I understand things are busy. However I just had called in a takeout order at 5:45, the wait was suppose to be 20-25 min. So I got there at 6:10. Then was told I was going to have to wait another 20 minutes so I waited and then finally got my food at 6:45. When it did finally come they didn't show me my food to make sure it was right or anything. It was also very cold. After I leave I look at my food and my food is wrong. I was very unhappy how slow the service was, i understand that you guys were busy but our waitress only came to our table once. She would even make full on eye contact with my girlfriend and still wouldn't come over to refill our drinks. when we asked for ranch it took about 20-25 minutes to get some and she wasn't even the one to bring it out. The wings that we received weren't even hot and tasted like they have been setting out. This is probably the worst BWW's I've ever been to. My last two visits were horrible. Service is very slow in the bar area, with most of the staff's attitude, being not at all concerned about taking care of the customer. It has taken well over a hour, on both visits to be waited on, get drinks, and the food served. On my last visit, both orders were completely wrong, the food it self wasn't cooked properly, and I had to go get my own refill, of my drink. I will say the manager did attempt to make it right, when we had to send the rare cooked hamburger back, that had been ordered well done. First off this has been the only restaurant I have ever walk out on before I had a chance to order food and I would have understood the very slow service if they had allot of people there but there was 4 set of people sitting there and about 5 servers walking around completely ignoring us we stood at the door for 5 minuets waiting to be seated, then when we did get seated we had to wait 15 min to even get our drinks. In the meantime when we were sitting waiting to order our food we had 2 staff come up and told us we will be right with you. From the moment we walked in till the moment we walked out we had been there a half hour and I had a 1 year old that was starving. I can't even believe I paid $6+ for 2 half drake pops and empty bellies. Please get help or shut down because that was just sad. Brutal. Ordered at 6:15, food came cold at 7:30. Manage explained they were short staff. It would have been awfully nice to know this before we waited this long. Ordered guacamole with dinner, was charged 2.25 for at best a tablespoon of guacamole. Will still go to my local BWW in Chicagoland, but would NOT recommend this location to anyone I cared about. Was hesitant to go here with the reviews and witnessed some of the complaints first hand but my personal experience was good. Had a great server and the manager I spoke to was very helpful. The food was good although my daughter complained her mac and cheese was too salty. Quick with refills on the drinks and just pleasant staff all around. read more

This place is very poorly managed. Been here multiple times during the lunch for quick food in the past and it usually takes over a half hour for a simple burger and fries and it's never busy. The worst one yet came last Sunday 9/25. I ordered medium boneless wings go with a pickup time of 5:40. I walked in the door at 5:41 to a line of 6 people waiting for their orders as well. There was 1 person working and taking an order on the phone for over 10 minutes. During this time a manager and multiple employees went behind the counter and none offered to help anyone. After the person took the phone order he walked into the kitchen. After 15 min someone asked for a manger to assist as nobody had been helped in 15 min. I ended up walking out after waiting 18 min as my food was surely bad from sitting under heat lamps for 20 minutes. read more

OMFG, I dont think I have ever been SO pissed off, in an instance like this, in my entire life!!! I think, MAYBE, in my lifetime, I have complained about food or service at a restaurant, MAYBE 2-3 times...thats it! Usually I can take some slow service, or getting an order wrong and then correcting it, etc....Tonight, was my ultimate limit! We went out for a late night dinner after volleyball, at a national chain (ugh, I should have stopped right there) restaurant, Buffalo Wild Wings, that has recently opened on my side of town; despite the warnings from my girlfriend Laura, that she had heard bad things about this location.....First thing to piss me off, was there was not ONE fucking light on, on the outside of the building!!!! No sign lit up, nothing! So Laura, who wasn't quite sure where it was, drove about 5-10 miles past the location before calling me to ask WTF? We finally met up in the parking lot, she was VERY vocal about the lack of lighting, lmao! We walked in, her squinting at the lights on inside the restaurant, and walked up to the first employee she saw, and asked if they were open. The dingy women says "Yes, of course we are."