I will admit, this is probably the best Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever had. However, I still wasn't very impressed. I loved the Ultimate Sampler in concept, but in execution, I wasn't too crazy about it. The fried pickles and cheese curds were very greasy and both left a lot to be desired. The chicken strips were good but very thick so I would order the boneless wings next time instead. The sliders were the best thing on the tray. The cookie skillet? Gorgeous. Phenomenal. No notes. We have had multiple issues with this Buffalo Wild Wings but this takes the cake. After waiting for my online order 15 minutes past the given time and waiting for drinks past that. I checked my food and the stuff on top was correct so I left. Got home and oh my order of traditional wings with a $5.00 up charge were not there just their boneless wings with my sauce. Carry out order. Arrived a few minutes before the pickup time (5:10pm). I was told it would be a few minutes. The server at the front counter was very welcoming and gave updates as often as he could. 16 minutes after my pickup time, the order was ready. I checked it for accuracy and the kids meal drink was missing. Since he was assisting someone else I had to wait and then ask for my missing item because the order wasn't properly checked. When I got home and opened all of my items I realized they also forgot to pack marinara sauce in with the mozzarella sticks. The wings were not sauced very well, on the dry side and the fries were cold. This location can be hit or miss sometimes. They seem to often be busy when I go, especially weekends at night, even when they aren't super busy service can be a bit slow or it can take a while to get seated. I more recently did takeout and it was fine. I love that they added a quality check station to double check your order before you leave. Shows that they care. I almost always order a chicken wrap with potato wedges. The food does usually come out hot and I really appreciate that. Sometimes I feel like the staff could be a bit more welcoming but I do understand sometimes (especially when busy) it can get a bit overwhelming (also if they are understaffed). read more

My best friend and I met here around 8:00pm on a Thursday evening as this is one of the few places that serve food late and are open late. Couldn't even tell you the last time I was here prior to this evening.... I'd say at least 2 years. When I arrived, my friend was already seated at a booth and as soon as I sat down, our waiter came right over to grab our order. Talk about quick service! Honestly, something you don't encounter all the time, so thank you to our server Tommy. My friend ordered mozzarella sticks and chips and salsa and liked both appetizers. Later during our visit, I ordered the Chocolate Fudge Cake which came with a scoop of vanilla icecream. I'm a HUGE fan of chocolate and thought the piece size was amazing. Taste wise, it was fine. It didn't taste as fresh as I would have liked it to be, but still good. We had two servers by the name of Tommy and both were attentive and friendly. Much appreciated! We were there for an about 3 hours and Tommy continuously checked on our beverages and offered refills. Awesome job and much appreciated. Restaurant offers lots of food options from appetizers to wings and burgers, etc. Lots of televisions scattered around for sports viewing of games and such. Bar area was fairly quiet for a Wednesday evening. If you're looking for a laid back casual sports vibe, this could be your next spot. this BWW is the best in the area! I've been to a couple in the area and honestly this beats all of them. The parking lot and actual store is very big and perfect for large groups. They have a couple of spots in the very front specifically for carry out and thats perfect since its right in front of the store. You walk into the reception area and if you're picking up, they make it really efficient. and if you're getting seated they take you into the right wing of the store or all the way to the back where there's a lot of tvs and the bar area as well. I've always ordered online and they have it ready to go on time,but if you order on the weekends or during rush hours add an extra 15 minutes to your time. I remember during the superbowl they had a highly efficient, orchestrated system for pick up orders. The wings always have a lot of sauce on them, are very hot temperature wise and crispy. They never skimp on their portions or sauce, and always maintain a good balance of flats to drums. This is one of my favorite BWW in the area, not only because it has a huge bar area but also because it is usually full of Packer Fans on Sunday! This place is usually pretty crowded for any kind of sporting event both the bar and restaurant area, if you don't want to wait then get there before it starts. Sundays are usually very crowded and there is normally a large number of people lurking the bar area waiting for a table to open up. There is a nice outdoor patio which is partially covered and surrounding a pond, both Jake's City Grille and Houlihans Bar back up to the pond as well. The food is typical for BWW, I wouldn't say it's great food but it is consistent. 5 Chipotle BBQ Dry Rub, 5 Hot BBQ and a side of ranch normally complete my order. Although now that they have changed their ordering options for wings I think it is something like, Snack, Meal or Platter and it says no less than 5 or no less than 10, etc. Come to think of it, I am changing my review to 3 stars because of that, it made me grumpy last time I was there. Anyways, I go for what I assume everyone goes for, the Atmosphere. What I like about dining here is that there are 3 solid choices, (BWW, Jake's City Grille and Houlihans) all within walking distance. And, their tap beers are usually chilled just right. In terms of this Eagan location, usually clean and well kept. There's also a lot of natural light which can be an issue at some locations which feel more cavernous. The outdoor material during the spring and summer is awesome. read more
