Used to be a very good restaurant to eat at but after today we won't be returning to the Eau Claire store. Service was bad and the food was okay. We got our food after sitting for 40 minutes and the fries and brisket sandwich were cold for both of us. Then we waited an additional 15-20 minutes for the wings we ordered before our food. Went to the Eau Claire location a few weeks ago and was astonished by the poor service. Had to wait in car for 20 minutes only to walk in and see half of the place was empty including the bar which we could sit at and have a drink first because it would take up space for people who might want to eat at the bar wtf. When we did get seated it took forever to get a drink when people who walked in right a head of us was already on appetizers. We had to ask for everything! Including menu, then straws, then napkins and finally had to ask for a fork and waitress brought out a fork dripping wet with her bare hands. Asked for take out containers because we wanted to leave and she brought one. 10 minutes later....flagged her for the other one and she got rude. I guess this place doesn't care about customers. We asked for a booth and was told they only had one waitress for the booth area. So we were seated at the indoor patio area. There was soda split on the floor and the seats don't have cushions. I have a back issue and thank you as I can hardly walk today. The waiter only came to our table once after our food came, and that was to give us a check. But he had been at the nearby table several times. I asked for a box and he gave me this tiny box. My wife, 4 kids and myself went on a Friday evening and arrived at 5:40. Seated by 5:45. Waitress took our order for drinks right away and also ordered a couple appetizers. Drinks came somewhat quickly as did the appetizers. I figured I'd order a beer since after all, gotta have beer with wings. Fantastic wings, amazing variety, and solid service: but don't let the great meals fool you, this place is still a sports bar. As long as you don't mind eating your food surrounded by giant screens flickering and flashing the latest scores, teams, and games you'll have an enjoyable time here. I dig looking around (there's no shortage of sports, I once caught parts of a football game, baseball game, and basketball game all in one meal) even though I don't follow the teams. However, if a loud and sometimes rowdy atmosphere would put you off from enjoying your food then you'll want to hit up another restaurant. They've got a dozen different sauces that range from the truly tame to the slightly more than slightly painful - and everything in between. Wash it down with something from their full bar to take the pain away, or pick at a side to cool things off. If you're not into wings, they have alright burgers (nothing amazing, but it'll do) and fair salads, but nothing that really stands out as healthy for you - no big loss there. read more

It wasn't too busy when I went so that was nice. Our waitress was very nice, we ran into a problem with a coupon we were trying to use and the manager seemed to be trying hard to be nice to us when he really seemed annoyed by the situation. I go here every Sunday. Justin is a great bartender who is always happy to serve you. They have lots of TVs so your sporting event will always be on. If it isn't Justin will gladly put it on for you. Many open tables that just needed to be cleaned, told it would be 20 min wait to be seated. After 20 min wait asked hostess how much longer. Told us that we all obviously had attitudes and that she clearly told us at least 30 min. Another 15 min go by tables still full of dirty dishes. I believe the hostess took a few glass off of one and into the back kitchen. Then came back and seated some other people that came in after us. Finally they get someone to clean some tables off. We get seated and waiter takes our drink order. We ask if we can order food right away because we are in a hurry now after the long wait. He said no we must wait for our drink first. So after 10 min some drinks arrive. We ask if we can please order because we were running out of time. He again tells us he is getting the rest of our drinks first and will be back. 5min later he comes back with the final drinks. So we ask if we order now do you think we could have our food in 30min. He then leaves for another 5min to go ask a manager. Comes back and tells us that he talked to him and he doesn't think so. So we pay for drinks and leave. Horrible staff, manager obviously doesn't care and no sense of urgency to get people seated. Just bad, bad place to go eat unless you have nothing to do all day. I love this place, and go here often enough. But I did recently have a bad experience, hence the 4 stars. Me and some friends went to eat and have some beers, and our waitress was not very good. She neglected our table to go hang with her friends by the bar area. It was ridiculous. When she walked by we asked her to grab our check after we had been sitting there waiting for it for a good hour after we finished everything. She took another 45 minutes to bring us our check, then took it but lost my credit card. I had to come back the next morning before work to get it after someone found it. The waitress seemed to just be messing around, so the last experience was bad, but all in all its a good establishment and I usually always have good times here.