...Laura: " Hmm, I couldn't fucking tell by the fact that EVERY light outside of your restaurant is off, and I drove 10 miles out of my way, trying to find the place!"...Poor girl: "Ohhhhhh, that must be why it looks so dark outside...."....Immediately we saw, what looked like, a manager scurry off into the back of the restaurant....We got seated immediately by dingbat woman...which was easy to do, considering we were now going to occupy the 3rd table in the 'restaurant' side of the place....We sat down, and promptly a waitress came over to get our drink order, we ordered drinks and 1 appetizer...drinks came quickly, and shortly followed by the appetizer....maybe 5-10 minutes later, a waitress, who is DIFFERENT than the one who brought us drinks and the app., came over, introduced herself, and offered to take our meal order....we werent ready yet, and shoo'd her away for a bit...By her next check in with us, we were ready, and placed our order....going good so far, no worries.....roughly 20 minutes later, both Montana/Bug and I were out of drinks, and flagged the waitress down to get refills.....The three of us in the party are all talking, blah blah blah....I glance at the clock on my phone, and realize another 30 minutes have passed, and not only did Bug and I have refills on drinks, but we STILL didnt have food! Just as I turned around to try to flag down the waitress, I saw her coming out way with food....She came out with Bug and I's onion rings, Bug's pizza, Laura's salad, and had my sandwich, and said "Oh, they didnt put cheese or french fries in here"...and she wandered off, back towards the kitchen....roughly 5-10 minutes later, she comes back with my sandwich (with cheese) and my fries....I remind her about our refills on drinks, and also told her we were STILL waiting for Bug's fries....Seriously???? Come on!!!!! I am almost shaking in anger by now! She finally, another 5-10 minutes later, brings our refills on drinks, and Bug's fries....I can't even stand it and ask for the manager. Between Laura and I, we explain our pissed off'ishness, on this ENTIRE experience! He was a good guy, under a year with the company, etc., etc.,....we learned from a server Laura knew, that they are due to have their yearly State (Yes, folks, MAYBE only once per year) state inspection the next day, and have let employees off of work to get ready for it, etc...I explained to him a little about my job, and how I am Federally inspected every single day that I am operating, etc....I ALMOST, feel bad for the guy now....I feel like I pretty much raped him wide open, with my words; frustration, anger, displeasure, etc....He ended up doing the right thing (in my eyes), he comp'd our ENTIRE meal, and we ended up paying for our drinks, and the one appetizer that came out, correctly, on time....And let me tell you, we probably, in total, had well over a $70 bill....We walked out, with 'leftovers', paying roughly $20....I/we, are not in the 'game' of calling shit, shit, when it isn't, to get free stuff. We both make good money, and have good morals, and that simply doesnt happen, but when an 'event' is as bad as it was tonight, I am definitely not going to, sit aside weakly/silently, and take it and pay for it! This place... Don't go here. Unless you plan on being there for HOURS! and your planning on needing help getting out the door because you drank yourself happy again. This is the only place I have been treated so poorly I got up walked out and refused to pay. The servers here, not only half ass do their jobs, but long bitchy story short, dirty table, had to request it be cleaned, server knocks over a drink while doing so, appetizer was fried pickles, which were cold, soda was going out and had to much carbon, told her about this, and I watched her go off and stand in the corner whip out her phone and start texting people, our party sat there for 15 minuets no drinks, haven't even placed our orders, have been waiting 45min already, *takes a deep breath* its okay, it was busy. She comes back acting all pissy like its our fault she keeps fucking up. We order our food, poof, shes gone, 30 minuets later another server comes out with our food, everything is so fucking bat shit spicy we can't eat anything, our drinks STILL empty, plus the wings we order were underdone and cold, at least i think they were mine were so spicy and i got medium... I couldn't tell, finally our original server shows up our party is not happy with her, and we all beg for refills, had to wait 10 minuets on our refills, that is it. where is the manager... He comes