Boyfriend and I had a great experience. I got the Chicken Tenders with 2 different sauces. I like the fact that I can request them on the side so I can try several types instead of having them tossed in just one sauce. We have been going to BW's for years and looked forward to our first trip back post Covid19. To say we were disappointed in the condition the patio was in would be an understatement. It looked like it had been abandoned for a year. Dead leaves all over and half if not all of the trees are dead. The table and chairs had grime on them and appeared to not have been cleaned in months. It was obvious that no effort was put into the looks of the patio at all. Perception is often reality and my perception is there is a lack of any concern or pride over this location. Food was good as always and the service was also good. My advice is to get out the power washer and the tree trimming equipment and have at it. read more

Almost every time I have eat here or get to go order for the veggie burger I ended up with a meat patty... it's very disheartening especially when they have a separate veggie burger option. At one point they even put me on a list to get a free one because I couldn't come back to get my to go order re-done. And what happens when I come in the next time to redeem my free one? On 11/15/2020, bar area, female bartender between the hour's of 4:30pm - 7:00pm. Worst service ever from a Buffalo Wild Wings !!!!! Short female with long hair barely came and checked with us. We had to ask several times about our food and had to ask several time for another drink. She gave two shits about the people she was serving. We LOVE BW3s. But this location always seems to be lacking in the service department. We came in after the Memorial Tournament, and sat in a near empty bar for a solid 15 minutes without any acknowledgement, before bailing for the Hilliard location. Having been a server in a previous life, this is a big no-no. Hopefully they fix this. read more

We placed an order through doordash with this location and when we got it, we were missing half the order. As someone who has worked years in customer service and has dealt with doordash myself, I know that sometimes the dashers do not grab the full order and it can be frustrating. However, it is the establishment's job to make sure the customer gets a replacement if they do not receive everything, or at least offer alternative solutions to make sure the customer has a good experience. Samantha the manager went above and beyond to make sure our experience was opposite of that. When my mom called and told her we were missing half our order, she followed with "so?" She also did not offer to replace the order until we requested it. I would like to see less miserable people working at this establishment because nobody deserves shitty customer service. read more

4 stars for service! It's BDub's, so you know what you're getting as far as food goes. Everything is good, not great... though I will admit that they have my FAVORITE wing sauce of anywhere (it's Wild, if you were wondering). I go here on Sundays to watch football with a group of long time regulars and have always had a great experience. They make sure we can see the games we want, check on us often and never complain that we spend HOURS taking up several seats. read more

We live near the heart of Dublin, with many choices, where we chose to spend our Father's Day giving business to this location. We had a pick up order for for our gathering and we get the food home. excited to finally eat, and we're missing an entire meal. I called to find out that my food is sitting there under a warmer that we can come pick it up, we live over 30 minutes round-trip so knowing that my food has been sitting there for at least a half hour or so, isn't very appetizing. No apology nothing. I decide I don't want make the drive and leave the Father's Day celebration, so I called and asked for a refund in which I was told the manager would have to call me to get the last 4 of of my credit card number, she stated didn't have a pen,, what?!!! I wait , an hour so goes by and no phone call, so my husband had to call , ( I had been calling and no one would answer) out of my frustration, my husband decided to call. He was told it was refunded and no credit card was required..The point is, there's no apology no offer to make things right. You need to do better, customers are what keeps you in business. read more

I'm a BW3 fan, but this has got to be the worst-run BW3, perhaps the worst-run bar/restaurant in the entire central Ohio area. Even when it is staffed properly, the servers find a way to make you wish you'd never given it a 100th second chance. Every time I play hockey at Dublin Chiller, someone foolishly suggests that going to this BW3 location won't be as terrible as previous experiences. On the rare occasion we go, BW3 off Avery always manages to make sure that we regret it. Tell me (foolishly) that I'm wrong about this place, and I'll point you to 16 guys who can attest to going here a dozen+ times where it took 1.5 hrs to get a single beer and close our tabs. Never, never, never again. If you go here, you'll regret it and start looking around wondering whether you're on camera for some show about pranks or being a total sucker. Guess what, if you go here, you'll find that you are, in fact, a total sucker. Find any other BW3 (seriously, ANY other) or just another place altogether. Thank me later. read more

