We grabbed a booth and started to figure out what we would order. We initially ordered the wing combo (bone-in & boneless) with fries and the all American smash burger. After we ordered, we noticed they offered a Pick 6 deal for $19.99, and our waitress was kind enough to adjust our order so we could take advantage of the deal. The burger was actually pretty good, super greasy though. If they are going to serve a smash burger, it needs a smash sauce. Mustard alone ain't it. The wings were good but the boneless were hella small. Like tiny chicken nuggets small. Definitely go bone-in. The mango habanero is wasn't spicy but their salt and vinegar dry rub was solid. There was a small party in front of us, and they were quickly ushered to the bar. But as we stood there, numerous servers and even the manager bustled around the host stand without so much as a glance our way. Finally, after 5 minutes they seated us in the bar area, despite 95 % of the dining area being empty. As we settled in, a staggering fifteen minutes slipped by, each second weighed down by the frustration of being ignored while servers flitted past us, stuck in their conversations at the bar. We came in with low low expectations, and somehow our experience was still worse than expected. Sometimes I crave wings, beer, and sports on lots of tv.. and with BW3 running their "pick 6 for 19.99" deal, we decided to take advantage on Sunday night. I was nervous it would be packed on football Sunday, but it was pretty empty when we walked in; I was grateful because I was super hungry. Despite being empty though (see my pics), I was given a 10-15 wait time. Ok, fine. I guess they're short-staffed.. which would explain all the empty tables with dirty dishes still. Yet, it gets kinda awkward when your customers are just waiting and staring at empty tables while the host/hostess are standing around chatting & giggling. We finally get seated, and surprisingly didn't have to wait too long for someone to come over. Knowing food could take a while though, we immediately placed our order when she came over. She seemed nice, so I was optimistic this would be a decent experience. I wish that were the case, but... long story short, we waited 20 min for our queso (which i really don't believe they did much more than scoop into tiny bowl), and then another 20 min for our (room temperature) wings. It especially sucked seeing all the tables, especially the table of regulars who sat down way after us, get a bunch of food first even though we ordered way before. Pretty sure the regulars got multiple rounds of food before we even got our app. I normally wouldn't have any issue with regulars getting special treatment, but cmon, you can't neglect other tables that badly. This was my first Buffalo Wild Wings experience, and we arrived late at night. They have a large menu of bar food, a full bar with beer and booze, and televised sports on way too many TVs. The happy hour and "after dark" special menus were a pretty good deal. Our server was very friendly and did his best to get us food and drinks timely, despite being short staffed. The dining room was chaotically dirty due to large crowds of people, and only two servers. My table ordered two small cauliflower "wings" with two different sauces and a side of celery (all vegetarian). The two sauces were very different styles - one was a mango habanero which was sticky/sweet and hot (one person said it was extremely hot), and the other was OG buffalo sauce with its vinegar and medium heat. The cauliflower was battered and very crunchy. If you keep your food expectations at a minimum, this is a good choice for late night dining and way better than Taco Bell. Saw a party that got seated after us get their food before us. Great sign to see. Adding the time it took to get seated, ordered, and for the food to come out, it was probably a good 1.5 hours total. It took us maybe 10-15 minutes to finish our food then wait another 30 minutes for a server to give us the bill. Food was salty and dry. Asked for ranch on the side and fries well-done, but no ranch to be seen and fries were soggy. We ended up having to ask another server twice just to get some ranch. I finished the chicken sandwich in probably 4-5 bites. Spent almost 2+ hours here for this school lunch. Not a fan. We went for Tuesday's half off wings and at 8 pm the place was pretty much half empty, which means the wings should come quickly right? I have been to many BWW locations and this is by far the slowest. When we arrived the greeter told us we'd need to wait 15 minutes despite most tables being empty. We were only a party of two and while we waited we watched 5 parties leave and we weren't seated. When we were finally seated we were told our server would come by in 5-10 minutes. Honestly it would've been better to keep waiting for the table than to sit at my table without service. Given that the restaurant wasn't crowded, I was very disappointed in this service. Ultimately the food was fine. However I was extremely disappointed in the plating. We shared an order of 20 traditional wings so we each ordered 2 flavors. My partner likes spicy food and ordered blazin sauce. All 20 wings were put on the same tray with no labels of which was what. Considering blazin is extremely spicy, you'd think they would label those wings or even put them on a separate tray. I couldn't eat all my wings because some also had blazin