First time that we order the Monte Cristo sandwich. It was delicious! My husband ordered the ribeye plate. We also had the onion rings which had great breading. We really enjoyed our dinner there. Our server was attentive and the the ambience by the bar was very nice.

I just wanna say I'm a truck driver for 24 years. I'm 300 pounds and I eat very well. I've been all over the United States and over 15 different ball parks and stadiums. I have to say that they're Philly cheesesteak is by far the biggest tastiest cheesesteak I have ever eaten. I had one on Thursday and went back Monday to have it againtold the manager that information and he gave me a free pizza for my grandson. After telling him my grandson loved the pizza I will be back. This place is awesome.

Yesterday we just stopped by for some after dinner drinks. Then service was excellent. Our waitress was friendly and gave good recommendations. The ambiance wasn't too loud for a Sunday evening crowd. We love coming here

Finally had a chance to try Bubba's which has had long wait times since opening months ago. Service was great - Billy was very attentive and helpful when we asked questions or needed assistance with anything. We loved the crispy fried pickles & the crooked fried cheese appetizers. Mixed results for the main courses - two who ordered the chicken parmesan sandwiches were underwhelmed and gave their meals a "3" rating, the buffalo chicken sandwich order received a "4" along with the bacon avocado chicken sandwich. The best thing we had, outside of the appetizers, was the wild shroomin burger with the fire fries - "5". Overall a "4" for the visit with plans to try pizza, wings and other options in the future. The spot has a cool vibe to it with tv's and local sports paraphernalia everywhere you look and music playing over the speakers.

Fantastc food and excellent service! We tried this place on a whim on a Saturday at lunch time. Enjoyed the combo appetizer- raspberry chipotle wings, mozzarella sticks and fried pickles. My husband was impressed by how juicy the wings were with a minimum amount of breading. The other two items were also tasty. He had the shroom burger, which he found good but a little greasy since he mostly only has burgers at home. As a side he had smothered fire fries, which would have been better without the smothering, but the fries seemed ok. Definitely plan to try it again. The server and manager both came to check our table repeatedly throughout our visit.

Happened to roll by on a Sunday afternoon. This place looked packed but it really wasn't and was sat within 10 minutes. The fam and I ordered fried pickles, something I chose everywhere we go. They weren't over breaded with clumps falling off, I hate that. They were really good and the bubbas sauce added the extra kick. And my burger arrived, the green chili burger with the fire fries. The burger super thick and I didn't realize it was double meat. The burger had a fire taste cause it was spicy! It was really good but hot. The fries on the other hand were good and the fire seasoning got annoying after a while. I shoulda gone with regular or seasoned fries. Food was good the place was nice, tvs everywhere. Can't believe this was furrs buffet at one point.

Finally made my way, and I'm glad I paid no mind to the reviews. They must've been going thru the growing pains in the beginning but can honestly say they have gotten it down. The service was amazing. The portions are huge, so being your appetite. I wish I had taken a pic of my chicken sandwich, which was the size of my open hand. It was so delicious it didn't make the pic. My sister got the california chicken dinner, and it was deliciously juicy. That honey lime sauce over it was what elevated that dish. My niece got the chucoviche n bacon Mac n cheese, and that damned chicken was delicious and smoky. The drinks were strong and good. So many tvs too so you're sure not to miss anything. It wasn't too loud, so I appreciated that. Will bring my friends here next time.

Saw some bad reviews but looked like service issues from when they first opened up, but our server was nice and was attentive. Probably had the best fried pickles I've ever had there. I got the chicken parm sandwich and it was pretty damn good and juicy for a thick breast. Wifey got a shroomin burger and that was a tasty burger as well. Bubba's is good and I hope it lasts. Has plenty of TV's to catch all the games and comfortable seating. I really enjoyed my lunch time.

I brought my grandparents here to try out a new place instead of them always wanting to go to Applebees. BEST DECISION!! Thank god they loved it!! When we entered the restaurant it was very welcoming. There was also TVs everywhere so it was slightly a little bit loud but not too bad. We decided to order appetizers the poblano spinach dip and crooked cheese sticks and burgers and surprisingly they were ALL so delicious. I'm not big on eating burgers but I can honestly say these were very delicious and my grandpa approved 100%. Also let me just tell you now ... skip the fries and change them to onion rings because those were the absolute best ones I've had!! Besides the food our server Jake was beyond great... he made sure to check up on us often and never forgot anything we kept asking for so I truly appreciated his service!! I will highly recommend skipping Applebees or any other burger place and come try out Bubbas because this restaurant was very impressive. I will definitely be coming back in the future:) enjoy my pics !!