Pros: nice atmosphere, decent menu. Open late...kinda... Cons: this is the only local location open after 11pm and they closed their grill almost an hour early. Review: My husband and I are having a date night--yes, right now--and after a movie we decided to catch a small bite to eat. But what does one do when it's after midnight and you're hungry? B-Dubs of course! We walked in and it took several minutes for anyone to notice we were there. Ok, fine. It's late and maybe you just want to go home. I get it. But then we are informed we can't order anything from the grill. I'm like, what? You closed the grill like 45 minutes early? If you're open, be open. Don't welcome customers to just suck some kind of money from them because there's nowhere else open. YOU'RE not even completely open. Not if your grill is closed. We ended up getting nachos and wings--though they didn't mark what sauces were on which wings when we got our plate. I wanted a grilled chicken wrap but they couldn't make that because of the grill being down. The waitress was nice, though we never did get any wet wipes for our hands after eating wings. Been here twice in last 30 days. This was a traditional BWW but yet not the regular atmosphere. Going in for lunch - my co-worker and I were 2 of maybe 15 people in the restaurant. Food service was fast and attended to the lunch crowd. On Saturday night, it was more families than regular sports watchers/bar goers. The bar area must have been 50% families with children under 13 having dinner which really took away from the bar atmosphere. There was a Blue Jackets game and a top 10 football matchup. Every score, big play - maybe 1 cheer from other patrons. Wings were their usual variety of sauces and I enjoyed the Honey BBQ and Hot flavors. read more

I am fan of BW3s, but not this location. I have been here many times because my friends live in the area. Service is typically slow (30 to 40 min on a weekday), food cold, and food is frequently over cooked. I am surprised that this place is busy. But, I was one of the schmucks that came back to try them again and got the same thing. read more

The carry out here is terrible. So many times they have gotten our order wrong, but we really try to give them the benefit of the doubt with COVID and trying to get people to work. This past Saturday we ordered by phone for carry out. After picking up my order for 4 people, it didn't seem like i had all the food. I ask them to double check my order. It was short 3 items. The girl apologized and went to the back bringing me out another bag. When i got into my car I went through the bag again and i was still short 6 boneless wings that were on the receipt. I had to go back in and wait for my forgotten wings. By the time I finally got home most of the food was cold. One of the sides were wrong. When you call they act like it's no big deal and like you are bothering them. So done with this Buffalo Wild Wings! read more

[Part 2 of my quest to rate every Buffalo Wild Wings in Columbus.] The Perimeter Buffalo Wild Wings has the same good food as the other stores. The speed of service is a bit slow, though. Especially during the lunchtime hours, it takes a while to get food, so much so that you won't be able to hit BW3 on a 1-hour lunch. If you're there to watch a 3-hour long game, it becomes a moot point, though. That being said, the other elements are OK. The service is friendly, and there are enough TVs to catch a football game without twisting your neck. Like the other BW3s, the place is packed for Browns and OSU games, but only because it's a good venue to watch the game. Free wifi enables you to check scores and stats on your mobile device or settle disputes as to who has the highest Angry Birds score. The beer selection is good, and there are typically specials on one of the usual on-tap beers. Combine the beer specials with the great wings and a wide selection of wing flavors, and you've got a good place to hang out. read more

Oh B-Dubbs - What has happened to you?!!! I need to state, first and foremost, that I'm a wing connoisseur. I know my chicken wings. I remember going to BW3 back in College from 1996-2000 on "Ten Cent Wing Night." Those days are over, the chicken has gotten much worse every time I've been to ANY B-dubbs location, and this time turned me off so bad, next time I go back, I'll have to just get naked tenders or chicken fingers tossed in the sauce. The chicken on the wings seemed rubbery and reminded me of the documentary "Food, Inc." I know they've got to be buying their chicken at the steroid-infested chicken farms Tyson buys from. They're big - yeah...but (and I hate to say it this way), the chicken doesn't taste "natural," especially to texture. Great place to watch a game, have a drink, and hang out with friends, but my recommendation is, avoid the chicken wings and get something else on the menu. Sadly, if you want good wings, check out either Quaker Steak & Lube (Arizona Ranch are amazing) or Pizza Hut Wing Street (yeah, Pizza Hut...believe it). Oh - and one more thing. This most recent visit was the ONLY time I've been to this particular location and received half-way descent service. Especially for Dublin, where you'd expect top-notch service...not here. It's the black sheep of restaurants if you want to be treated well with prompt attention. Sorry guys - you lost your way back in the 90's, I guess. read more