out, doesn't offer us anything, Apologizes, and said we will do better to teach our employees. Walks off. We get sodas which still are bad, can't really be picky when you've waited 20-30 minuets on something to drink, and chocking down 10 spicy wings, I got up and left at this point, my food was cold both times, i had 2 refills of a fluid not fit to drink. And watching our server text, instead of doing her job really helped my attitude out. I wouldn't call this dinning and dashing, simply because this wasn't a dinning experience this was pitiful. They obviously don't want to retain repeat buisness, why should I pay someone to do a poor job, and piss me off? Even then! We have visited Buffalo Wild Wings at other locations a number of times and always walked away having had a good meal. Tonight, we had just an ok experience. I ordered my potato slices extra crispy, or double fried, as I always do. As simple as that request was, they just couldn't get it right. The jerk chicken sandwich was alright, nothing I would order again. Scott had wings and they were just ok. Not sure that we will go back, there are so many other places that are much better. If you are in a rush, DO NOT sit outside, the servers consistently ignore you. They used to ask if you were on a lunch break, they apparently got bored with that. I went to this BWW location after the Iowa Wild game and needless to say I'm VERY disappointed! I was with a group of 5 ladies. We waited to get seated for 10 minutes while the dining room was empty. Our chairs were soaking WET! After being sat our waitress came over to get our drink orders and our food order. An hour goes by and we still have not received our food. Our waitress came over and said I made a mistake and didn't put your order in, they will be out promptly, which they did not! They came out another 30 minutes later! Our appetizers came out and everything was room temp and the nachos were soggy. They are not busy tonight. Four tables, of which came after us were sat and got food before us! Hailey the manager was very rude. We came in with coupons which she completely avoided. She gave us coupons that were EXPIRED!!!! She then handed our receipts to us and they were completely wrong! They charged me, an UNDERAGE GIRL; a BEER! Seriously!? This was a terrible experience! My order was wrong! Did not get the sauces I asked for! My friend had a HAIR IN HER WINGS!!! There was no apology from the MANAGER. Corporate needs to check their workers and especially who they are hiring as managers (Hailey). They said we got our food on time. I'm calling BS. That means it takes an hour to get an appetizer and another 30 minutes to get our actual food. I think not. I got there at 10 pm, finally got my food at 11:45 pm, and now I'm writing this review on my hour drive home! I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone! I used to go here once a week for over a decade before they got rid of the traditional Tuesday. When that went away I tried to stay away but I ended up going at least a few times a month. This last time I was at this location I sat at the bar and had a beer and ordered a medium size traditional wings for takeout. I get home with my order and I notice I had 8 instead of the usual 15 wings. I called and talked to Scott, he said he would have someone take my info and send me a note for a free medium order since they obviously messed up (his words). I then talked to Annie who took my information down and she said she would send that coupon out the next day. It's been over two weeks and still nothing. It isn't about the money cause it's like $6, however, I don't like being lied to. I won't ever go back to this location and this is likely the last nail in the coffin for Buffalo Wild Wings for me. It was a good run and I will miss it but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. We go here about twice a month. Tonight we walked in, they were not busy, the floor was a mess, and it smelled terrible. My kids really wanted this place so we decided to stay. We stood at the host podium for much longer than we should have without being acknowledged with so much as a head nod. After about 10 minutes someone finally said sorry for the wait then we proceeded to wait a little longer no big deal. Once we were sat our table was still wet and sticky. It also smelled like a dirty table rag. We waited about 15 minutes with literally not one employee acknowledging us. So we got up and left and still went unnoticed. Honestly the service at this location is always like this and this was the last straw for us. If you really have your heart set on Buffalo Wild Wings I recommend going to the Merle Hay location. The staff at the Merle Hay location are extremely friendly, attentive, and polite. read more