Now I must admit that the frosted croissants were almost a kryptonite to my diet lol. Now for my entree I opted for a 10oz sirloin with a side of mashed potatoes and sweet carrots. Missing silverware, condiments not being present, and at times things going forgotten or unnoticed when requested. The appetizer (pictured) Philly Egg-rolls, were the best food option we received for brunch that afternoon. It was shareable between 3 adults and filling before the entrees arrived. I wouldn't order the Monte Cristo Sandwhich again, very large, dry and just didn't pair well with the potatoes and the jam offered (pictured). We did have to switch out drinks due to her taste and upkeep up the beverages. The sweet tea originally ordered did not taste well but received new drinks upon request: Mango and Strawberry lemonade. I always add mayo to mine. The fries are always delicious, that I ordered some to go. My friend was disappointed though, upon opening her burger she spotted a black hair on the melted cheese. The waiter brought her a new one, but it shouldn't have to take 20-25 minutes for a remake. My complaint was the men's restroom! For not being crowded on a Thursday evening it was a dirty mess! The toilets and floors were dirty, the toilet seats were wobbly, and this was in both stalls. The sinks were dirty and clogged, water all over the place and floor. The trash was full as well. Now I checked the restroom checklist and H. Braga or Fraga did a poor job at whatever they are supposed to do. He or she signed it at 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm, I was in there at 6:45 pm. I know within 15-20 minutes the trash would not have gotten that full! This person didn't do anything to that restroom. The manager on duty needs to do a better job in keeping that restroom clean, and not as dirty as the Loves or Flying J Truck Stop restroom. I will attach a screen capture of the checklist.

I had the pot roast with salad, and had bread pudding for dessert. My dining partners had a chili bowl with corn muffin, a Denver omelette with hash browns and corned beef hash with potatoes, scrambled eggs and added a waffle, because WAFFLES!! Oh and they split a chocolate cream pie. So my salad was amazing, forgot to take a pic. The ranch dressing here is really good. Ripe to and crisp romaine. And nice cucumbers. My pot roast was so tender it was simply falling apart, the veggies under were nice. The gravy was yummy, I had to ask for some extra. The green beans were simply amazing here. And they had corn on the cob!!! Bi-colored, sweet, tender-crisp when you took a bite! SO GOOD. My dining partners liked their food, the Denver omelette was a picture to look at and huge. The only real complaint there was the has was just too dry. It was just shredded corned beef and small cubed potatoes. It needed something to bring it all together, she said. She didn't finish it. The 3 of them split a chocolate cream pie. It looked very nice but when cutting into it, to share slices, that was impossible, it was not set inside, it was very runny. Perhaps the waiter grabbed one that had just been made and not one that had chilled long enough, but they ate it with spoons and loved the flavor. My bread pudding was spectacular. I love Bread Pudding anyway, but this was very very good but the third bite in, it was cold, not just refrigerator cold but super cold. So I called the waiter back over and asked him to please reheat it because it was like near frozen in the middle. Which he happily did and also added some fresh whipped cream for me. So a couple of miscues with the desserts but all in all a nice birthday celebration. MAGGIE, I know you wanted me to email you, on my previous review, HOWEVER, your email address you gave bounced back as undeliverable or not an email address on several email options I have. As we were seated our waiter took 10 min to great us and then another 12 min to bring our drinks. I didn't think anything of it yet it was a precursor to the rest of our dinner. After he took our order our kids food came out in a very timely fashion but our two orders of salmon and one steak sandwich took 40 min to arrive at the table. What a ridiculous waste of my time because my sandwich was missing the fries ordered and our waiter thought nothing of it till I brought it up then he took another 10 min to bring my fries. All this while simultaneously forgetting the sauce for the salmon which also took another 10 min to bring out. The salmon was so dry it was tacky and stuck to your teeth. If you know the feeling you know it's bad. The rice that came underneath the salmon was crunchy and way undercooked. All while the waiter was like oh I can bring you free deserts for your wait all while I could only think about how I just wanted to leave. I was internally livid and exhausted but kept it to my self after seeing the owner or manager who we the guy with the white hair over at the bar enjoying a few alcoholic beverages meanwhile his restaurants service and waitstaff to the worst possible job they can. I saw the people who got the most attention and good service were all regulars sitting at the bar laughing it up with the manager/owner older guy. Why not make sure your restaurant is running smoothly and food is being delivered and prepared properly and stop trying to impress the regulars who most likely will show up either way. Any restaurant that is this unorganized and unmotivated is due to crappy management. All this and the waiter is like I'll comp you for the steak sandwich with a discount for the bad service and salmon which was a whopping $5. I don't want a discount I don't want free day old desserts I want good service and decent food. Discounts and free desserts will never fix the problem because it will always be a crutch for trashy customer service. How about stop drinking with the guests and whoop that staff into semi decent shape buy some high chairs and make sure your expo does a once over quality check on the food and time it takes to get to the table EVEN if that means stepping in and doing it yourself. The restaurant is dark the tables are sticky the whole place is very compact . Perfect and quite attractive after 5-6 wines for sure. I'm sure the food is outstanding after a few drinks as well . They gave us a $25 dollar gift card to return which if I could I'd give to the owner so he could experience the same horrible food and service we did. I wouldn't even give the gift card to someone I hated. This was one of the first times in a long time I didn't just let it slide because I understand all restaurants and people have bad days but this was exceptionally bad. If you are thinking it can't be that bad think again it absolutely can. The whole "I'm sorry we usually have awesome service and everyone loves our food it's probably just me and my family " is laughable . This isn't my first time here while visiting El Paso. The food is getting worse.
