I walked in on a weeknight, my heart set on savoring a quick bite to eat, filled with anticipation for the wings I had been craving. There was a small party in front of us, and they were quickly ushered to the bar. But as we stood there, numerous servers and even the manager bustled around the host stand without so much as a glance our way. Finally, after 5 minutes they seated us in the bar area, despite 95 % of the dining area being empty. As we settled in, a staggering fifteen minutes slipped by, each second weighed down by the frustration of being ignored while servers flitted past us, stuck in their conversations at the bar. Not once did anyone approach to offer a simple glass of water. We'd been there for twenty minutes. I was genuinely looking forward to those wings, and it was so disheartening to walk away empty-handed, my hopes dashed in an experience that started with such promise. i don't think I will be returning unfortunately.

We came in with low low expectations, and somehow our experience was still worse than expected. Sometimes I crave wings, beer, and sports on lots of tv.. and with BW3 running their "pick 6 for 19.99" deal, we decided to take advantage on Sunday night. I was nervous it would be packed on football Sunday, but it was pretty empty when we walked in; I was grateful because I was super hungry. Despite being empty though (see my pics), I was given a 10-15 wait time. Ok, fine. I guess they're short-staffed.. which would explain all the empty tables with dirty dishes still. Yet, it gets kinda awkward when your customers are just waiting and staring at empty tables while the host/hostess are standing around chatting & giggling. We finally get seated, and surprisingly didn't have to wait too long for someone to come over. Knowing food could take a while though, we immediately placed our order when she came over. She seemed nice, so I was optimistic this would be a decent experience. I wish that were the case, but... long story short, we waited 20 min for our queso (which i really don't believe they did much more than scoop into tiny bowl), and then another 20 min for our (room temperature) wings. It especially sucked seeing all the tables, especially the table of regulars who sat down way after us, get a bunch of food first even though we ordered way before. Pretty sure the regulars got multiple rounds of food before we even got our app. I normally wouldn't have any issue with regulars getting special treatment, but cmon, you can't neglect other tables that badly. Our waiter got us a small discount because our wings came out room temp, so I guess that's what my 1 star will be for. Also I like the amount of ranch/blue cheese they give, so there's that. Otherwise PLEASE someone open a wings+beer+tvs with sports spot near Excelsior/DC.

These happy hour and after dark specials are worth the trip

This was my first Buffalo Wild Wings experience, and we arrived late at night. They have a large menu of bar food, a full bar with beer and booze, and televised sports on way too many TVs. The happy hour and "after dark" special menus were a pretty good deal. Our server was very friendly and did his best to get us food and drinks timely, despite being short staffed. The dining room was chaotically dirty due to large crowds of people, and only two servers. My table ordered two small cauliflower "wings" with two different sauces and a side of celery (all vegetarian). The two sauces were very different styles - one was a mango habanero which was sticky/sweet and hot (one person said it was extremely hot), and the other was OG buffalo sauce with its vinegar and medium heat. The cauliflower was battered and very crunchy. If you keep your food expectations at a minimum, this is a good choice for late night dining and way better than Taco Bell. If you love sports on TV, this is your place!

My fiancée and I came on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. She wanted to try out the Pick 6 deal which is 2 entrees + 2 sides + 2 fountain drinks for only $19.99. The both of us have not been to Buffalo Wild Wings since college and I dread going here if ever suggested. The main reason I don't enjoy the experience is the wait time. Either you stuck waiting for a table or after you're seated and ordered, prepare to wait at least an hour. Never made sense to me why it takes so long for them to probably reheat some frozen items. We got seated in a booth towards the bar. Plenty of people seemed to be hanging out to watch football along with others who were probably there for the Pick-6 deal too. We ordered: - Chicken Sandwich + tater tots - Lemon Pepper bone-in wings + fries - Root beer (extra cost because they don't have it on tap, only in a bottle) and a Starry Then came the waiting game. Saw a party that got seated after us get their food before us. Great sign to see. Adding the time it took to get seated, ordered, and for the food to come out, it was probably a good 1.5 hours total. It took us maybe 10-15 minutes to finish our food then wait another 30 minutes for a server to give us the bill. Food was salty and dry. Asked for ranch on the side and fries well-done, but no ranch to be seen and fries were soggy. We ended up having to ask another server twice just to get some ranch. I finished the chicken sandwich in probably 4-5 bites. Spent almost 2+ hours here for this school lunch. Not a fan. Save yourself the time + money and just go to Popeyes or Wingstop in Colma.

Perfectly fine for a chain restaurant/bar. Lots of specials. Boneless wings aren't good: small, lots of breading. Good tots, mozz sticks, beer, and cocktails. Service seems shaky, so I always just sit at the bar.

