Very poor dining experience. After standing around at the entrance long enough for my wife and I to ask if it was self-seating night someone finally greeted us. We had to ask the server to wipe off the bench seat that looked like it had been part of a food fight when he brought us to our table. In general service was maybe mediocre. The waiter was quick on soda refills, so that was good. We placed two orders for wings and had to ask for a second serving of celery. Is celery that expensive? My kids tried to play the bowling game and the 4th quarter they needed for the $1 game didn't register, so we put in a 5th quarter. The 5th quarter didn't take either. So we asked a waiter for help with the game and he in turn spoke to a manager who apparently told him they had no way of opening the machine or otherwise refunding us our money. Seriously, they don't have any notion of petty cash? Why lose a patron over $1.25? Very short sighted management. We won't be coming back again, partly due to dining experience and partly out of principle. Sad to see one of these locations so poorly run. read more

Not good and not senior Friendly. Walking into the restaurant, my family and I weren't greeted by anyone. We stood there for about 10 minutes waiting to be serviced and as an elderly, my ankle almost eroded from the pressure. When we were finally noticed, we were told to seat our selves. convenient. Once seated, i almost blew my back out for how long it took to be able to get a menu. I might as well have order myself bottomless margaritas, but then again we never would have been able to order it. After about 45 minutes of waiting to order our food, we were finally serviced to which took another 45 minute to get our appetizers. We are still currently waiting for our order food 1 hr later and I might as well have gotten my funeral arranged cause by the time we get our food, I will be dead and decomposed. I have eaten at many Buffalo Wild Wings and always have been pretty happy with food and service. This was my first experience at the Culpeper BWW and I tell you it will be LAST. First impression is the worst impression. I place a take out order at 11am to be picked up at 5pm for an event we were hosting. I get there and there orders sitting and waiting to be picked up. I was told that they were still working on my order and to have a seat - in the 20 minutes I sat there, I watched multiple people in the kitchen area chatting about instead of working, people disappearing and workers looking lost. I asked when my order was going to be ready, I was told "in a minute" several times. I finally asked for the manager - two people came up to me asking my name, but disappeared without coming back. Finally a person who said they were the manager came out and said I shouldn't have talked to anyone else, they couldn't help me and then he asked me my name 2 more times!! What is the freakin' point of telling customers your order will be ready at a certain time and then make them wait like 30 minutes afterwards to get it from some rather sarcastic staff. I felt like I got the runaround because they were trying to keep me busy with they hurried up and did the order. The food was hot and good but the quality of service sucks. The manager said I should talk to anyone else but next time I will talk to Glory Days when I need a large wing order to go. read more

I get lunch here at least once a month. I always get their buffalo ranch chicken wrap with crispy chicken. The quality of these wraps is very uneven. Sometimes it is mostly made of crispy, with very little chicken. Sometimes it seems they put all the sauce on just one part of the wrap leaving part of it drenched and part of it dry. Sometimes it is smaller than others. I can tell by the amount of folded wrap I am biting into. Sometimes it's mostly lettuce. And about half the time they get it right. So I keep playing wrap roulette. The Big Jack Daddy burger my co-worker gets is great every time. read more

By the time the waiter came back to check and take my complaint I had forced down about 1/2. He took to manager to have it comped on my bill. They offered to make another but by this time I was done. Worst take-out experience I've ever had. The app wouldn't work so I called the location and was put on hold for over 10 minutes before the call disconnected. Then I went into the restaurant to order a to-go order and received no service when I walked in. Several employees walked by me standing by the host desk and none of them asked if I needed any help. They have a strange seating arrangement in contrast to other locations I've been to, which makes it so that no matter where you sit (except at the bar) you're really far away from most any screen thats facing you. The place was NOT crowded, after a wait of twenty minutes just to order (a bad sign), and a wait of forty -five minutes, our order appeared. This location has slowly gone downhill since I started coming here in 2008. Today was unequivocally the worst experience yet. My family and I arrived around 12:30 for a quick bite after some shopping. There were maybe 5 tables occupied so not very busy. This is my 2nd time in a BWW. The first time was in PA and the food and service was amazing. This trip however was the worst chain restaurant that I have ever been in. We arrive about 1645 on Tuesday afternoon. The restaurant has 2 people in a booth and 3 people at the bar, other than that the place was dead. So, we were a little early. No problem. We waited for over 5 minutes and decided to get the menus our self and find a table. Once we did this, a server magically appeared. I ended up getting the cheesesteak with no pico and my husband got boneless wings with the parm garlic sauce. The food came out way too fast. My cheesesteak wasn't hot and my husband's wings were disgusting. The breading was falling off of half of them. The meat inside was not white. You could tell that these were left over wings from lunch or earlier that they tried to either re-fry or just stick in the sauce to warm them up. This was the worst restaurant experience of my life. I'm 22 years old from Pennsylvania. Visiting my sister for the weekend and came to get a beer. The bouncer/manager took my ID and told me they were taking the ID and calling the cops because it is fake. My license is 100% legitimate and not fake. They wouldn't give me a reason as to why they thought it was fake. they just told me it was. Convinced them to give me the license back at least and left to avoid the inconvenience of dealing with the police. I get that they're just trying to do their job but come on haha. Do not order from this location. I ordered wings on their website just like the commercials asked you to do. I placed my order at 12 noon for a 7 pm delivery on their website. They contract out their delivery through DoorDash. At 7:20, I called the delivery driver and he had already been waiting at the restaurant for 40 minutes. At 8pm I called the restaurant and they said it was coming out then....At 8:30 I finally received my order. I emailed their customer feedback and all they could do was blame DoorDash. Umm, it wasn't DoorDash, it was BWW's poor management and terrible customer service. If you read the other reviews, you can see why this restaurant has such low ratings. The management. Obviously, corporate doesn't care about their reviews either. They blame shift and do not take responsibility for their actions. My order was 1.5 hours late, cold, and missing items. This was a bit of a shock after hearing good things about this restaurant. The music was so loud our waitress could not hear us ordering. The dining room was not that busy but there were more than a few tables that still had dirty dishes on them. We tried the outdoor seating area but it was even dirtier and everyone out there was smoking.
