Great chicken wings. Good margaritas. Service was fast and our waitress was great. It was quiet in midafternoon.

Went in and walked out. The dining room was disgusting with chicken wings on the floor.

First off Alicia needs a serious attitude adjustment! Maybe even walked out the door!! My fiancé and I come here often- we are BDubs people. We usually sit at the bar. Although the bartenders aren't really engaging, the service is consistent and food very good. However, tonight when I found out my mother had never had BDubds I decided to bring her out. The moment we walked in the door it was chaos, unwelcoming, and just basically ridiculous. First we stood at the podium for about five minutes waiting for someone to seat us before someone yelled to us to just sit wherever we want. So we made our way to a booth by the window only to notice all the booths said 'closed'. So we just picked a table nearby only to be asked to move b/c it was blocked off. So we were moved to a wobbly table and no sooner than we sat down did this Alicia lady set a couple at that table. I mean it's been a while. But some things just stay with you. read more

Food and service was very good. Fast efficient and spot on. Yes they have had their share of issues as I am a regular here. But new management and marked improvement to the staff and operations has brought it out of a nosedive. Things are looking up. I do not know what they do with their burgers but I am OBSESSED with them. I've had many many many burgers in New York city, Long Island NY, Asheville North Carolina and now here. Tried this BWW recently and what a disappointment awful service walk in no greeter at the door just a "sit anywhere you want" server was nice but the wait time was terrible. There were only two tables of people in the entire restaurant and there were some people at the bar. I ordered a 20 wings and a side of potato wedges to share with my wife took almost an hour to get the food that even our server said to us that "this is way to long a wait when there's almost nobody here " there was no seasoning on the wings when we got them just a flat bad experience read more

my friends & I usually spend most Sunday afternoons in Culpeper the service [Jacqueline, Jada, etc. ] are excellent. they remember us-what we usually eat & drink, etc. recently, there have been a few incidents that are causing us to seriously re-think our location choice' , some of the customers started acting out [screaming, staggering around & generally engaging in abusive behavior. when I asked, I was told that there is no security force on duty we received the same response when we moved our site to Charlottesville. I received the same response there= no security ! this is so foolish in this age of responsibility & litigation not to mention it's bad business ! we are currently searching for other locations to spend our $200 to $250... you have now been alerted to this situation. I trust you will do the Right THing for security of your customers before serious incidents occur . read more

We have tried other BWW stores in Albuquerque, NM, and in Arlington, VA, and while the bar like atmosphere is not really our taste, they were okay. We recently moved to Culpeper, VA, and decided to try the BWW here. What a disappointment! The restaurant smelled dirty like the carpet needed to be replaced, no greeter at the door, and when someone did finally come out from the back, she simply said to sit anywhere and walked away. The tables were dirty, and the chairs were damaged. The saving grace was our server. She was extremely polite and helpful. Just attentive enough to be helpful but not hovering. We ordered the "Naked wings" so we could try the different sauces since we had not been to a BWW in some time. The wings were overcooked beyond crunchy and dry as though they'd been under a heat lamp for severalhours, and of the four sauces we tried; only one (Honey BBQ) was palatable We ordered a side of carrots and celery with Ranch dressing in case the sauces we tried were too hot. The celery was a little limp and in need of a proper wash. Dirt and human hair on it. Normally, we give restaurants two tries on the chance they were having an off day. It's not going to happen with this one. The condition of the store suggests the owner either can not afford much needed cleaning and renovation or simply does not care. read more