Exactly what I expected from a BWW! Which is not entirely negative, but also not very pleasant either. Decided to take advantage of the 2 entree with 2 sides and 2 drinks deal for 19.99, and honestly it was very filling! So in my opinion, it's worth the cost but don't expect it to be warm and amazing. Also my waiter was kind and professional even if they didn't check on us much, but I don't blame them as that's a management issue. Chefs took awhile to make food as well, but interesting as the food was always lukewarm so perhaps a timing issue? Also wanted to note this funny moment, but basically there was a table beside us with guests that were very obviously vaping/smoking in the dining room area and when I tell ya no one batted an eye. Not bad and not great, but satisfied my hunger for sure!

I really love BDubs but I would say that this experience had been some what of a letdown. We went for Tuesday's half off wings and at 8 pm the place was pretty much half empty, which means the wings should come quickly right? Not really, we ended up waiting around 20 minutes after we sat down which is a lot longer than other BDubs locations. The other letdown was the wings itself. The garlic parmesan wings came overcooked and dry, and then one of the wings for another flavor was undercooked. Hope the manager sees the feedback and improves this location

Came for the AYCE wings deal on Wednesday and left disappointed. While the food was decent enough, the service was incredibly slow. To be fair, the staff was probably slammed all day but I'd think the restaurant would compensate by having enough staff on hand. They also ran out of two of their most popular flavors so that wasn't great either. As others have noted, the restaurant was half empty when we arrived but we still had to wait for 45 minutes. Overall, I probably wouldn't come back again to this location for the AYCE wings deal and can't recommend it unless you are trynna kill some time

Went here for the all-you-can-eat Wings deal $24.99 (Monday -Thursday only). Get the bone-in (vs boneless). You get to pick your flavors each round. After the 3rd round I was full. Pretty good value and the wings were good. Service maybe slow at peak busy time but that's due to understaffing --I know exactly how that's like. If you're there to watch a game, you're not in a rush anyways. Make sure to tip your server well. I was worried about all the 1-star reviews but overall it was a good dining experience for me. I would come back!

I have been to many BWW locations and this is by far the slowest. When we arrived the greeter told us we'd need to wait 15 minutes despite most tables being empty. We were only a party of two and while we waited we watched 5 parties leave and we weren't seated. When we were finally seated we were told our server would come by in 5-10 minutes. Honestly it would've been better to keep waiting for the table than to sit at my table without service. Given that the restaurant wasn't crowded, I was very disappointed in this service. Ultimately the food was fine. However I was extremely disappointed in the plating. We shared an order of 20 traditional wings so we each ordered 2 flavors. My partner likes spicy food and ordered blazin sauce. All 20 wings were put on the same tray with no labels of which was what. Considering blazin is extremely spicy, you'd think they would label those wings or even put them on a separate tray. I couldn't eat all my wings because some also had blazin sauce on them. This BWW needs some improvement especially being the only one in the vicinity. I would likely find other places to get wings in the future.

Did they get rid of happy hour? i asked the server they said they got rid of it due to covid?

Poor service, waiting nobody taking our order until i approach one of the waitress?

It's amazing. But it is a constant issue there.

Why is the service so terrible here when there is 7 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing?

Poor management. I'm writing this as I sit around with no one having even come to give me a menu yet. I'm abiut to write my 1 star review and leave. This is ridiculous.

Thanks to Alberto and the entire team, we had the best time, food, and overall experience. Even though the restaurant was incredibly busy--packed with people and with guests constantly walking in throughout the evening--Alberto never made us feel forgotten. He thoughtfully checked in on us, got everything to us in a reasonable amount of time, and was incredibly patient as I asked questions about different menu items. He even let us know that, although he was busy, we should simply flag him down if we needed anything at all. At establishments like this that have such a high volume of customers, I honestly don't expect service like this. I expect long waits and to spend half the evening trying to find my server. Not Alberto, though. He was kind, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable from beginning to end. As for the food, I had the Pilsner and Joe's Filet of Sole, my friend had the Golden Ale and Joe's Eggplant Parmigiana, and we shared the butter cake with ice cream for dessert. Everything was chef's kiss, including the bread and butter! I would absolutely come back just for the service from Alberto. Five stars, always. The place was packed, and without a reservation, it would have been nearly impossible to dine there. The restaurant has the classic feel of a traditional American-style steakhouse. The atmosphere was pleasant, although it was so crowded that it was difficult to appreciate many of the finer details of the interior. The staff were exceptionally patient and friendly, taking the time to explain the menu and offer their recommendations. For my meal, I ordered the ribeye steak and the seafood pasta. In my opinion, the steak was a bit overpriced for what it offered. The flavor was decent, but overall it felt expensive. I ordered it rare, yet the surface of the steak was surprisingly tough. The seafood pasta was fairly good and came with a generous amount of seafood, making it feel like a good value. However, I had expected a lighter flavor profile, and it turned out to be much creamier and richer than I anticipated. Overall, I would rate the food an 8/10. The restaurant only serves its famous Prime Rib after 2:30 PM each day. I've heard it's their signature dish, but unfortunately, we arrived too early and didn't get a chance to try it. All things considered, it's a solid restaurant. If you've never been before, it's worth visiting at least once to experience the atmosphere and see what makes it so popular.
