I dined in with a group of 12 on a Monday evening and had a super young server who was very gentle and kind, yet not equipped to handle a table this large. Not only was our server not ready to host, I don't think one employee in the building was. Everyone seemed to ignore our big table and we had to serve ourselves for a majority of our stay. To start, we all went around the table and ordered drinks. The server didn't know many of the beers and couldn't find a mojito on her tablet. She later came back and told the group there was no mint to make a mojito with which should have made her life easier because almost every person got a beer. It took about 25 minutes anytime a beer was ordered and was almost a guarantee that it would get delivered to the wrong person at our table. At one point, we started a game of swapping drinks or just accepting beers that were brought to us in error. When I say this was a total disaster, it was. It was embarrassing for this establishment to say the least and I really hope management looks into it. When it came time to order appetizers, we ordered a variety and that seemed to go over smoothly. The cheese curds and pickle fries were my favorites. The only issue was that utensils, plates and napkins were not delivered until 30 minutes post app delivery forcing our group to share the appetizer plates and me to go up to the bar and grab napkins for everyone. The food order went decent as well. The quality of the food was outstanding. Many people ordered burgers in my group, a couple of wraps and I opted for the mama's Mac. I loved my meal. Personally, I didn't have hair in my food, but 2 others did. Sadly, the service needs extreme work and perhaps chef's hair nets can also be implemented. Bummer!!

Most people don't know they are high in sugar and should just basically be cooked for a short time in hot oil. They cook differently than potato french fries. But there again old grease will do that too, make them taste funky. All in all with many other options in Fargo, this would not be my next choice, but I'm pretty picky and I usually don't write a review anymore unless I can enlighten somebody else to not make the same mistake.

The food came out quickly, and the bar staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of food for my wife and me, with enough left over for a full second meal--which made this a great value as well. The ribs were fantastic. We chose the Sticky ribs, and they were exactly the fall-off-the-bone style I love: tender, juicy, and nicely coated with a flavorful, slightly sweet sauce. The pulled pork was also excellent--very juicy and tender with plenty of flavor. I topped mine with their spicy BBQ sauce, which I really liked. It isn't overwhelmingly hot, but it has just enough zip to make things interesting. My wife thought the pulled pork was a little bland on its own, while I thought it was just right. Chalk that one up to different tastes! That's part of what makes barbecue fun. The brisket was extremely tender, with a beautiful seared crust on the ends and slices cut at what I thought was the perfect thickness. My one reservation--and the reason I'm giving four stars rather than five--is that I found the brisket a little salty. I normally eat a very low-sodium diet, so I may simply be more sensitive to salt than most people. My wife didn't find it overly salty at all, so I wouldn't consider this a flaw in the brisket, just a difference in personal preference. For someone who enjoys a more generously seasoned brisket, this could easily be a five-star dish. The mac and cheese was creamy, flavorful, and very satisfying. It also came topped with a couple of slices of smoked sausage. The sausage had a nicely spiced flavor and a firm, meaty texture that was a great complement to the creamy mac and cheese. Assuming if you ordered the sausage as part of the meal it would be the same so recommending you try that as well. Overall, we were very happy with the meal. I'm giving NoBull four stars because I reserve five stars for those rare meals where absolutely everything is perfect *for me*. The food here was very good, and the one issue I had was really a matter of my personal sensitivity to salt. I could easily see someone else giving this place five stars. If you're a local or just passing through Fargo, I'd definitely recommend giving NoBull Smokehouse a try. And if you're ordering takeout, I'd suggest asking for extra BBQ sauce. We received two small plastic containers, but we probably could have used four!

Staff should know who is coming and going but I have compassion when it gets busy. I pointed to the sign and said is it seat yourself? The staff member looked confused so I told her that I have been waiting on a table. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to iron out customers. Recommendations include another staff member at the front to control new walk ins to mitigate confusion or better attention from the staff at the register. The ugly: I thought I left my wireless mouse there as I worked from my computer. When I called to inquire about my missing item, the staff member was rude , she put me on hold after I stated my reason for calling and said she needed to help another customer. When she came back on the line, she proceeded to not really care about my ask, couldn't hear my ask correctly in the first place and then asked where I was sitting. This was such a turn off for me. Food is a 4. Service is a 2.5.

I went here a few months ago and I still remember not feeling very good for the better part of the day after eating here. My cousins and I sat on the patio and it was during the summer (obviously). I ordered pulled pork sandwiches with ranch sauce and a side order of fries. The fries were skinny and hard and they tasted stale. I am a fan of crispy fries, but these fries tasted worse than the fries taste in my school lunch. The pulled pork sandwiches were revolting with the ranch sauce (I admit that I did not see the list of their huge assortment of sauces on the menu when I was ordering), but pulled pork with ranch did not taste good at all, and I felt very nauseated for the rest of the day after eating that meal. I decided to give it two stars because it was a very nice day to sit outside, and the waitress was very good. read more

I'm currently sitting at Bdubs and Carley is the absolute worst bartender I'v ever had. She has rolled her eye and refused drinks to our side of the patio at the bar. She should not be a bartenter it's not her calling!!! Find another job sweetie read more