Terrible service if you actually want to eat here. In my opinion they are rude and your order will always be incorrect. I have tried in person, pick up, and door dash; the orders are always missing items and I always get an angry worker or one that's arrogant. I have had terrible experiences every single time. I only came this time because someone in my party wanted to and then they were upset when the order was missing items. Probably one of my worst restaurant experiences. First we pulled up to the restaurant and when we stepped out of the car there was a fresh pile of throw up in the parking lot. That should have been our first sign. Walked in and they weren't busy at all. Took awhile to take our drink order firstly. Ordered a margarita and a tall boy. The margarita was primarily pre made mixer. Couldn't get through a quarter of the drink of the drink as it was just nasty. Ordered tater tots and took around 30 minutes for tater tots to come out. They gave our order to another table and had to ask the bar tender, not our waitress bc our waitress was no where to be found. 5 minutes later our tots came out. After waiting nearly an hour for our 2 small order of wings to come out we asked to speak the manager. Right after speaking the manager and told him we no longer want our food as we were just done with the place we agreed with him to pay just for our two drinks only as it took forever for our tots to come out that was given to the wrong table. He agreed to this and walked away. Minutes later another waitress, that wasn't ours, came out with our tab that still had our tots on the tab. When I told her the tots need to be taken off she snarkly stated that the tots were eaten. Aftee going back and forth with her we asked to speak the manager we just spoke too. Then some random big guy came out and became very confrontational to the point where he was basically trying to bully us into paying. FYI this guy we had never spoken to and not even sure he was an employee as he had no uniform or name tag at all on him. Still not convinced he was even an employee. After things got heated with this random guy we asked to again speak to the main manager. He then started going back and forth with us again going back on what he agreed to stating they were busy due to take out orders, etc. also stated he couldn't take off the tots bc he already had to comp the tots to the other table that they were given to mistakenly, like that was our issue. They eventually took off the tots and we just paid for tots after a heated argument. Btw we noticed that the table behind us that was dirty when we initially sat down had a big frown face :( on their check near the tip. So obviously we weren't the only ones dissatisfied. Also that table was never cleaned in the hour+ we were there. If I could given a negative review I would read more

Wish people would check the chicken more, several boneless wings had either really bad tendons or just something in it that did not taste right. Very expensive for what you get. Spent $70 on wings and onion rings for two people. The interior is very loud. Service is reliably slow and some of the wait staff can be extremely rude. Had a special chicken sandwich with fries and my work buddy got wings. Bartender was our server. She was very friendly and good. Atmosphere was great barely anyone in there. Food tasted good. No issues at all. Good experience. I love sitting in the bar area because of all the TVs and different channels they have on. A variety of choices. I always order the wings when I come but I wanted to switch it up a little. So that's when I decided to get the sandwich for a change. Glad I did. Because it was great. Took my three sons for a boys night out because they wanted wings. The place was empty when we got there and we were immediately seated. The waitress came over pretty quick and took our drink orders but it took awhile to get our drinks. We finally ordered our food and after probably 30 minutes or so we got our food. Two of my boys got boneless wings and the other and myself got traditional. The boneless wings were twice the size of the traditional wings. The traditional wings were small and over cooked. The waitress forgot an order of fries and my tater tots. The fries finally came but the tater tots took forever. I finished my wings before they finally came out. Overall I was not impressed, there were a lot of employees standing around but none really being attentive or helpful when we needed it. This is our preferred location but it has gone down hill fast. For the price of the food and lack of service I'm not sure that I will go back. read more

Usually I like it here, but this is the second time in a row, and in a short period of time that it was dreadful. Slow service, once when there was only one other table but us, and I waited and waited for a refill, finally got up and started walking toward the refill station to get someone to help. Then, waited and tried to flag someone down to pay for 15 min(after I started timing it). Used to be we would get our wings within minutes. I get understaffing is a real problem these days, but one of these 2 times shouldn't be an issue. read more

This place is a joke. Came in only needed out quick beer on a dusty hot day. Intended to go next door and grab a sub but decided to give them a shot. Big mistake. Impossible to get my server's attention but in all honesty he seemed pretty busy running around bartending and serving everybody. But you either have a clue as a server or you don't. And this guy needs to work somewhere else. My food is pitiful spent $10 for a chicken Caesar salad and the container is only half way full with about an ounce and a 1/2 of chicken. Came here for the second time with friends while I was in the area and it was ok. BWW is pretty consistent across their locations I've found. This location is still working with COVID staffing so you seat yourself and wait for someone to arrive. Both times the server came pretty quickly. The service was good and so was the food. It's a staple for rotation when in the area with friends and in the mood for this kind of food. read more

