I stopped to eat dinner here and was very happy with my meal. I had the spinach dip, the filet with a side Caesar salad and loaded mashed potatoes. The spinach dip was delicious with a Parmesan crust. They also came with soft pita chips which was a nice change from toasted bread. The steak was deliciously seasoned and great flavor, cooked to perfection. The salad was a salad so nothing mind blowing there, but the loaded mashed potatoes were killer! Nothing like being rushed to order your food as soon as you sit down. My husband and I were told as soon as we sat down that we had "better hurry up" and order because entrees were taking 35 minutes to complete. We ordered drinks and appetizers immediately, and were asked to make dinner choices as well. I wish I was joking when our appetizers, salads, and entrees all came out in less than 25 minutes. Not handicap accessible. No door opener for handicaped. The door was very heavy and I opened far enough to get though, but door closed before I was completely through. This place is always consistent with it's meats. I knew coming here i wasn't going to waste my money on a steak. I ordered the 20oz Outlaw Ribeye with a parmesan crust. I also ordered the Strawberry salad. The salad was AMAZING!!! I am a fan of summer blend salads with fruits and pecans. This salad was on steroids! One of my favorites now! I usually order my steaks plain with no extras. My coworker recommended it with the parmesan crust and OMG, it enhanced the level of flavor ten fold! My family decided to go here for supper one night we ordered our food. We got our salad 45 minutes went by no food. We had not even seen our server. Finally somebody came by with our food. It was very Luke warm. Very sad. We asked to see a manager. We still have not seen our server as we're talking to the manager. We seen the server standing up at the tail behind the bar and Server never did come back to our table The manager comped our food and said we could take that cold stuff with us. OK she didn't say cold stuff. She said we could take our food with us. We said no thank you and we left hungry and sad A few weeks went by or like a month, and I finally talked the family to go there again we ordered our food got our salad and again we waited. I don't know if this is typical when we got our food mine was piping hot and my other family member was cold. We are again asked to talk to the manager she again comped her meal. And then made comments after the other person of my party left The manager made comment that my other party member was just hangry I was taken back by that statement I've worked in kitchens most of my life so I know The issues that can happen in a kitchen, but maybe you should address your problem in the back and stop taking issues out on the customers by calling them Hangry are all your customers Hangry I'm guessing this happens on a regular basis since it happened to us twice read more

We get into Fargo and ask at the front desk for a recommendation, and they give us Longhorn. Ok, I admit that I am a Cali snob and made my mind up in advance that this was going to be a glorified Outback-type chain...meh. Couldn't be further from the truth! I had the rib-eye, corn on the cob and salad. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!! The rib eye was tender, well-marbled, and cooked to perfection. Corn had some magical sauce that I would have licked off my plate if no one were watching, and the salad was delish (yes, you can ruin a simple vegetable salad!) Portions were generous and I ended up taking about half home (except salad!). Waitress was adorable (thanks Olivia!), and service great. The only reason I am giving it a 4 and not a 5 was the fries were a bit salty ... and I specifically asked for the salad first and it came first but the cheeseburger came maybe two minutes later. Normally - I love coming here, laid back atmosphere and comfortable overall. However, tonight I left doubting if I will ever return. The waitress took forever to show up and when she came she said she didn't notice our arrival. Fine no problem - so we ordered and the wife and I both had the steak and shrimp combo. The steak was good but the shrimp was so salty it was inedible, on both plates. I mentioned it and apologized for complaining and she basically said too bad, order it without salt next time. Can't go wrong at LongHorn in Fargo if you are looking for steak. The food came out quick and was not only well cooked but well seasoned. The restaurant was clean and the front staff friendly. I had the prime rib and it was tasty and cooked perfect. The waitress was a little on the forgetful and slow side. We had to flag her down for water re-fill and she never asked how the food was. This was a isolated incident as I've eaten at longhorn all over the US and servers are hit or miss sometimes. Over the food is well priced and good. read more

Went here because Texas Roadhouse was to busy, the waitress was very judgy about what food we got and how we wanted it prepared, she was very crabby and seemed like she didn't want to be there, my friend ordered the LB burger which had no sauce(said on menu for special sauce) and was very dry and fell apart, she was going to get medium rare but the waitress says that "It's a burger you know that right," so my friend said medium because she panicked after she said this, when we payed she took our cards and left for 5-10 minutes without returning, she went to the back even though the machine is not back, and wondered away with our cards, would not recommend this location. read more
