food was delicious, after second time it came out. i ordered steak med rare, came out well done after taking 40min to come out to the table...as expected. Waiting 30 more minutes for the recook.two tables near me rotated and i was still waiting for my food. all manager did was take off the upcharge for my salad and side which was .99¢ each. horrible guest recovery. my aunt ate alone then proceeded to watch me eat, but nice i guess since we got $3 off ? they need to work on making it up to the customers. we nearly spent 3 hours there because of their mistake and they did the bare minimum. food was excellent but they need help with guest recovery 100%. Today my family and i went to go eat for father's day hoping for a great family outting, great food and great service. None of that was delivered today. Our server, i don't remember her name unfortunately, She was of dark complexion and a little in the heavier side. We were a party of 9 so we understood services would be a little slower due to the family holiday. However our server seemed to be in a rush as if she wanted to leave but we were a big table so we could see her frustration. ALL of our orders got messed up so we had to wait even longer. A manager did speak with us and apologised for the messed up and comped most of our orders, very grateful to her. However we usually tip very well if we see if it's deserved. At the end of our dinner, our server asked up to clean up our table, which we were going to do either way, but then she asked us to wipe it down for her and to clean up all our trash. I was once a server as well and have never once asked my CUSTOMERS to clean up a table, yes it is human decent and preferred, but it is part of the job as well to clean up after your customers. I just wanna say I'm a truck driver for 24 years. I'm 300 pounds and I eat very well. I've been all over the United States and over 15 different ball parks and stadiums. I have to say that they're Philly cheesesteak is by far the biggest tastiest cheesesteak I have ever eaten. I had one on Thursday and went back Monday to have it againtold the manager that information and he gave me a free pizza for my grandson. After telling him my grandson loved the pizza I will be back. Finally had a chance to try Bubba's which has had long wait times since opening months ago. Service was great - Billy was very attentive and helpful when we asked questions or needed assistance with anything. We loved the crispy fried pickles & the crooked fried cheese appetizers. Mixed results for the main courses - two who ordered the chicken parmesan sandwiches were underwhelmed and gave their meals a "3" rating, the buffalo chicken sandwich order received a "4" along with the bacon avocado chicken sandwich. The best thing we had, outside of the appetizers, was the wild shroomin burger with the fire fries - "5". Overall a "4" for the visit with plans to try pizza, wings and other options in the future. Fantastc food and excellent service! We tried this place on a whim on a Saturday at lunch time. Enjoyed the combo appetizer- raspberry chipotle wings, mozzarella sticks and fried pickles. My husband was impressed by how juicy the wings were with a minimum amount of breading. The other two items were also tasty. He had the shroom burger, which he found good but a little greasy since he mostly only has burgers at home. As a side he had smothered fire fries, which would have been better without the smothering, but the fries seemed ok. Definitely plan to try it again. Happened to roll by on a Sunday afternoon. This place looked packed but it really wasn't and was sat within 10 minutes. The fam and I ordered fried pickles, something I chose everywhere we go. They weren't over breaded with clumps falling off, I hate that. They were really good and the bubbas sauce added the extra kick. And my burger arrived, the green chili burger with the fire fries. The burger super thick and I didn't realize it was double meat. The burger had a fire taste cause it was spicy! It was really good but hot. The fries on the other hand were good and the fire seasoning got annoying after a while. I shoulda gone with regular or seasoned fries. Food was good the place was nice, tvs everywhere. Finally made my way, and I'm glad I paid no mind to the reviews. They must've been going thru the growing pains in the beginning but can honestly say they have gotten it down. The service was amazing. The portions are huge, so being your appetite. I wish I had taken a pic of my chicken sandwich, which was the size of my open hand. It was so delicious it didn't make the pic. My sister got the california chicken dinner, and it was deliciously juicy. That honey lime sauce over it was what elevated that dish. My niece got the chucoviche n bacon Mac n cheese, and that damned chicken was delicious and smoky. The drinks were strong and good. So many tvs too so you're sure not to miss anything. Saw some bad reviews but looked like service issues from when they first opened up, but our server was nice and was attentive. Probably had the best fried pickles I've ever had there. I got the chicken parm sandwich and it was pretty damn good and juicy for a thick breast. Wifey got a shroomin burger and that was a tasty burger as well. Bubba's is good and I hope it