.. wow!!!! Please refer to my pictures.. a very large portion of 5 meatballs! Unbelievably delicious! So much flavor and easily shareable! I did see a few of their flatbreads and burgers and they are my new choice! Both looked delicious!! My family owned restaurants in Manhattan and I am culinary trained/a former Director of Catering and Sales for Ritz-Carlton .. Despite it being super dead, our server (who my mom pointed out has worked here for forever) was acting like he had 50 tables. It took forever to get him to come over and order anything from him, he was a mess. Other than the terrible service, the food was pretty good. Nothing to run home about but it wasn't bad. Everything was hot and came out relatively quickly and was made correctly. There was some sand in my clams, but I feel like that happens often when eating shellfish so I won't hold it against them. The seats are also super comfy and I like how they have 2 bars and both indoor and outdoor seating.

But our $18 burgers today looked and tasted weird (probably frozen patties) and the fries came out cold and soft. Although we normally do seafood at the beach, we had the burger here before and really enjoyed it. They bring the food out on trays with metal covers, but I don't think that was the problem. We've never had a problem like this before. I think it sat too long and the food quality was just poor. When my mom politely told the server it wasn't hot and tasted strange, she just said ok. Didn't offer to get her something different, or dessert, or just some kind of discount. Last time the kids mac and cheese was cold and dry and they remade it. Hoping this isn't a trend.

Parking was conveniently located right in front of the restaurant, making it an easy stop. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and invited to sit wherever we liked. We chose a table near the window and immediately appreciated the intimate and charming atmosphere. The restaurant also features a bar and televisions, creating a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Our waitress was pleasant, attentive, and made us feel right at home, which always enhances the dining experience. Although we weren't extremely hungry, the menu had so many appealing options that we decided to sample a few items. We started with the Caribbean Tea shots, which were unique, refreshing, and surprisingly enjoyable. For drinks, we ordered a Malbec and a Peanut Butter Old Fashioned. Our first entrée was the Churrasco Frites, featuring marinated skirt steak topped with chimichurri and served with twister fries. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, but those fries were the true star of the dish. Still wanting more, we ordered the Garlic Parmesan Twice Cooked Wings. They were nicely prepared and satisfying, though I would have enjoyed a stronger garlic flavor. Not quite finished, we moved on to the Oaxaca Burger, an 8 ounce burger stacked with onion rings, bacon jam, house BBQ sauce, and Oaxaca cheese. This was one of the best burgers I've ever had, and possibly the best. The bun was toasted yet soft, the burger was seasoned perfectly, and it was cooked to a juicy medium temperature. Every bite was packed with flavor. Overall, everything we ordered was excellent, and the service and atmosphere made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

This was our second time dining here; the first time being shortly after they opened. The restaurant is really beautiful inside with accents of green and gold and white. Outdoors, there's plenty of table space, a bar, and a stage for live music. It looked like it has been expanded since my first time there. I'm glad to see this restaurant doing well in Old Town Pompano. Our server was very friendly and assisted us with our questions about the menu. As we were there for brunch, we settled on fried green tomatoes Eggs Benedict, steak and eggs, and shrimp and grits. The fresh biscuits sounded so good that we ordered them. We should have asked for them to come out early, so we could enjoy them while we were waiting. However, we took them home and enjoyed them the next day. We also made the mistake of ordering a side of potatoes. That was definitely not necessary because two of the entrées came with potatoes, and we had more than plenty for the table. Again, something we enjoyed the next day. We were all impressed with what we ordered. Everything came out hot and cooked just as we had asked. My shrimp and grits were absolutely delicious. I also thought it was also nice that our server asked if we wanted to take our refilled drinks to go and prepared to go cups for us. This restaurant has been consistent for us, and I definitely plan to be back. Next time, I'd like to check out their live music scene and get a table outside when the weather gets a little cooler.

We managed to slide in just in time for happy hour, so the wife kicked things off right with a great cocktail. To keep the kids happy while we looked over the menu, we started with the mozzarella sticks and corn dog poppers. Both were total crowd-pleasers--crispy, melty, and didn't last long on the table. For the mains, the family spread was a massive success. The kids went with the classics: a juicy cheeseburger with golden fries, and crispy chicken tenders with perfectly fried tater tots. Both got total nods of approval. The wife and I went the salad route, ordering the Cobb salad and the Caesar salad, both topped with blackened chicken. Let me tell you, that blackened seasoning is the real deal here! It gave both salads a smoky, savory punch that elevated the whole meal. At the end of the day, Legends serves up **classic bar food done absolutely right**. The vibe is fun, the food is unpretentious and delicious, and the service was on point. It's a fantastic, reliable spot that I'd highly recommend to anyone in the area. We will definitely be back on future visits!

However, on this particular day we chose subsistence for our appetites. Now, we usually go on Prime Rib Monday- when we are going there to eat. We prefer it over Bonefish Mac's Prime Rib Monday (but they are both good). Briny also has specials on Tuesday and Wednesday (one day is Mahi tacos). But, le sigh, this was a Thursday. The place was pretty packed at 5:30 pm.m. with only a couple of open tables. There were a few families and some elderly people and then your typical "salt of the earth" people. Just another day at Briny. The local staff were all present and greeted us with smiles and "Hey- how have you been(s)? They are all very friendly and work well together and know the locals. My son chose the nachos - he is not a big sea food person. They are some very good nachos and I recommend get extra sour cream next time. My husband went with "my" usual order of fish fingers (mahi in a panko breading) and fries. Can never go wrong with this order- solid choice. I went with something I have never had here before- the Mahi Reuben (blackened). I got tator tots with it. Mixing things up! It was very tasty and unique. Something a little different. Then, the guy behind us with his 3 kids (2 in a wagon- haha) and his wife stood up, looked at my husband and said- "Get the fish and chips! It's amazing!" Well, my husband had been pining over that decision because that is his usual order but he was trying something different. However, this was the Briny Pompano family man whispering to go with old faithful. It was fate! It was meant to be. The atmosphere aligned at the corner of Atlantic and A1A. Oh waitress!!! Another order! The fish and chips were amazing. Just like the fatherly Briny whisperer said - Cod in a beer batter. Light and flakey and add that malt vinegar with tarter sauce...yummo!! (IMO- Briny tarter sauce is better than Flannigans). And, don't forget to add the malt vinegar to the ketchup for the fried and extra pepper! A great feast was had by all and we all went home happy and with leftovers. Get down to the Briny for where the magic meets the sea. Get some dinner, listen to live music, get up and dance and breathe that salty air. Live a little and meet some new people! Good times had by all.

Just be aware that the Shepherd's Pie was covered in brown gravy. That was not what I expected but it was good. The bar tender - Michael - was very attentive, and he told us that most of the staff has been there for years. I can understand that because of the feeling of family and coorporation they all had. The also had live music when we were there which was a nice plus.
