Really should be less than one star across the board this restaurant has TERRIBLE customer service! I have experience bad service in multiple restaurants in 2 different states so it must be the way they are managed. I ONLY order online and don't arrive until the time it says. Had a great experience. Andre let us taste every option of sauce and draft they had, with a great attitude. The waitress was always around and we never had to look for her. Went there for the first time tonight and really excited about trying the place and of course eating some delicious wings! The restaurant was very clean and well kept. I didn't check out the bathrooms, but i would hope they were just as clean. We were seated very quickly, however it took a while for the waitress to come by. I was very happy to see all types and ages of waiters and waitresses working there. However I was disappointed in our waitress. Yes she took our order but didn't really have much contact with us after that. There was no asking if we had been there or even explaining about Wing Tuesday. The wings. Since it was traditional wing Tuesday I wanted to take advantage and try the BBQ honey mustard and Caribbean jerk wings. I've had Caribbean jerk at other places and at home and liked them. I was only able to eat a half of one, as they were WAY too spicy and miserable. I couldn't eat them. The honey mustard ones were pretty good, I think they would have been better if they were the only ones that I ordered. However, they were not too saucy and not too dry, BUT...they certainly weren't anything spectacular for me or something that I would make the 30 minute drive just to eat there again. The seasoned wedges weren't seasoned at all and tasted like a plain ol' wedge, nothing special about them. When ordering you had to tell the waitress exactly how many sauces you were going to need, in which apparently they charge you for them whether you use them or not. Small portions and dry food. I've been twice and I am not impressed. The restaurant is tight, if you're claustrophobic then this is not the place for you. Waiters and waitresses will not return so get what you need while they are at your table or you'll be thirsty and without condiments. I love this place. Me and my boyfriend will only go here to get wings. Last Saturday we decided to go eat there just me and him. Well my family called and they were in town so we asked them to join us. We were already siting down and got our drinks before they call. (We were sitting outside) So we asked are server if we could move our table with another and off course she said yes, even tho you could barley fit past the 2 tables to get to the other side The servers did not complain once. After my family arrived there was about 8 of us they took their drink order. After that we had a about 3 different servers come and make sure we were okay. Even though we were outside and it was one severs table we had 3 servers and they made sure we had everything. ( plus it was pretty full inside) read more

Ordered from here tonight and it was awful. Asked for crispy wings and got soggy ones. Fries were terrible. Seasoning on the wings was awful. I am a bartender and have been for 10+ years so I know the industry. I also frequently dine out and when I do, I sit at the bar, if possible. My boyfriend and I came to this restaurant tonight two and a half hours before closing time, so there was absolutely no excuse for bad, rude, neglectful service...not that there ever should be an excuse for that. But our bartender was all of those things...bad, rude, and neglectful. She was attentive to everyone else around us, but treated us like we were nothing to her. I ordered a beer and didn't receive it until 20 minutes later when she looked at me and realized she forgot it. I was extremely understanding. She never apologized and laughed about it when she finally realized what had happened. There was never a moment when we felt like she cared about our experience or our needs. She also had a sidekick bartender who only asked me if I needed another beer because she wanted my empty glass to wash it. Absolutely horrible experience and we will never ever go back when she is behind the bar again. read more

I've been a few times since they've opened have had great experiences and some not so great. We had Cassidy for one visit and she was so quick, knew we were on lunch and always getting us refills and checking on us to make sure we were in & out quickly and smoothly! However, other times we went we had to wait forever to get our food, refills, etc. the food is excellent and never had bad food - just long wait times and not so great service other times. read more

Went in twice and first time the waitress was extremely rude and didn't check on our table at all and she slammed the checks on the table and didn't say anything else.. After speaking to the woman manager we were given a $5 off next time we spend $25 coupon (which who is gonna spend that much on wings? Just to save $5?) ... The second time our waitress (whose name I forgot, maybe it was Jamie or something like that.) was EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude, ghetto, trashy, and to me it seemed like she was showing off for somebody or something. Idk. But. Started out serving us she used cuss words because she thought it would be ok since we were "younger" then after telling her my order was wrong because I ordered all flats she acted like she didn't want to get it fixed. Then she had a terrible attitude the entire time after that and once the wings were fixed she had a different person bring them out as well as had a different person bring us our drinks. If your my waitress and I'm suppose to be tipping you then YOU need to be the one waiting on me! Then after asking the other worker where our waitress was she finally comes out and caused a huge scene and it ended in her saying "we can take it to the parking lot"... While her manager stood there saying nothing. Then after she was dismissed her manager decided that he also wanted to be unprofessional and he did nothing to her but he told ME that I wasn't going to get "snippy" with him....??? So.. After that I told them I wouldn't be paying for any of the food they brung me and told them they could even take it all back BC I no longer wanted it. Then he continued to be rude and he continued to try to have confrontation with me so I told him to send out the woman that was higher than him and he proceeded to tell me that "he was the highest" ... This I knew was a lie because I had spoken with a woman higher than him before and since he wanted to pretend he was the big man I proceeded to describe what the boss woman looked like and he finally sent her out to our table. She is the only worker there that likes her job apparently :/ and that knows how to do her job. Also once she got out to our table I asked her if he was higher than her and as I thought... NO he was not. Therefore he knew that he was wrong and he just didn't want me to tell his boss on him.. So. Yeah. I've never had worse service at ANY place IN MY LIFE. I've never even wasted my time writing a review for ANYTHING but I just wanted to warn everybody else that BOOOOO ETOWN B DUBS SUCKS!!! Service was good, except we didn't have one person doing the work it was more like 4 people. They ran out of fries...which was okay because the onion rings were good but no discount on them...the wings were dried out and had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp gross!!! Were cold by the time they got to the table. They had barely any sauce on them. My husband got Caribbean jerk and those were way better than mine (medium). After our visit last night, I must only give this location 2 stars. My husband and I regularly visit BWW. Typically our service is good and the food can be hit or miss at this one. Last night we had a little of a wait to be seated (which is not a problem). The problem is when a guy walks in 10 minutes after us and the server behind the bar runs up to him (like he might be her boyfriend) and asks if he is by himself. She proceeds to run around and find him a table all the while "trying" to be slick about it as she knows people are ahead of him already waiting. He and two friends go on ahead to be seated. When I question another server on this, she is clearly caught off guard, but attempts to cover for her coworker and tell me that those people had a "reservation." Sure they did. I witnessed the conversation and even expressed this to the manager, who could really care less. This location needs to concentrate a little more on the customer service aspect and worry a little less about the "party" crowd. I'm all about a fun environment, but I still expect to be treated properly and when I am not, I expect a manager to do their job or at least pretend like they are!!! Just a thought! read more

This eatablishment is poor at best. This is the third visit for me. Each time my food came to the table no less that 40 min after it had been ordered and was wrong. This last time we sat at the bar Leah the bartender not only ignored us but forgot our food. We had to ask her if it was ok to order now after we had been sitting there for 35 min. She gave us a cocky look and took our order. After 30 min our food finally came. Our appetizer came at the same time as good and was cold and soggy. A burger with hard bread and cold meat. Disgusting my husband suggested I send it back. My reply... Why so I can wait 30 more min for crappy food? The service here is terrible as is the food and atmosphere. It's so loud your own family can't hear you at your table. Pick one music or tv volume. And the worst wait staff ever. I am sitting here looking at my uneaten food and not one person has asked me if I needed a drink nor if my food was ok. We have been here over an hour and a half waiting for food or attention.