lasts. I brought my grandparents here to try out a new place instead of them always wanting to go to Applebees. BEST DECISION!! Thank god they loved it!! When we entered the restaurant it was very welcoming. There was also TVs everywhere so it was slightly a little bit loud but not too bad. We decided to order appetizers the poblano spinach dip and crooked cheese sticks and burgers and surprisingly they were ALL so delicious. I'm not big on eating burgers but I can honestly say these were very delicious and my grandpa approved 100%. Also let me just tell you now ... skip the fries and change them to onion rings because those were the absolute best ones I've had!! Besides the food our server Jake was beyond great... he made sure to check up on us often and never forgot anything we kept asking for so I truly appreciated his service!! I will highly recommend skipping Applebees or any other burger place and come try out Bubbas because this restaurant was very impressive. This year is starting off with a visit to Bubba's 33. We were hungry and their menu looked good. Had to wait to be seated for about 10 minutes. I ordered raspberry tea and my first choice of food was their Shrimp Po'boy. Which they did not have. 2nd choice was the fish, which, you guessed, they also did not have. Reason ? "The truck did not come today".... I went for the 3rd choice, some chicken with avocado sandwich. Very little avocado, but the chicken was tender. The bread was burnt and wet, if that is actually possible. The fries were very, very, very good. The "raspberry tea" was watered down ice tea, with zero flavor. I wouldn't pick this place to come again unless I really was hungry, everything else was closed and I did not want to drive back home. read more

We were traveling and had our dogs with us, so our friends suggested going to Bubba's 33 because they have a patio area. We sat on the patio, but NOBODY could figure out how to turn on the heaters that are located above the seating area!! There were at least 4 peeps that tried. We thank them so much for making the effort! I'm thinking the manager needs to give some training on the operation of the heating lamps!! We ended up a little cold on the patio. (Unfortunately, there was one female employee who probably didn't realize it, but when the door opened, I heard her say something about it was our fault because we chose to sit outside. The rest of the employees were all VERY COOL and tried everything to figure it out!) Two employees came outside because they had heard that we had our dogs on the patio. They were excited to greet our pups and did ask if it was okay for them to pet them. One of the gals even brought them bowls of water!! Our food was pretty good. Good sized portions! We had ordered one of the desserts and asked for an extra plate so we could share it. They came out with the order separated into two servings! This was awesome! It was the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. It was tasty, but, the cookie was real dry. New sports bar cool! Let's go into details. First, location for me is cool. Probably not cool for far far east solders, that might be a 20 min drive from pebble hills. From central you are looking like 25-30 on a busy weekend from Friday - Sunday. Sat at bar and got a pabst for $4. Looked and observed menu for 15 minutes and realized my first beer was gone. The bar waitress took a while but she came and apologized for the long wait for the 2nd round. She was bubbly and funny and told me to just yell her name out next time. Ordered the shotgun shrimp because i was gonna order wings for the fam and i wanted to try the regular cheeseburger ($10.49). The shrimp were good very flavorful and come served on a bed of stringy fries. Wings were good not slimy. The burger definitely had a good taste with the blended bacon incorporated. Lousy service. Unfortunately didn't know what I was getting into and so I took my wife and child the other evening. With no one ahead of us, the hostess had us wait 10 min until finally seating us...more awkwardly we waited an additional 15 min until finally I told a server that nobody had greeted us. I forgot the young man's name but he looked identical to Ben Shapiro! He then responds "Yeah I'm your server, I was busy" What kind of generations are we raising where apologies are not longer admitted? Chivalry is surely dead and boy did we see it all evening with baby faced Shapiro. My wife claims he was socially awkward, but I'm sorry, he was just socially RUDE. Really yummy food. All of our party finished the whole plate. The lemonades are really refreshing!! I thought the fried pickles were a little too salty. Our waiter was very attentive and the atmosphere is cool. There's like 12 tv screens so it's a little overwhelming but the only thing heard was the music. It's hard to believe this used to be Furr's cafeteria. The place cleaned up nice. The menu here has a ton to offer, we opted for pizza and salad. The salad was huge and they messed up our pizza order but it was tasty. This is a great place for drinks and a bite. The bars are very nice. It's a sport themed place so be prepared for a loud atmosphere. It's a lot like Texas Roadhouse which also owns Bubba's. They have similar items. Definitely come here thirsty and hungry.
