Had an unexpected parenting disaster at Chili's when my kid got sick all over the place, and I just have to say, this team handled it like absolute pros. I'm so sorry I didn't catch the names of the manager and our server, but they were kind, fast, treating us with compassion instead of judgment. I'll admit, I gave in to going to eat at a Chilis due to all of the TikTok around their Triple dipper. I took myself and I out to lunch and were seated right away. I order the Santa Fe chicken salad, my sister got the old timer and we shared the triple dipper with big mouth burger, mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders. The food came out extremely fast and with the waitress being the only one waiting on folks, was EXTREMELY attentive and knowledgeable about eat dish. The look of Chilis is your classic sports bar but the TVs weren't loud or distracting at all. The food was DELICIOUS and was your typical bar food! I always forget about Chili's and it's been years since I've been here, but kept seeing videos of these mozzarella sticks all over Tik Tok, so had to try them. What really got me was they come in Nashville hot flavor (rare to ever see flavors of mozzarella sticks). Started with a 3 piece Nashville hot mozzarella stick order for our appetizer. Came out quickly. These were huge and thick, however, I felt no taste of Nashville hot. The amount of cheese in this mozzarella stick is unreal- literally thick cheese in every bite. We came here after a less than stellar experience at another establishment down the street. We were seated promptly with our drink and food order taken nearly right away. Because we were seated in the bar to watch some sports, which was requested, the bartender was also our server. We watched as she was able to juggle both the bar dining area as well as the incoming drink orders from the rest of the restaurant with impressive ease. Nice place! The area was slightly messy, but I liked the layout! Our server was sweet. She came back many times to check on us, and she was smiling the entire time. Love the positivity! We were given utensils in a cute paper bag, but unfortunately I had to give mine back, as the fork still had food on it. I didn't trust the silverware, so I decided to get a dish I could hold with my hand. I ordered a quesadilla. It wasn't exactly hot, and I could taste a slight bit of old smokey meat even though it was plain cheese. Not an amazing option for vegetarians. I love Chili's "3 for me" menu. We were able to get a drink (Diet Coke with free refills), appetizer (unlimited chips and salsa), and entree (cheeseburger and fries; you can choose a side other than fries if you want) for $10.99. This was such a good value, which is so appreciated these days. We will be back, and look forward to picking some other options from the "3 for me...drink/app/entree" menu again. I tried the Nashville hot cheese-sticks because I've been seeing them all over TikTok. So i ordered uber eats and had it delivered. It came hot so i was pleased that i didn't have to re heat them, but I was expecting for it to be crunchy like in the videos I've seen and also to be very cheesy. Instead, the cheese was kind of stale, and there was only a slight crunch. Honestly, after the third cheese stick, it doesn't really taste the best. The food was fine, but the service was unbelievably bad. Right when we sat down, we were asked if we wanted drinks and if we'd like chips and salsa -- no one mentioned they cost $8. That's ridiculous, and it felt intentionally deceptive, especially since it was our first time there. Then, after we paid, we had to sit around for nearly half an hour just waiting for takeout boxes. Our server completely disappeared, and we had to track down another employee just to get them. It honestly felt like they didn't care at all once they had our money. Between the hidden charges and the complete lack of basic service, I won't be coming back -- and I'd strongly suggest others avoid this place too. Just relocated back to Minnesota and have stopped at this restaurant over the past three months. There is a complete lack of senior leadership and the staff is allowed to do what the want. I have spent my entire life in retail management and it is easy to see no leadership on the sales floor. Tonight the bartender ( Questionable) failed to acknowledge myself or address other customer needs. He was engaged on answering a Jeopardy question with a customer. Play with the remote and then leave the bar to associate with other staff, never looking my direction. When I left I spoke with the hostess's about the bartender and they looked at me with glassy eyes (No Empowerment!) . They just let me walk out without reaching out to try to help or get the manager on duty. I had planned to order a big takeout order and have a glass of wine. Applebee's got that $200.00 order. Yet, it is not about the amount it is about the service. At no time have i seen any type of management on the floor greeting the customers. While a great chain, I have to question the lack of both store and district leadership. I can only stress "Buyer Be Ware" when visiting this location. Chilis is a ubiquitous sit down restaurant and bar that specializes in burgers and fried bar food. This particular location is close to the highway and several hotels but it's not remarkable. We had great service here, our waitress was great. The food was hot and our order was quick and accurate. The food was below average. There are so few healthy options eating here, hardly any entrees have fewer than 1100 calories and are mostly fried. I had the shrimp tacos and it was okay. I think I've always been a fan of Chili's. Growing up in Illinois I remember working at a Chili's. One of my favorite jobs growing up and certainly helped develop and shape my love for food. When we would have meetings they would be in the morning before we opened. The chefs would cook something to eat for the employees and we would have our meeting. If only all meetings could be like that at work! Two of my favorite items at Chili's have always been their chocolate shake and their chips and salsa. The chocolate shake is rich and decadent. The chips fresh and crispy and the salsa has some spice to it like salsa should. For some reason I hadn't been to a Chili's for a number of years. Then I noticed that there was a Chili's near our office. Can you say lunch time! I have been to Chili's a couple of times and our office has ordered lunch a couple of times. This day I had their Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Let me tell you, there is a lot going on with this sandwich. The chicken breast is thick and juicy. If there is one thing that kills a chicken sandwich, it's dry chicken. Then there is the bacon, salty and savory, creamy avocado, sweet onions, lettuce, tomato and a cilantro-pesto mayo that is fresh and so tasty. This all comes on a buttered roll. This is a big tasty sandwich. I ordered my sandwich with fries which were just ok. That didn't even matter because this sandwich was really good. As much as I love fries, that is saying something. The chips and salsa at Chili's are some of the best I have had. Who would have thought? The chips are crispy and have a hint of salt. The folks at Chili's have even been kind enough to drop off a complimentary order of chips and salsa at our office a few times. That is always appreciated and they don't last long. A friend of mine from Texas says Chili's has the closest thing you can get in Minnesota to authentic Tex-Mex. That's not much of a selling point for me, so I only think to go to Chili's when they have an attractive special. I've been in twice in the past two weeks because currently (July 2018), they do have an awesome deal where you get a good amount of food for ten bucks. I had the crispy chicken tenders one of those times, and I got it with honey chipotle sauce. I didn't like the honey sauce, but I might get that again with a different sauce because it was such a huge heap of chicken tenders. Plus it came with fries and corn on the cob. The second time I came, I tried the cajun chicken pasta and I was very satisfied. I just sat in the bar area both times. Food arrived quickly and the server was pleasant and professional both times. I think I'd be more excited about Chili's if I were more into Tex-Mex cuisine. As it is, I'll keep my out for good deals like this current ten dollar thing. read more

