This took place August 4th, 2022 (sorry for the late post) So my husband surprised our small little family with a trip to Flagstaff because he job is transferring him up here pretty soon and he wanted to know how I felt the area before we had to move. Our server was this cool gothic chick, she was super nice and helpful and had captured my 11 month old heart . I usually have dreadful experiences when it comes to BWW but this was icing on the cake. (My favorite part of cake ) I havnt had any kind of alcoholic beverage since I had my son and margaritas are my favorite and she recommended a great drink it's combo of 2 margaritas in 1 was worth the extra money. Absolute worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever. It's filthy. Looks like it's ran by all college students. When we walked in, 4 employees passed us and not a single one greeted us and we waited to put our name in. Someone finally walked by and we had to ask to be seated. The guy said "hold on let me find my hostess". When she finally came, not a "hello" "sorry for the wait" nothing. Just follow me. Restaurant is pretty dead, took 50 minutes to get our food. Fry's were stale and cold, both of the kids wings came boneless instead of bone-in, which I clearly stated. I had to get up and find someone for napkins and silverware. We ordered a loaded tots, a appetizer sampler and a chicken buffalo salad with grilled chicken instead of crispy. The loaded tots did come out first and they were cold after waiting a long time. The rest of the meal came out and was warm not hot. The chicken on the salad was not tossed in sauce. There was no sauce provided for my salad. When the manager was called over, he said I'll give you a 15% discount for our mistake and explain that the kitchen has been having issues for a long time and he spent two hours himself in the kitchen. Hugo, our waiter let us know that the kitchen was running behind and it would be taking a long time to get our food and we were OK with that but we were not OK with was the food coming out incorrectly and cold after a long wait. We came in with a party with a party of 10 and the business was slow. We waited over thirty minutes to receive our drinks and the waitress did not check in on us at all. After that we got an order taken after another thirty minutes. After a total of an hour and a half we finally got all our food which was lukewarm. The waitress and manager avoided our concerns and did nothing to accommodate or fix our issues. The service and the management need work. We found a feather in the wings and it was uncooked. The mozzarella stick came out frozen. The manager offered no apology and came out sloppy. Definitely trust the reviews and do not come out to this establishment. read more

When we first arrived, the location was empty and we were told it was a 30 minute wait. We sat for 30 minutes and then got sat finally. Nothing needed to even be cleaned. Ordered food at the start of a soccer game and only got half of the orders by half time. Waiter was nice and hid his disdain pretty well. Food was the main issue. It took an hour to come out and everything was cold. It took about an hour to get our food, waitress was nice, but would been helpful to know the status of our order, and check in every once in a while. We also were waiting a while for a water refill. Great location near Walmart with plenty of parking. Service and food are excellent and the television set up for watching sports is awesome. Big screens all over. Some booths even have their own televisions and we were able to ask for and get a particular basketball game on our television, although not the sound. I would give it zero if that were an option. I believe if you don't employee to put out the food then you should just close. We got there around 7pm to am almost empty restaurants with 3 parties waiting. We waited the 20 or so minutes to be seated and then after being seated we got a warm beer from the tap and waited another 25 minutes after we put in our order to only be told we wouldn't get our food for another 15-20 minutes! I came in with a party of 10, waited an hour to get in which we didn't mind. The server was nice and accommodating and checked on us often. We got our drinks fast but the food took almost 2 hours to come out. It was also cold and multiple bigger parties who came after us got food before us. Rude Hostess, No Servers and Poor Management. We were there before 5 pm and were told we would have to wait for a table in an otherwise empty restaurant. The hostess asked if we would like to eat in the bar and said it would only be a 5 minute wait. After 15 minutes the hostess came to seat us in the main dining room next to a large table of screaming kids. We asked to be seated in the bar and she said it was not available even though there were plenty of open tables. The manager never came out to speak to us. My wife and my son and I traveled up from the valley earlier today and decided to watch the NFL game given they had all the TVs. However, after purchasing some of their overpriced food we were both very disappointed. The food was horrible. However, the service was really good if you'd like to take your family there and spend $100 and get good service with horrible food. I'd recommend it. read more

Did you know Buffalo Wild Wings sell nearly two billion wings every year? That's a lot of wings! Okay okay, I know it's no secret that I'm not exactly a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings so why am I getting it when I'm technically on vacation? Everywhere in Flagstaff was a packed madhouse and we just wanted to grab some quick grub next to the place we were staying at after a fun day in Sedona. With not being a fan of BWW and all, this one pretty much lived up to my expectation. They forgot the dressing for my friend's salad (which she didn't catch until we were back at the hotel so all she ate was naked lettuce leaves), they didn't give us any utensils, and they didn't include my upgraded tater tots. Womp womp. In addition, the sauce on the lemon pepper was congealing and falling off of the cold wings. It wasn't a very enjoyable meal. Ick! read more

Waited over an hour just to be told that there were still five orders ahead. Not the first time we've had to wait over an hour. Bad management and i would not recommend. Manager needs to be removed immediately or some change must be made. Every time we come here, we end up leaving due to wait and go to chilis. Awful. Disgusted. We tried this restaurant for the first time recently. We were very happy with quality of food, and exceptionally nice and competent wait staff. My husband enjoyed watching the big screen TVs, including one in our booth. Wings we ordered were large and cooked just right, and the salad was great too. This will definitely become a regular spot for us for dining out. BOGO Tuesdays are a nice added bonus. read more

In the rest of the world wings cook in nine minutes but here they will make your to-go order take two hours because they are committed to horrible service at every level of management. While the restaurant is more than half empty you will stand around and wait, and wait, and wait, while they tell you how busy they are and stare at the computer screen. I've never eaten dine in and I never will. Takeout ordered at 7pm and I'm still standing here at 8:30 waiting for it. (It said it would be ready by 7:40) No one has acknowledged me but everyone else around me has been asked what the name for their order is. I tried to speak up but was still ignored several times. Wings are mediocre anyways and not worth that wait at all. Will not be returning. You're better off going to the store and making your own wings from scratch, you'll get them faster. read more

What a bummer. Food was terrible, got here over an hour before they closed but the kitchen sent us heat warmer scraps like it was last call. Large fry that had maybe on half of one potato in it was $10, so stale it was almost impossible to eat. Hardly any sauce on all of the wings for the table, all of them stale :( "Thai curry" flavor should be Indian curry, you can taste the garam masala and Indian spices. Oh and can't forget the ultimate nachos that are so far from ultimate. No cheese anywhere to be found, no pico, chicken scraps on there that looked like someone tried to take it off (I ordered without but still got it). The whole thing was chips with a drizzle of crema and maybe 8 jalapeño slices. We got here at 2130. It started with a homeless person at the bench inside "going through detox", begging for a meal and a drink. But management was being kind and had called 911 for her. They were even watching her personal possessions outside. So it took a few minutes to be sat. Bobby was our waiter. He greeted us shortly after being sat and brought out drinks not long after that.