Unreal! This place has okay food, and some of the servers/bartenders are okay. HOWEVER, the coworkers/friends/family hangout, and are VERY loud, literally yelling across the restaurant. There's a horrible crowd of seeming druggies/addicts, and the general tone of the place is scary! They will all congragate around one end of the bar, and couldn't care less about guests! Whoever runs (owns) this location obviously doesn't give a sh*t, as the place is atrocious! I can't believe they allow the sort of atmosphere that exists here. We just patroned this location, but do not plan to go, again. We ordered 20 wings and confirmed Celery and carrot sides for each. We asked that handwipes be added to the bag. We picked the order up and drove to our destination to find no celery or carrots and no handwipes. This location charges a service fee for takeout, and there is nearly 15 percent tax added in this area. Our bill was about $30. We called to asked the manager for some kind of refund for the incomplete order. Justin was rude, referred to the sides as complimentary--though they are advertised as part of the order--and did not even offer to refund the service fee. This is poor management and indicative of the ignorance that your livelihood depends on actually serving your customers what you advertise, charge for, and confirm you will include. You do not get to bait and switch customers and keep them. read more

I generally like Buffalo Wild Wings food ever so often - the bar-type food is usually quick and typically tastes pretty good. This Buffalo Wild Wings seems to have issues each time we go in. This most recent visit was the last nail in the coffin for us. We ordered online and went to pick up the food at the agreed upon time. They are typically late with food so we even waited a few extra minutes. Upon entering, there was no one at the counter. There were waiters walking around serving people but we were never greeted or acknowledged. My husband called the store to get someone to actually come out to help us. We ended up having to wait for almost 30 minutes beyond the agreed upon time. The hostess pulled the milk we ordered for our kid and left it on the counter for over 20 minutes and then was offended when asked to replace with new milk. She told us a burger was missing from our order but then served us COLD food - not room temp, not warm, but actually cold. I even reached out to corporate to let them know about my experience. Their response was bland and shows the true level of concern they have - none. I know it's just a chain but I would expect someone to care. read more

I'm upgrading my former 3-star rating to 4 stars after our takeout wings meal last night. First off, even though it sounded monumentally busy as all hell in the background, the girl who took my phone-in takeout order was really pleasant & professional. I ordered 6-packs of the following "flavors" - "Hot", "Parmesan Garlic", "Caribbean Jerk", & "Asian Zing". Everything was ready & waiting when hubby arrived, & I was thrilled when he got home to find each order in individual clamshells with little button labels on each designating the particular sauce. Wings were properly "meaty" & were sauced perfectly without being gloppy - each wing had a perfect amount of sauce clinging to it without any pooling in the containers. I was also thrilled that - even though I did have blue cheese dressing on hand at home - they included TWO containers of blue cheese sauce for each individual order. First time any wing place did that. From other places we've been lucky to get two little cups total regardless of how many wing portions we order. As for the sauce flavors, "Hot" was definitely our favorite, followed by the mild "Parmesan Garlic" & slightly sweet "Asian Zing". The only one that didn't make an impression was the "Caribbean Jerk" - no heat or flavor. But chicken wing sauce flavors - like all cooking/eating - are DEFINITELY a VERY subjective thing. So the above are just OUR personal takes & have nothing to do with the quality or taste of the sauce. Anyway - definitely a very positive takeout wings experience, & we'll certainly be ordering &/or visiting again. Oh, & total bill for the four 6-wing portions came to $21 & change, which we thought was quite reasonable. read more

We usually hit up Tuesday or Thursday $.60 wing nights. Tuesday is original wing night & Thursday is boneless wing night. We always either get the mushrooms or fries with queso as our starter. The beer is cold & they almost always have either Bud Light or Miller Lite on special. I get Asian Zing every time & am never disappointed. My husband usually gets Parm Garlic & Asian Zing. The service is pretty good considering the type of restaurant & the bar is almost always full. We prefer to sit in the restaurant section b/c it's a little less loud & crowded. The outside patio is available, but most people smoke out there which makes it not so pleasant of an area to eat. read more

Last night, my 16 yr old son stopped in with two friends on their way home from Kings Dominion. It was around midnight, and apparently there was a Halloween party in full swing. Advertisements said 18 to party/21 to drink, yet these teenagers were charged $15/each on top of their meal to "pay for the dj". 16 yr olds charged to cover the cost of a party they couldn't even attend?