Nothing like playing a game and celebrating the win or moaning the ref's bad calls that caused our loss with a basket of greasy, spicy wings (in my case Spicy Garlic Boneless) and a tall, cold beer (LaBatt's Blue). Most BW's would get a 3 star from me. They serve the same stuff and are often staffed by doofs. This location had a guy that was so on the ball, so happy, and so eager to give good customer service that it was amazing. We'd have told his manager, but we were afraid he'd be promoted. read more

Where to start? Our closest location had to close down and now I might see what that's happened. It's no secret Buffalo Wild Wings has a problem with cooking their wings properly unless you specifically order extra crispy. We tried ordering them like that however you can see these wings may not have even been cooked more than 5 minutes. Not only that, where is the sauce? So here we have almost raw wings with no sauce, but the problems did not end there. We also ordered All American Burger with no mustard. The burger was made with nothing but cheese. Our meal totally messed up, we decided to call to see what can be done. We were only offered a credit for the burger but were told they did not believe us about the undercooked wings. Upon requesting a manager, one answered and right off the bat were quite rude. Even by the manger we were told there was no way the the wings were undercooked but the credit will be given for the burger or we could come pick a new burger up at the restaurant. So our options were for a family member to eat a meal they did not enjoy or let our food get cold as we would have to drive back to the restaurant then back again. We tried to plead our case saying our family dinner was messed up to which the manger replied "I do not care. I can offer a refund or a new burger". Clearly this should not be a sufficient answer for anyone, we tried to explain again and this is when the manager hung up the phone. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings of perimeter loop, you ruined a family dinner and basically laughed at our displeasure. read more

$.60 cent Tuesday nights. I remember when it was cheaper than that but it is better than paying their overpriced usual deal. I like the place for their variety of sauces and large screen TVs. They also have free Wi-Fi which helps. Last time there I got a bonus basket where my 6 wings turned into 8 which helped make the $.60 wings feel a little cheaper. Good place to meet a group of guys and get a cold beer, wings and watch a game. I used to come here a lot but not so much anymore. The price and always packed seating area chased me away. Also their wings seemed to get smaller while prices went higher. The last time I was happier with the size of my wings so they get 3 stars over the 2. This place serves its purpose but isn't amazing. read more

I've ordered carry out here multiple times over the past few years and I don't think my order has ever been correct. We have been shorted wings, ranch dressing, and have ordered boneless wings and received all regular bone in wings now. We have called each time there has been an issue and we either have to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get things corrected or they offer a measly $5 refund when your order was $36! Always check your order to ensure it is correct before leaving for home! read more

Been to this location many times because of convenience. It's our least favorite of any in the Columbus/Dublin/Powell area. Tonight was one of those experiences that makes you regret going there and will probably not go back again. We waited 6 minutes before a hostess appeared. We were seated at a table with the sun in our eyes. Maybe blinds would be a good idea on some of those high windows. Our beer had to be one we didn't order but we sucked it up and drank it without comment. Our appetizer and meal came out together. My daughter had a hair in her fries and her mac and cheese was cold. The chips and salsa was stale. We got items we didn't order and didn't get things we ordered. The server messed up the check. And my wife's chips and cheese actually came out as 1/3 chips, 1/3 wedges, and 1/3 fries with cheese. What!? Almost forgot, and this is a issue with almost all BWW. It's a pain in the butt to sign onto their wi-fi. You have to go to you internet and accept their terms. Cool. I get it. The problem is that it's supposed to open automatically in your browser. Usually doesn't. We always have to mess around before we can get on it. Tonight? I gave up and turned my wi-fi off so I could access web apps. I don't ever have that issue with other places who ask you to accept terms before using their wi-fi. I would give this lication a half star if possible. read more

After being seated we waited 25mins before seeing a server. Waited another 35mins for our food only to have to send it back because it was completely inedible.