This Chili's me and my family have been coming for years. I love the chips and salsa here. It is the best. I do eat much smaller and healthier meals than I used to after losing 120 pounds. We eat a lot of soup/salad combos. The soups and chili aren't great, healthy options. Why not a tomato soup? My mom is suffering from terminal cancer and she is lactose intolerant so any cream soups aren't acceptable. We have tried several things but I am having trouble finding lite options that may be even vegetarian dishes. Corporate still is making bigger meals and not smaller, lighter meals. How about some 500 calorie options? I hope you rethink the menu someday. Thanks. We do enjoy the Presidente Margaritas that have been $5 on Monday and Thursday. Now they may have stopped that too. Please Chilis reduce the amount of salt in your chili. I could not eat it. The saltiness was off the charts. I like salt like anybody else but it was so overpowering! I can't imaging what the sodium content is. Reaching warning label levels I am sure. Fajitas were really good though. read more

My experience at this restaurant was NOT GOOD. At first all was well, I had a large party of 14 and they sat us quickly (but not all together but we were okay with that). The food and drinks came out at a reasonable time (the food was mid). Something small that upset me was a few of us asked for a refill and were not given one AT ALL. It wasn't until we needed to pay that the problems came about. We wanted to split the bill 4 different ways and so instead of writing down (to remember) who had what she tried to memorize it all. She should've just wrote it down. It was sad the amount of times she had to come around to ask who was with who. Once we finally thought she got it figured out (after about 30 minutes of waiting), she did not in fact have it figured out. I understand that we were a larger party, but this all could've been solved in a more seamless way by her writing down who was with who from the start. Once we were done, she did not even offer to give us boxes for the leftover food to take home. Overall: I will not be back to this establishment and am left unhappy. read more

The service and management are almost too good at this location. Our waitress forced us to get desert by describing the s'mores cake in such vivid detail that we couldn't say no. The cake was amazing and tasted like a fresh hot Twinkie with gourmet chocolate. I had a bunch of chicken ready in a to go box and went to use the bathroom, meanwhile my significant other decided to go to the car and forgot my food. They cleaned the table in under 2 minuets so it was gone. The manager, Dan, went above and beyond by having the kitchen make me new chicken! What a comical experience. Ive been to this location before and walked out before even being seated because of the staff completely ignoring us. so with that as a reference, this dinner started out great as we made it all the way to our table. We ordered the white spinach queso which is supposed to come with guacamole and pico. When we asked the waitress where the guacamole was, after checking with her manager, Mary, we were informed that it was mixed in. Please look at the attached pictures. Chicken was a deep fried piece of cartilage and the other was all pineapple rind.
