It's a wonder this location has 2 stars. Needs to get down to 1. Called in an order for pickup. Was told it would be one hour, and that they would text when it was ready. After an hour, no text so I headed over there. I called as instructed and told them what spot I was waiting on for pickup. It took them 15 minutes! To bring my food out to me. When it arrived, every item was cold. The boxes were soggy from sitting so long. I pointed this out and asked why I was not informed my order was ready way more than an hour ago. They had no response. They asked if I would like then to redo my order but it would take another 30 minutes. Are you kidding me?! I was not given a receipt and I did not get my dressing and vegetables with my order either. Worst experience ever. Buffalo Wild Wings is in the place that use to be Bennigan's. Whatever vibe that was there before is all gone now. It seems they crammed as many tables as possible into this space. What wasn't covered in tables was covered in TVs (which was a good thing in this case), especially since they were connected to the MMA and Trivia channels. The first thing I had was the fried pickles (of course). They were okay, but I tasted more of the breading than I did of the pickle. The southwest ranch was a pretty good side to go with it. One of my companions ordered nachos. I tried one chip that didn't have meat, and dipped in his salsa. WAY TO SWEET! For my meal, I got the Boca Burger with a side of Asian sauce (and a side of Honey BBQ for the fries it came with). I didn't want to complain, so I ate the burger the way it came. Luke warm. Obviously, they didn't have the right timing to microwave this when the others was done. Somehow, it came out slightly burnt tasting AND cold. The side sauce, like the salsa was too sweet. There really wasn't a flavour to it. Fries were soggy and limp. The Honey BBQ sauce however was tolerable. Of course with all of this I had beer. I had a till pint of Killian's which I followed up with a Red beer Bud Light. I wouldn't recommend these here, since they give you the glass and the beer already mixed. On a side note, I did try someone elses "Blazin' Sauce", which had a slight heat and the Mango Habanero sauce which was probably the best thing there. I was passing through El Paso and desperately wanted wings. I had seen this establishment right off I-10 and decided to call ahead (on my way back through) to place an order for pick up. When I ordered, I got the stereotypical teenager with attitude who didn't understand what I wanted. She told me that my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived within 15 minutes. And my order was ready? Hmmm... she briefly opened and closed the box to confirm my order, took my money and said goodnight. When I got back out to my car, I thought... hmmm... something doesn't seem right here. I opened up the box and the wings were dead (restaurant lingo for sitting in the window for several hours, usually picked on by vultures/servers). The sauce was dried, the meat seemed somewhat dehydrated. And there were only 5 wings (I had ordered 6). Luckily, I caught the attention of a nice manager who not only brought out fresh wings (with sauce and all!) but brought me extras for my trouble. This Buffalo Wild Wings (B-dubs) is hit or miss.. I am a overall fan of B-dubs, however, when we visit this location, we are a little wary as to the quality of service we are about to recieve. My wife and I usually don't go in and sit down to eat here. Most of the time we order ahead on the nights of the Wing Deals, and take our order to the house. The biggest problem we have encountered here is that they never seem to get our order right, the first OR the second time. When we order ahead, we now have to check and verify they gave us the correct order before we take off. I can't count the number of times we didn't check, only to get home to realize our order is completely wrong. Because we now verify the accuracy of our order before we leave, we no longer have this issue. However, we should not need to check in the first place.. Anyway.. if you are not familiar with B-dubs, this is an awesome place to go in and sit, eat some wings or other bar food, drink a beer, watch sports, or play the complimentary games they provide. This is all best done with groups. Like the saying goes, the more the merrier. Their menu changes on a semi-regular basis, and is fairly large. They also have a nice bar selection as well. B-dubs as a chain has awesome deals for wings every week, like I mentioned earlier. For example, the main two deals are $.65 traditional wings on Tuesday, and $.65 Boneless wings on Wednesday. I was baffled at the standards held by this place. I ordered wings, fries and a beer, I was promptly served a draft beer which right out of the gate I told the bartender didn't taste right, this was shrugged off. The food then came out cold. I thought maybe let's try a different selection, as soon as the bartender started pouring that beer the color was much, much lighter. I told the bartender the beer was most definitely watered down, it practically tasted like club soda, she said she didn't know because she didn't drink so she called over a waitress who immediately even before being asked said "the color of that beer doesn't look right" then tasted it and said that's definitely NOT right. I asked for a bottle of the beer and poured it into a glass to compare, the draft looked like dirty club soda. The bartender then poured 3 other selections in small glasses they all looked the same. I asked the waitress if she had been serving these all day to which she replied people have just been ordering BudLight so probably can't tell the difference. The manager then came over and agreed that it wasn't right however even after agreeing with this, beers were still being served this way to other customers. This one was very busy - Service was terrible and the boneless wings had miinimal sauce on them even though I requested heavy mango habenero, they were luke warm, the pretzels seemed like they sat out for about 30 minutes they were hard and cold and the queso was cold as well. The hostess and server were poorly trained and not friendly. They could use some additional training. When your in the service industry you should have a friendly positive attitude. I shouldnt have to feel like i am making the server go out of her way by bringing me a beer or blue cheese! This may be a newer BW3... they need some help. This is one of the worst BW3's I have been to. I will not return to this one when I go back to El Paso. read more

We ordered for pick up on Saturday 5/30/20. We got the 20/20 boneless traditional deal and 10 boneless buffalo. Their pick up was simple yet I wish I had checked my bag before we left. We drove from Horizon and once we got home realized the 20 boneless were missing and one of the 10 traditional was the wrong sauce. BBQ Hot vs HOT, immediately called the place and the manager told me he bagged my order himself and that he placed full order in the bag. If he did and was 100% sure he put complete order in the bag then I wouldn't be missing 20 boneless wings. He said I could come back and pick up the boneless, I made a comment " listen if it was just the wrong sauce on the 10 traditional I wouldn't even be calling let alone drive back but I have 20 boneless missing and a wrong sauce. " he never apologized in fact was adamant that he bagged the order himself. Once we arrived to pick up the 20 wings I asked about the correct 10 traditional and he said " I thought you said you don't care about the wrong sauce so I went ahead and gave you the 20 boneless " as if he is now giving me 20 extra free wings. Wrong! I was missing them and he now is not giving me corrected sauce part of my wrong order. Not sure what order he bagged but I'm sure it was not mine. Very disappointed by the way he handled this, I never complain or write reviews. But this took two trips and still no apology not care.
