Such a tough spot to rate because the service was horrendous, yet the food quality and selections were outstanding. I dined in with a group of 12 on a Monday evening and had a super young server who was very gentle and kind, yet not equipped to handle a table this large. Not only was our server not ready to host, I don't think one employee in the building was. Everyone seemed to ignore our big table and we had to serve ourselves for a majority of our stay. To start, we all went around the table and ordered drinks. The server didn't know many of the beers and couldn't find a mojito on her tablet. She later came back and told the group there was no mint to make a mojito with which should have made her life easier because almost every person got a beer. It took about 25 minutes anytime a beer was ordered and was almost a guarantee that it would get delivered to the wrong person at our table. At one point, we started a game of swapping drinks or just accepting beers that were brought to us in error. When I say this was a total disaster, it was. It was embarrassing for this establishment to say the least and I really hope management looks into it. When it came time to order appetizers, we ordered a variety and that seemed to go over smoothly. The cheese curds and pickle fries were my favorites. The only issue was that utensils, plates and napkins were not delivered until 30 minutes post app delivery forcing our group to share the appetizer plates and me to go up to the bar and grab napkins for everyone. The food order went decent as well. The quality of the food was outstanding. Many people ordered burgers in my group, a couple of wraps and I opted for the mama's Mac. I loved my meal. Personally, I didn't have hair in my food, but 2 others did. Sadly, the service needs extreme work and perhaps chef's hair nets can also be implemented. Bummer!! read more

My first (and maybe last time) in Fargo, ND. The basketball team was in North dakota for the second game of our 5 day road trip. and after a 4:00AM wake up call and no breakfast, the team was hungry. we were served by a very friendly staff that didn't look that much older than us. they were quick to serve us and always asked checked in. As far as the food goes, I was a bit unsure what to order but opted for the bacon chicken ranch wrap and it was fantastic. perfect mix of chicken, crispy bacon, cheese and dressing all wrapped tightly in a warm tortilla. it also came with a side of fries and those were cooked perfectly. crispy with the right amount of seasoning. Arrived at about 1130 am on a Sunday. It looked like there were only 2 servers working. With that being said, they were very attentive for how busy it got around noon for NFL Sunday. This place is super energetic and great too watch sport events at! I came here on a Saturday night with a reservation so there wasn't a wait but it was very busy! I think almost every table was full! The service was surprisingly quick, easy, and friendly. I got the Cuban sandwich which came with pulled pork, pickles, Swiss cheese, and mustard. This was sooo sooo yummy! If you like mustard, make sure to ask for a little more because they were light on applying it. Overall, the sandwich was very flavorful and the pulled pork wasn't over cooked or dry. I've had other Cuban sandwiches before and this was one of the better ones. I asked for ranch on the side, which wasn't that good. It tasted a bit bland and didn't have much flavor. And to my surprise, they charged extra for it! I wish they told me it would have costed extra. I was there with about 50 people and splitting checks for everyone was easy! My son has NDSU orientation tomorrow. Someone on the NDSU parents facebook page suggested this place. I ordered homemade pizza rolls and shared with my son. Also ordered a side salad. This place is clean and comfortable with very good service. It would be fun to go here on game day, but it's really popular for sporting events so you would need to be there several hours early. We enjoyed our visit here. The location is nice, situated in the heart of the NDSU college scene and the restaurant itself is very nice. They have both a good food and drink menu, and it took our group some time to finally decide on what we wanted. And by that, I don't mean an overwhelming large menu with too many choices, but more so that everything sounded good. If you advertise you're a sports bar with all NFL games, you may want your staff to have the TVs on and know how to change channels. Bar half full, only 2 TVs with Vikes game on. WTF. Typical attitude from staff that they're short staffed, swamped, etc.... I bartender back in my day, and this attitude would not have been tolerated. Sad to see this us the norm nowadays. Horrible service, not very good food, wrong atmosphere. I have been here a few times but 2/22/17 was probably the worst. There were about 10 tables with people at them and there were at least 6 servers. This was also on mug night but there were not many people there yet. About 10 minutes after arriving at the bar, our waitress asked us if there was anything we needed and then promptly walked away before we were able to answer. When we were finally able to order, we ordered mugs of beer and then the waitress left again. We waited for 20 minutes before our beers arrived, and they didn't bring enough or the right beers. She didn't come back to ask us if we wanted refills until over an hour later. Our waitress wasn't the only bad apple in the bunch, I didn't see a waiter or waitress for a majority of the time I was in the bar. There was not a bartender at the bar multiple times throughout the night. The food is dry, over cooked, and takes forever to receive. I have never had a good food item here. The food also doesn't really seem to follow a pattern or theme. I got chips and salsa last night and the chips were seasoned oddly and the salsa tastes like a cold, chunky marinara sauce. I have ordered a burger before and the outside of the burger was burned while the inside was extremely dry. We ordered food yesterday and waited 40 minutes before getting our food. They also brought a plate of food, which nobody had ordered, 3-4 times and told us that we were wrong about none of us ordering it. The atmosphere is odd. It looks like a higher class establishment but tries to act like a dive bar. It was great to have the Bison Basketball game on, but the volume was too high to hear the person next to you. It is right next to NDSU Campus and is not a very good bar for a college student, so it's placement seems wrong and it's atmosphere seems off. There is no good parking. If you leave your car overnight on a weekday, you will get a ticket and if you park in one of the parking spots that aren't specified for Herd and Horns you can expect to pay $300 to get your car back. Well well I was in the mood for some wings but didn't want the norm corporate crap and I've had other wings in the area sickies etc okay. Found this place not far recent reviews were good let's go. It was a slow afternoon clean environment a couple tables kind and welcoming staff. Sit at the bar nice bit screens to watch sports with a nice selection of beer and liquor. I decided to get a Bloody Mary which was good and got an order of bourbon teriyaki wings which were off the chain. One I forgot to say crisp because so many places make them soggy yuk. Nope these were crips moist and delicious. I had read about their chicken chili so I got a cup of and it was awesome the cheese crostini not so much. All the plates I saw going back were cleaned so that tells me the other food must be great. I did get meatloaf dinner to go which I look forward to eating later. The bar tender that was on 3/14/21 in the afternoon insisted I try the cheeseburger soup so he plated me up some to try. It was good thank you. Overall, I give it an unenthusiastic "meh..." The atmosphere is really nice - modern, clean, and some local décor. In terms of service, I wasn't too impressed as our server was nice, but slow when there weren't a lot of other tables there, took a while to give me a clean glass when I saw that mine had lipstick on the rim of it, and charged us for a side of ranch that was supposed to be automatically included with one of our appetizers (not a big deal I know). My friend and I went during their happy hour and got to try several of their appetizers at a discounted price point, which was nice for sampling a variety of food. I didn't get a picture, but we got the loaded fries, where the fries themselves were good, but this was drenched in BBQ sauce and made everything pretty soggy (I'm a huge sauce lover, but this was too much even for me). The steak bites were okay, but I don't think I'd get these at the regular price as they were a bit chewy. The pizza eggrolls were the most unique - lots of cheese, sausage, and cheesiness deep fried in wonton wrappers! The worst service you can find in the state. Granted we did have 20 people, but some of us got our bill before people at our same table got their food. Paying a dollar to play 4 points of foosball is just tacky, come on. Their highlighted menu choice was the boom boom burger. Small portions, could have eaten 2 or 3 burgers if it was good enough to bother. The pulled pork did not go well with the burger. Extremely greasy, too much cheese.