sauce on them. Ridiculous experience here, not sure if it is the new managers or cooks. Pretty lengthy review, be warned. Long story short, my order was DRENCHED and my wings were practically floating on top of the sauce, manager was "mansplaining" to me that customers like it that way, and then I had to drive to the location to get a refund which could have been done on the phone. I explained my concerns he did say once "sorry bout that" but when I said I wanted them extra crispy he told me "yeah customers like it saucy, and usually it can be x3 x4 times extra wet". The mango habanero from BWW was a little disappointing though. I prefer Wingstop's simply because the spice level is higher. The wings were fine but they came out cold. My wife's order didn't come until maybe 5m after mine. It probably would have tasted better if our orders were delivered sooner, preferably at the same time. I also didn't like how the sauces of the two wing flavors were touching each other. I just wished they kept them separate (see photo). One thing that surprised me was that they don't have a devise or system put in place to notify you when your table is ready. Alex the manager was rude and implied our opinions didn't matter. Playing a sports game and audio is first come first serve. We were the first patrons and asked the other bar members if we could play a specific game and they all said have at it. We asked the bartenders and they said yes to the game and yes to the audio for the game. Everyone agreed and said we can watch and they will change it AFTER the game to the next patrons request. Some entitled customers came in and made a big deal and said to change the audio and Alex the manager agreed. He disregarded our opinions. Other staff said we were right and it wasn't fair for Alex to change it just to oblige the entitled patrons who were rude. We were the first to arrive to enjoy a good time with our party and the staff even agreed to it. After they were pressured by others, Alex dishonored his word and went against the principle of their first come first serve rule. Never coming back again and Alex is not honorable. They were discriminatory to us because our whole groups were minorities and younger. They were blatantly rude and shrugged when I said it was messed up how they treated us. They shouldn't get business. They then couldn't figure out how to calculate a bill and tried to charge me 3x the amount we owed and I had to request it be re-calculate three different times. It seems like staff members, let alone the manager should be able to calculate a basic bill. I had to correct him multiple times, pulling out my calculator and writing everything out. Even other staff members were telling Alex that he was wrong and that I was accurate with my amount. Super bad experience and shouldn't stay open. Understaffed, rude manager, entitled patrons, and slow service. All they care about is the money and obliging to parties that buy more than we did (even though they said they would gladly play the game we asked for). However, this night, which happened to be opening night for the NFL, Niners-Jets game, was an education on how to appreciate every part of a dining experience down to the smallest details. let's just call it a deconstructed experience: we got drinks with straw lids, but no straws, those arrived 10 minutes later. We got food but no napkins. Those we had to ask for 20 minutes later. We got one fork somehow for all six of us and had to ask for more forks. And our food and drink order came in at about the rate of time it takes California to build high-speed rail. Did I mention that the TVs had some sort of static glitching on them that made it almost impossible to figure out what was happening at key points of the game? I hate to add on to the string of negative reviews, but I just have to especially when it comes to take-out orders and Doordash/Uber Eats deliveries. When making deliveries, I check in with the server, who checked on the computer to see the status of the order, and then got told that they needed 5 minutes more minutes. I wait for about 10-15 minutes after hearing nothing and then check with the server. They then tell me that they can't find the order in the system and ask me to cancel the order. So basically they tell me to wait around for an order that never was there in the first place? That's the level of incompetency that happens here and I've encountered the this situation at least 3 times. They don't care and just tell drivers to pick up a different order from another place and I've witnessed this happen to other delivery drivers who arrive. To the staff and management of this location, let me be blunt. It's disrespectful to the delivery workers who make there way to your location and literally wait for nothing. Technical difficulties happen understandably, but you could've looked to see if the order was there in the first place instead of lying about it. It's even more disrespectful to have the ordering customer wait hours for their order and never then never get it. If you can't figure out how to manage the online orders, don't even offer it. As a diner, the most disturbing thing I felt was being liquor in a severely chipped shot glass. A patron could've easily gotten their mouth cut on it. We visited on a Tuesday, and surprisingly service was pretty decent and our food came out within 10 minutes of ordering using the QR code on the table.
